Accessing Your Own Akashic Record
The ability to access the Akashic Records is traditionally considered a special gift that only a select few prophets or gurus are privy to. It is often mistakenly considered an esoteric practice that only the spiritually advanced or those of us with unique mystical abilities can perform.
However, this outdated perception is rapidly changing. The modern spiritual landscape embraces the understanding that, with some dedication and practice, anyone can learn to access their own Akashic ‘file.’ This shift is rooted in the notion that these records are not exclusive, but universal.
The records are a karmic birthright, freely available to all who seek to access them with sincere intentions and an open mind, for the simple reason that having free access to one’s own karmic “data” is beneficial to your soul evolution.
The concept of the Akashic Records has fascinated mystics, spiritual seekers, and esoteric scholars for centuries. Rooted in various religious and spiritual traditions, it is described as a universal compendium of all events, thoughts, words, emotions, and intentions that have ever occurred in the past, present, or future.
This metaphysical “library” or “database” exists in the non-physical and underlies the universal field of consciousness and our entire existence. In Sanskrit, the term Akasha (आकाश) is derived from the root word kas, which means “to radiate,” “to shine,” or “to be visible.” The prefix “a” intensifies or negates the root meaning, giving “Akasha” various interpretations such as “ether,” “space,” or “sky.” In Hindu philosophy Akasha is considered one of the five elements that make up the physical world.
Shield Yourself From Energy Vampires
People who are spiritually attuned can feel drained very quickly when they are around others who have a lower energy vibration. A client of mine recently asked why this happens. This is what Spirit revealed.
When your heart center is wide open and vibrating with the Divine, and you encounter struggling souls who are stuck in the negativity loop of a lower-density reality, they can disrupt or even steal some of your energy. It’s like their batteries are leaking or not charging properly, and suddenly you feel drained faster than your tablet after a Netflix binge.
These folks are the energy vampires of the world. They’re the ones who haven’t quite mastered the art of recharging themselves. Instead, their starved auras latch onto others, sucking out good vibes like it’s happy hour at a juice bar. And then their negativity rubs off on us more sensitive, empathetic, intuitive types.
This is especially true lately with everything being so shaky and chaotic in our world. Seriously, just look at what a lot of people are posting on social media platforms these days. It’s like we’re drowning in a sea of ego, narcissism, ignorance, and evil.
Everyone seems to be obsessed with things that don’t matter in the grand scheme of things. And let me tell you, being around that kind of energy drain is like trying to swim in metaphysical molasses!
But here’s the good news: often the best antidote is simply to “be,” to soak up the stillness and let our minds do their thing. So, take a deep, mindful breath, smile, and bask in the sweet, sweet bliss of your inner love and light. Whenever you can, reconnect with your soul and dive deep into the serenity of solitude and silence.
Working Your Way Up The Emotional Scale
Is it not amazing how many different emotions we can experience? No one even knows for sure how many different human emotions there are!
Over the years, psychologists and neuroscientists have proposed various models for categorizing and understanding human emotions. The highest total number of distinct emotions identified by a single model is found in the research of Alan S. Cowen and Dacher Keltner, who identified 27 distinct emotions. Their model is one of the most comprehensive in terms of categorizing a wide range of human emotional experiences.
A concept closely related to the wide range of emotions we can experience is that of an emotional scale, also known as an emotional spectrum or hierarchy. This idea involves categorizing and ranking emotions based on various criteria such as their intensity, positivity or negativity, and how they relate to each other.
There are several emotional scales that are used to help us better understand and navigate our emotions. There is Plutchik’s Wheel of Emotions, Russell’s Circumplex Model of Affect, David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness and Abraham-Hicks’ Emotional Guidance Scale.
Emotional scales and models serve a variety of purposes, including therapeutic contexts, self-help, academic research, emotional intelligence training, spiritual growth and guidance, manifestation practices, and other esoteric and practical applications. They help people identify, categorize, and work with their emotions for improved emotional well-being and self-awareness.
Free Yourself From Karmic Debt
One of the most important things we must do before we leave this life and embrace the next is to ensure that our karmic debts are completely resolved. By doing so, we leave this world unburdened and ready to embrace our next existence with complete bliss.
Now, if the consequences you may suffer in the afterlife are not of much concern to you, and you feel that karma is not really your problem, you may want to reconsider.
Carrying the heavy burden of karmic debt can also cause considerable misery and struggle in our present daily lives, manifesting as recurring negative patterns and obstacles that hinder our progress and well-being.
Our unresolved karma often leads to dysfunctional relationships, financial difficulties, health problems, and emotional turmoil as past harmful actions generate corresponding negative consequences. An ongoing state of karmic debt fosters feelings of frustration, helplessness, and despair, making it difficult to achieve happiness, joy, fulfillment, and peace.
By carrying the weight of unresolved karmic debt, you may find yourself trapped in a cycle of suffering, unable to break free and achieve the positive, fulfilling life you desire.
Karmic debt is a concept rooted in the spiritual principle of karma, which is a fundamental belief in many Eastern philosophies and religions, especially Hinduism and Buddhism. Karma refers to the universal law of cause and effect, whereby every action has a corresponding reaction. Our poor choices and negative actions create a spiritual debt. By acknowledging this debt and resolving our past mistakes, we achieve a state of inner peace, higher consciousness, spiritual growth and enlightenment.
