The Spiritual Necessity Of A Bucket List
Have you ever felt like there’s more to life than the daily grind? Creating and pursuing a bucket list is one way to bring purpose and meaning to your existence.
When I do readings, Spirit often encourages my clients to set new life goals and advises that it is never too early or too late to start a bucket list. In fact, Spirit often says that keeping a bucket list is a spiritual necessity, essential to our soul purpose.
Even young children need goals for the present and the future, Spirit says. Life is for learning and experiencing all that we can. Spirit wants all of us to live our best lives!
A bucket list is a list of accomplishments and experiences we would like to have before we leave this earth plane and return to our spiritual home. The term comes from the phrase “to kick the bucket” (meaning “to die”) and was popularized by the 2007 movie The Bucket List.
The increasing upheaval and chaos in the world in recent years has forced many of us to think about the things we would like to do before we “kick the bucket.”
Having a bucket list leads you to prioritize experiences and dreams that resonate with your innermost desires. It’s a tangible reminder to live life to the fullest and pursue the things that are truly important to you. By identifying and working toward these aspirations, you’re actively nurturing your soul growth and personal fulfillment.
How To Cleanse And Charge Your Crystals
If you use crystals in your spiritual practice, it is important to periodically cleanse and charge them.
For example, when you first purchase or receive a crystal as a gift, clearing it can ensure that you are working with a ‘clean slate,’ and are able to both fully connect with that crystal and set more powerful intentions for its use.
Beyond this, charging a crystal ensures that we are able to use it most effectively for our purpose.
So, how can you go about charging and cleansing your beloved crystals?
The good news is that this process is quite simple and easy, and you can use the same method to both charge and clear a crystal:
Moonlight
Place your crystal in a place where it can bathe in the light of the moon overnight. Full moon is, of course, the best time to do this, and one night is enough to both cleanse and charge your crystal.
That said, if I am using a crystal for manifestation, I will sometimes leave my crystal for the full waxing period of a moon cycle, from new moon to full moon.

The synchronicity of seeing 11:11 is a common sign of spiritual awakening many people begin to see once they become more metaphysically aware. But what does it mean? Why are you seeing this number all the time? And how does it relate to your spiritual path?

And we begin to experience the signs and synchronicities which confirm this new sense of empowerment and higher consciousness.

Our very beliefs define the energy frequency at which we vibrate and this, in turn, creates our attraction point. In simple terms, it is incredibly hard to attract good luck if you feel that you do not deserve it, or it is just downright impossible.
The Secret To Manifesting An Abundant Life
Many questions I am asked in psychic readings have to do with why someone’s life has not changed to what they want it to be.
Some people feel they have religiously applied the teachings of Abraham-Hicks, or they closely followed the guidelines of the book The Secret by Rhonda Byrnes, or one of the many other popular methods for manifesting through the Law of Attraction, but nothing has changed.
And when I ask these people what they have changed in their inner being or subconscious mind to allow the new to come in, often I receive the response, “Oh, I have already done all that!”
However, had the person ‘done all that’ they would be manifesting their intentions. But they are not.
Some steps on the way to manifesting a better life may seem redundant – especially the detail work, the forgiveness and releasing, and the simply believing that it can come… and not specifically in the way that the person has set out in their mind.
Too often the person that is trying to get ahead in life, however, always struggles with money, or has it in their mind that they have to work 80 hours a week instead of 35 to get what they are seeking. That is not allowing, that is trying to make it happen in their way. And yet the answers are so much simpler.
As I look at love, finances, work, material items, health, I see the world is in a state of turmoil for the most part. I see bad things happening to good people, and those good people simply giving up hope. And then I see the ones that are constantly growing and getting further ahead without much effort.
A Beginner’s Guide To Moon Manifestation
The Moon is a powerful and mysterious satellite in our sky. It governs the tides, controlling the movement of our planet’s vast bodies of water. Water, as an element, is connected to our emotions and intuition.
Considering that our bodies are 70-80% water, the power of the moon cannot be ignored; its influence runs deep within our cells.

First, we must pay attention. With so much going on, most people aren’t even aware when the moon is full or new.
Get a calendar that shows the lunar cycle to make this easier. Once you can easily track the moon’s cycle, you can incorporate it into your spiritual practice.
To take advantage of the moon’s energies, align your intention setting with each phase.
The Full Moon is a great time for setting intentions of release and letting go. This is because, after the moon is full, it begins to wane, meaning the crescent gets smaller and smaller until the moon is completely dark.
The Power Of Ansuz During Mercury Retrograde
Mercury is going retrograde again today and, as always, I am already seeing many issues with miscommunication, unnecessary conflict, and misunderstandings come up in readings. I am also picking up a lot of nervous energy with clients.
Mercury Retrograde really affects our ability to communicate, and especially to listen and understand each other. My best advice always in these times is to not get sucked into arguments to easily, as both parties usually got it wrong to begin with. Stay calm, pay attention and find out the facts, before you lose it prematurely…only to regret it later.
The next retrograde begins today and lasts until November 29, 2025. The full shadow phase around this retrograde (both pre-shadow and post-shadow) spans from about October 21, 2025 (pre-shadow began) to December 16, 2025 (post-shadow ends).
