Angels are spiritual beings who play an important role in our lives, but they function differently than guides. Unlike guides, angels have never walked the earth as humans. Spirit guides are spiritual beings who help and support us throughout our lives. Unlike angels, guides have lived on earth as humans before transitioning to the spirit realm. Guides can be your deceased loved ones and ancestors, or they can simply be previously incarnated souls that you have never met. Guides choose to help us because of the spiritual connection they feel with us, and they can offer wisdom from their own experiences.

Forgiveness is a much-discussed topic in spiritual circles. It is also often deeply misunderstood.
Forgiveness does not mean condoning wrongdoing or accepting abuse or cruelty. Instead, it involves choosing not to carry the darkness and negativity that has been inflicted upon you, and refusing to allow it to affect your well-being, either physically or emotionally.
While it’s ideal to find compassion for those who have wronged you, it’s not always possible. Understand that those who caused you harm are often suffering themselves.
Happy and fulfilled people are naturally kind, generous, and honest. In contrast, those consumed by self-loathing and misery tend to spread chaos and cruelty. Their relationships are full of conflict and dissatisfaction.
I once worked with a man who was clearly struggling with mental illness. Circumstances placed us in a business relationship that I initially tried to avoid, preferring to distance myself from unhealthy situations. However, I was compelled to help him because I was told that my true role was to support his children and providing help where it was needed most.
This unfortunate man is consumed by rage from his own traumatic past-abuse by his mother, mistreatment by her successive husbands, and conflict with his first ex-wife. His life is a testament to the destructive power of unresolved anger and lack of forgiveness. His toxic energy is rooted in past hurts and a cycle of inflicting pain on others.
The Spiritual Significance Of Colors
Color permeates our very existence, profoundly affecting our homes, our work environments, the food we eat and the clothes we wear.
In every facet of our lives, color exerts a significant influence, shaping our moods, behaviors, and spiritual well-being.
In Kundalini Yoga, for example, teachers traditionally wear white outfits made of natural fibers, along with a white head covering. This custom is not just for practical or aesthetic reasons.
Just as the color white deflects the sun’s rays while black absorbs them, white also deflects negative energy while black attracts and absorbs it.
This practice thus serves a dual purpose: it symbolizes the purity and spiritual clarity that the teacher exemplifies, and it also protects the teacher from negative energy that may emanate from his or her students.
Kundalini Yoga can attract a wide range of students, from those who are highly developed spiritually to those who struggle with emotional instability. The white attire acts as a shield against negative energy that may be projected or “dumped” on the teacher.
In particular, the head covering protects the seventh chakra, which is located at the top of the head. This chakra is essentially our ‘spiritual umbilical cord’ that connects us to God, Source, Spirit, the Divine, so its protection is crucial.
The True Meaning Of Being Balanced
Spiritual teachers often emphasize the importance of achieving and maintaining balance as a fundamental aspect of well-being, personal growth, and spiritual development.
But what does it really mean? Is it about having a healthy work-life balance? Is it about a balanced diet or exercise routine? No, these are just some of the smaller elements of achieving true balance.
Balance refers to being holistically balanced in all aspects of our existence: body, mind, and spirit. Achieving and maintaining balance means creating a harmonious and integrated life in which all aspects of our being support each other, leading to overall well-being and a deeper connection with our true self.
We are more than our physical health, appearance and fitness levels. We are more than our thoughts, ideas, and knowledge. And we are more than our spiritual beliefs and practices. We are a wondrous compilation of all these things that make up our body, mind, and spirit. When any part of us is unhealthy or dysfunctional, it disrupts our alignment with our higher self. This is the true meaning of being out of balance.
Striving to be true to your higher self should always be your priority. Your higher self is the real you, the you that exists in harmony with the universe and is an expression of the divine. It is only when we are in alignment with our higher self that the world truly opens up for so much more to flow into our lives…instead of out of them.
How To Support The Awakening Psychic
Guiding and supporting someone through their psychic awakening and development process can be quite a challenge, as the way different people receive their messages from spirit can be unusual and unexpected, even to the awakening psychic themselves.
Over the years, I’ve learned that psychic ability is highly individual and different for each person, and that everyone’s path of development is unique.

I have encountered many people over the years that I could have bet my life on being angels in the flesh. Whenever I find myself at a crossroads and ask God for guidance, these people, or should I say “angels,” invariably appear in my life.
They show up with unwavering reliability, arriving just when needed with ideas, suggestions, messages, or signs that gently guide me back to my path of highest good.
It’s as if the universe is orchestrating these moments of serendipity. A casual conversation in the grocery store aisle, a chance encounter with a stranger on a bus or plane – each of these seemingly ordinary interactions holds the potential for life-changing divine intervention. In these magical moments, answers I didn’t even know I was seeking are revealed, and suddenly clarity floods in like a new beacon of hope.
Our lives are intricately connected to the Divine Light. God works through everyone and everything around us to keep us attuned to a higher frequency. When we pay mindful attention and remain fully aware, we find ourselves in harmony with the divine flow of life.
To truly appreciate the presence of angels in our lives, we must cultivate awareness and gratitude. By slowing down and paying attention to the subtleties of our interactions, we become attuned to the guidance that is constantly flowing our way.
We never need to feel lost or confused because the guidance we seek is always present, woven into the fabric of our daily interactions. The process is simple: ask for help and it will be given; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened.
