A Conversation With Your Spirit Guides

Click Here now FOR a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comWhen I first began to converse with Spirit, I didn’t really know what I was doing. I was receiving these messages and listening to them, but I never really put much thought into it.

It wasn’t until I consciously acknowledged the conversation was happening, that the momentum really started to build. It was then that I realized my guides had been with me all along!

In my experience, the most important step you can take in opening a conversation with Spirit is to acknowledge that it is your intent. Your angels and spirit guides are always with you, but they need your permission for them to help you.

Remember to ask them often to be near you and to help you and guide you. When you need direction, ask them for a sign. Then be patient and watchful.

Spirit communicates in many ways, such as using repeating number sequences that constantly show up, for example, or a song you hear again and again wherever you go. Spirit will try to get your attention any way it can and will typically use signs, symbols and synchronicities that will be meaningful to you personally.

It’s important to be open to receiving these signs and messages, and not to dismiss any ‘coincidences’ you may encounter. Coincidence is an expression of synchronicity in the Universe. Once you start flowing with it and moving with the guidance of Spirit, you will likely start to experience many of these synchronicities. Your guides want you to be in the flow, because it is in this state that you are walking the path toward fulfilling your ultimate potential.

Celebrate The Seasons Of Your Life

Click Here FOR a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comEcclesiastes wrote, “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” When things feel out of balance in one or more aspects of your life, be it in your relationship, career, finances, health, or spirituality, it may be time to look at the season you are currently experiencing.

The question you need to ask is: what do you need for this season of your life? For this you need to quiet your mind and listen to your inner guidance to get the answers.

We are often so busy with our schedules and responsibilities and that we have little time to look at what season of life we are in. Are we stuck in a season? Are we making progress or not? Is it time to maybe move to a new season in our life?

No matter where we find ourselves, there are usually adjustments to be made. Rather than staying on autopilot, we must take stock and identify the season and the areas in our life that need attention. What needs doing, or not doing? Is it maybe time for an important life transition? Is it a time to plant seeds, nurture what has been planted, branch out in different directions, reap the harvest, or time to rest before the next cycle begins?

Various cultures and spiritual traditions all used to observe certain rituals that mark the seasons of life and the rites of passage. These days we might eengage in some of these practices, but for the most part we are simply pulled along by the next thing expected of us.

We may think to not worry about any of it now, because there will be time for it later, but often it just falls into the cracks. It’s up to us to find where we are in our current season and think about the next rite of passage we need to observe or celebrate.

When we move into a new season of life in a particular area, we must celebrate where we have been, before moving on. We must put in place a small ritual to mark this on our path. It can be simple as a prayer of thanks or act of gratitude. Write an entry into our journal or find a piece of art and keeping it nearby to encourage you.

Everyone Is An Artist

Click Here FOR a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comArt is a powerful form of self-expression. It allows us to communicate complex emotions and spiritual concepts through various mediums such as the visual and fine arts, music, dance, acting, creative writing, and so on.

When we are being creative we connect with the subconscious part of ourselves. This can be a powerfully healing experience to help us process and integrate our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and life experiences on a deep level.

When we are children, we don’t have any preconceived ideas about art. If you observe young children, you’ll see this very clearly. They don’t worry about how ‘good’ an artist they are. Most kids just see art as a form of play. They love to draw, or paint, or color, and are typically pretty thrilled with their creations.

So, what happens along the way that we become so self-conscious about our artistic endeavors? It seems to me that at some point most people have had ‘the artist’ within subtly discouraged or silenced. Whatever the case may be,suffice it to say that life takes over at some point and being creative artistically takes a back seat.

“I was never very good at it anyway,” or “I just did it for fun,” are common remarks I’ve heard from people. But what’s wrong with not being very good at something? Especially if it’s fun? Moreover, the benefits of spending time being creative are vast! Art Therapy is growing in popularity and more studies are being done around this modality.

One particular study focused on people with chronic illness or cancer. The researchers looked at the impact visual art activities such as painting, drawing, and pottery had on patients and found that art helped to distract them from thoughts of illness.

Art therapy improved their well-being by decreasing negative emotions and improving positive ones. Depression levels were also reduced, and medical outcomes improved overall. There were also reductions in stress, anxiety, and distress. Further there were improvements in the patients’s spontaneity, expression of their grief, positive identity and social interactions.

Cleanse Your Chakras With The Water Wheel

Click Here now for a FREE Psychic Reading at PsychicAccess.comThe chakras are the energy centers of the body and they sometimes become imbalanced or blocked due to toxic energy influences and negative emotions like fear, envy, anger or lust. When this blockage occurs we tend to feel ‘bogged down with no energy to get to where we want to be, be it mentally, physically or emotionally. A chakra cleansing helps to open the door for that built up energy in the affected chakra areas to dissipate.

Working with clients who request chakra readings I like to use an energy cleansing technique I invented that I call ‘The Water Wheel.’ Water is a great cleanser. Its fluidity and continuity makes it one of humanity’s most formidable allies or our worst enemy, depending on how Mother Nature chooses to express herself. Our bodies consist of 98% water and similar to the cycle of the ocean’s tides we are subconsciously also very ‘moved’ by the power of water.

The Water Wheel exercise signifies motion. It goes in a circle, but it also goes forward within that circle. The Water Wheel cleanses the chakras with the motion of water and the movement of the wheel. The Water Wheel is a visualization exercise in which you go from one chakra to the next and mentally see the colors of each as colored water. The key is create vivid visualizations and to practice, practice, practice!

The base or root chakra is associated with the color red, the sacral or naval chakra with orange, the solar plexus with yellow, the heart with green, the throat with blue, the third eye or brow chakra with indigo, and the crown chakra with violet. It is these colors one has to focus on during the Water Wheel chakra cleansing.

The colored water that you see at each chakra point should reflect the color that corresponds to that chakra. For example, when you start at the root chakra you would visualize bright red water and as you move to the sacral chakra the water would turn to a brilliant orange.

The Spiritual Power Of Sweet Solitude

Click Here Now FOR a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comIn a meditation circle the other day, there were many of us who got the same message from spirit: that solitude is of vital importance for soul growth and for tapping into our spiritual well-being and psychic potential.

It reminded me of my childhood. I was expanding my psychic awareness and started tapping into my psychic abilities at a very young age. I remember vividly spending time in a tree house, meditating and feeling so free and relaxed.

As I grew older, I began recording my psychic perceptions and spiritual insights in a journal, which at the time I simply thought of as ‘my diary.’ Reading back in later years, I discovered that I had unknowingly recorded many predictions that came to pass.

I would spend a lot of time in solitude and quiet contemplation. I would focus on a certain things or persons that were important to me at the time, and I would then receive intuitive flashes about what needed to be done, as well as what would come to pass, or not.

Discovering the power of solitude and quiet contemplation at such a young age made all the difference in my psychic development and personal spiritual growth. I can hardly imagine where I would be without it today, had I not cottoned on to this in my youth.

If you can spend just a few minutes in sweet solitude every day, or even a few times a day, you will boost your mental and physical health and reduce your stress levels. You will find you will hear your body better for what it needs for healing and well-being.

Spiritual practice in solitude will also empower you to become more creatively inspired and you’ll receive more insightful messages and guidance from spirit. If you want to connect with your intuition and psychic abilities, it is vital that you spend more time in alone in meditation.

Protect Your Aura With White Light

The aura is our personal energy field or ‘subtle body.’ Clairvoyant psychics and energy healers often have the ability to see the aura. What interests me especially is how we affect each other with our auras.

We go out into the world every day, and there are constant positive and negative energy vibrations emanating from others’ auras, as well as from our own. We do not realize how much we are affected by these energy frequencies and imprints, and by the same token, how much we affect other beings with our own energy patterns.

To manage the effect of other people’s auras on our psychic health and well-being we must learn to draw in the White Light of Spirit and immerse our total being in this protective, healing light. It is most ideal to visualize this a few times a day.

You can do it by placing yourself into a giant egg shaped field of protective light, or an energy bubble. Visualize it as an orb of the brightest white light you can possibly imagine. When I do this exercise I also bring the light in towards my chest and anchor it within my heart chakra.

By doing this kind of daily meditation or visualization exercise you can actually bring wonderful things into your life. It is a wonderful way to embrace the Law of Grace in your daily life. This law teaches us that if you send and give unconditional love, kindness and generosity to others, you will receive the same in return. You are spreading this wonderful God energy to others, and affect their lives in a positive way. They come into contact with you, and wonder as they are walking away, how come they feel so good!

Take A Moment To Breathe!

In our actions and in our words, day in and day out, we rarely take the time to stop and smell the roses. We get up, we go to work, we take care of what we think needs our attention the most, often neglecting ourselves in the process.

Then one day you become burned out. You have no energy to do what you used to be able to do. Your energy seems ‘all clogged up’, rather like a blocked drain, and you can’t breathe. You may feel suffocated. The answer lies in all the excess and adverse energy that you have taken into your body over the years, or over a certain period of time.

Our muscles have what is known as ‘muscle memory’ and we inadvertently have become used to doing what we do, day in and day out. And our bodies remember the feelings. It happens with amputees a lot where they often complain about pain or itching where the missing limb used to be.

It can be triggered by stressful situations, things that bring fear or some sense of trepidation into our lives. Our necks begin to tighten; perhaps your jaw starts to lock up from the stress of not saying what you really want to say. The blocked, burned-out feeling comes from this place of tension and remembered circumstances, and it can be cleared by the power of your breath. We hold so much in psychically that taking some deep cleansing breaths to help us expunge the energy taken on during our daily life.

Do some simple breathing exercises for five minutes when you awake in the morning, to prepare the mind for the day ahead. You will be pleasantly surprised at the results. If you are able to take a break during the middle of your day to practice some additional cognizant breathing, that would be great!
