The Unconditional Love Of Spirit
I have never promoted myself as a medium, however on occasion I do get messages from those whom have crossed over. I have always received these messages from those that I have known personally and loved. However, for others it is only if they show themselves to me and allow me to access their energy.
One of the most often asked question from clients when they are hoping to connect with a loved one is often, “Are they happy?”
Because of the misconceptions that sometimes exist of death, and what happens when someone crosses over, I have been led to clarify what has been shown to me over the years.
When someone is about to cross over, even when it happens in an unexpected way, such as an accident or murder, there is that brief moment when their guardian angel is right there with them and takes them by the hand to show them the way. It will be okay and everything is beautiful beyond the veil.
If you ever happen to be present with someone that is close to that moment of crossing over, even if they are in a comatose state, watch their face.
You will often see them smile and a light that shines from their facial area. That is the moment their angel has appeared to them. That is the exact moment they become at peace with what is about to happen.
When you lose someone, the physical body is gone, but the spirit lives on forever. The soul does not die. It does not disappear, it simply is. The spirit, all spirit is 100% unconditional love. When the spirit leaves the physical, there is no pain, there is no hate, no anger, there is no resentment. Absolutely nothing negative that remains. There is simply love. Unconditional love.
How To Access Your Inner Wisdom
How can you tap into your inner wisdom? How do you learn to trust your intuition? How can you better receive guidance from spirit? These are the kinds of deep, soul-searching questions that arise when you begin to awaken to your spiritual path.
As you journey to understand yourself and find healing, you’ll discover that the answers you seek are often within you. Your inner wisdom is a gift that you already have.
Your inner wisdom is a gift from God. It’s a part of you that connects you to the divine. It connects the spiritual world with your physical experience, helping you live life more clearly, gracefully, and with purpose.
Your intuition is always there. It gently nudges you, whispers insight, and provides subtle feelings or knowing that help guide your decisions. It often operates below your awareness, always humming in the background like soft music.
But in the busy world we live in, it’s easy to lose touch with that inner sense of direction. Stress, emotional pain, and the noise of external expectations can block your intuition. That’s why it’s so important to practice spirituality on purpose. Meditation, prayer, and moments of quiet are like keys that open the door to your soul’s wisdom.
If you take five minutes to sit quietly and listen to your thoughts, you will hear the voice of spirit more clearly. This voice doesn’t shout. It speaks with love, warmth, and strength. One of my spiritual mentors often said, “The voice of inner guidance is never harsh or fearful. It always brings peace, even when the message is challenging.”
My Childhood Psychic Awakening
Being gifted from an early age, I had lots of questions, and wanted specific, detailed answers about psychic phenomena, spirituality and the mystical. This later became my norm to everything, and the world around me. The why’s and how’s continue to fascinate me in every aspect of my life.
My spirit guides have been very helpful over the years, as I found that humans can seldom answer my questions clearly, nor adequately. Over the years, my guides provided me with the stepping stones for my personal psychic development.
My guides assured me early on that they would never give me more than I could handle. They also made it clear that the truth of anything can always be confirmed by simply asking. I believed them, and each time I had an unusual sense or feeling, I asked for confirmation. I still do.
My first paranormal encounters and psychic experiences were with the animals. Their energy and communication is easier to understand, just like my guides, and they always communicate with unconditional love.
This also led to a special bond with nature, and especially the trees. Soon after came the wind, and the water, their sounds so soothing and calm. As a child, I always experienced a deep, tranquil feeling of well-being, serenity and inner peace whenever I was outside in nature. I still do.
My next extra-sensory experiences were of premonitions and forebodings concerning the safety and well-being of others. At such a young age these presentiments were tricky to relay to adults.
How To Connect With Your Guardian Angel
There are many angels, guides and guardian spirits in the spirit realm, each one shining with light, wisdom, and unconditional love. These divine beings are not bound by time or space, and they’re always near.
Every one of us has at least one guardian angel whose assignment it is to guide, nurture, and protect us throughout our time here on Earth. Whether we realize it or not, they’re always there, ready to offer their support in whatever form it might take.
But how can we connect with these celestial companions? The first step is to just ask.
Angels are an integral part of the spiritual law that respects and values your free will. They can’t just show up in our lives. They need an invitation. When we make a conscious choice to connect with our angelic guides, we start to create a relationship that is healing, empowering, and deeply personal.
There’s no one correct way to connect with your angels . It’s all about finding what works best for you. What matters most is your sincerity and openness. Some people feel most connected when they speak aloud, whispering their thoughts and questions into the stillness of the night.
Some people prefer to write letters or keep a journal, using the pen as a bridge between worlds. Another really powerful method is meditation. All you have to do is sit in silence, focus on your breath, and let your angel know that you’re open to their presence.
My Surprising Journey Into Spirit Mediumship
I had my first encounter with the spirit realm in the summer of 1987, during an evening of mediumship at a spiritualist church. That night changed everything. From then on, I regularly attended Sunday services.
My keen interest was not out of a newfound religious fervor, but simply to experience more of the spirit messages, which were always part of the service.
I was utterly mesmerized by the idea of communicating with the spirit world, and I found joy in listening to messages delivered to others as much as I did to those meant for me.
One evening, I received an unexpected call from a new friend I’d met at the church. She facilitated the weekly meditation and healing sessions. She informed me that my name had appeared on the registration sheet for an upcoming mediumship class.
I was baffled. I hadn’t signed up for anything? She then laughed and admitted that she had signed me up herself! She explained that, after getting to know me through her programs, she had a gut feeling that I might enjoy the experience.
Truthfully, I had also been attending the meditation and healing sessions primarily to receive more messages from spirit. Each session concluded with a medium delivering some messages until closing time, and I relished those moments.
It never even occurred to me that ordinary people like me could learn to become a medium. I had no prior background or training. Until my first visit to that Spiritualist church, I didn’t even know such places existed!
Spirit’s Three-Step Remedy For The Scattered Mind
I love to meditate. It’s my sacred coffee break with the cosmos — the moment when I trade phone pings and to-do lists for the whispers of spirit and the soothing hum of the universe.
Before every session, I set an intention. Usually it is a question I’d like spirit to answer. I think of it as sending a “text message” to the divine and waiting, phone in hand, for the soft chime of truth.
Today’s intention led me straight to the heart of a puzzle that troubles many parents, teachers, and sensitive individuals: Why does Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) seem to be skyrocketing in society?
In classrooms, offices, and even yoga studios, more of us are struggling with scattered focus and mental fatigue. Studies now suggest that our screen-filled, high-pressure lives may be pushing hidden attention problems into a full-blown pandemic.
I felt compelled to ask, “Is there more to the story than brain chemistry and prescription medication?”
After a longer than usual session, I emerged with a couple of journal pages full of insights that felt refreshingly simple, yet profoundly wise.
The first thing I saw in my meditation was a vision of life in the pre-internet age before we had smartphones.
I saw in my mind’s eye neighbors chatting on porches, children riding their bikes in the street until dinnertime, and evenings lit by conversation instead of blue screens. The pace was slower, and people’s nervous systems were calmer.
The Soul Wisdom Of The Major Arcana
If you’ve ever felt a magnetic pull toward the Tarot, you’re not alone. For centuries, these cards have been used to unlock the mysteries of our life journey and soul path. Among the 78 cards in a traditional Tarot deck, there are 22 that stand out in their spiritual depth and archetypal wisdom: the Major Arcana.
The word “arcana” comes from the Latin arcanum, meaning “secret” or “mystery.” These 22 cards, beginning with The Fool and culminating with The World, chart a symbolic journey of spiritual awakening and self-discovery.
In readings, Major Arcana cards often speak to life-changing lessons and soul-level growth. These archetypal cards form the backbone of the Tarot, guiding seekers on their journey of self-realization and spiritual refinement, known as The Fool’s Journey.
When several Major Arcana cards appear in a spread, I often sense that the querent (person receiving the reading) is going through a spiritually significant phase. These cards highlight soul contracts, karmic patterns, and transformative life events. They encourage us to pause, reflect, and connect with our higher self.
In contrast, the remaining 56 cards — known as the Minor Arcana — deal more with the day-to-day. They are divided into four suits representing the elements (Cups, Pentacles, Swords, and Wands) and include numbered cards and Court Cards, often called the “people cards.” When many Minor Arcana cards show up, the reading tends to focus on practical matters, offering insight and advice for navigating everyday challenges and choices.
