Healing
Maybe This Is How We Mend Our World
I have certainly been trespassed against over the years, as I suspect you may have too: maligned, misunderstood, abused, betrayed. Many of us have been hurt and wounded.
For many of us lifetimes of pain also seem to rise to the surface now, as if this era has come to collect on both the debts and the blessings.
Some of my wounds in this lifetime occurred at a young and tender age, when there seemed to be no healing granted; when the best I could do then was retreat and lick my wounds alone. There was no wise elder at my side, no sacred ceremony to mark the grief, no balm from the spirit realms. Just the aching silence of pain, and the quiet hope that one day, perhaps, I would understand why.
Since that time so long ago, I have also seen much vindication. This ability to witness what I have called “the coming around of the going around,” hasn’t been only in seeing karmic issues resolved for little slights, but for big wounds as well.
I’ve watched as Spirit, with its own perfect timing, allowed clarity and closure to emerge…sometimes years later, sometimes through unexpected channels. There is a strange and sacred justice to the Universe that rarely moves on our schedule, but always, always moves.
Justice. Yes, always in the end. But what of forgiveness?
It all shifted for me when I came to know the ‘big picture’ in the powerful prayer, “forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those that trespass against us.” These words are not just religious rote, but an energetic key to spiritual evolution. Continue reading
Finding More Balance In A Busy World
Do you ever feel the busier you become, the harder it is to remain focused and stay in control of everything? Then you are not, I promise you, alone! Sometimes life can seem like you are always juggling and struggling, but not always winning as a result.
As a professional psychic, I have always been of the opinion that if we want something to manifest in the material world, we have to get the inside of ourselves, as well as our lifestyles, balanced and more harmonious first. Otherwise, we would simply attract more chaos.
By putting ourselves in a healthy, positive, and balanced place, we not only draw more abundance to ourselves, but we also achieve a less stressful lifestyle as a result.
This is not just spiritual philosophy; it’s energetic truth. The Universe is always responding to the vibration we emit. When we’re frantic, overextended, or emotionally scattered, we become magnets for more of the same.
But when we take steps to ground ourselves, reconnect with our inner guidance, and honor our natural rhythms, something beautiful happens: the energy around us begins to shift.
This shift isn’t just internal because others begin to notice it too. Opportunities feel more aligned, relationships grow more authentic, and daily life feels less like a struggle and more like a sacred flow. In essence, when we become energetically clear, we create space for the Universe to meet us halfway. That’s where true transformation begins. Continue reading
Are You Desperately Seeking Your Soulmate?
As a psychic reader, I often deal with questions about love and relationships. Many clients ask about meeting their soulmate, twin flame, or special life partner.
A dear client once told me how desperate she was to find her soulmate. She said she wouldn’t be happy until she met him, as she believed he would complete her.
But Spirit did not respond with a simplistic prediction or quick fix. The message was clear and direct: she would never find a man to complete her. Instead, she would have to find happiness and fulfillment from within. Only after she accomplished this would she be able to find lasting happiness in a relationship.
I gave her some things she could do to help her and I was later thrilled to get an email from her telling me how thankful she was. She was looking to all the wrong things and people to give her the happiness she so desired.
She then asked me the right question and I was so happy she remembered! How could she connect with her true beloved?
I remote viewed and explained where I saw him and felt it was someone from her past and how she could find him by simply not looking, and we discussed many different things about this person.
She never realized it, until I finally mentioned to her, that this was her best friend that she had been in touch with for many years. They had had their ups and downs, but as I explained, even the best of marriages are like roller-coaster rides. It is not the easy connections that we gain the greatest amount of soul growth from. Instead, the relationships that aren’t easy are the ones that you become wiser from and gain the most wisdom from.
Staying Spiritually Nourished In A Digital World
If you’re feeling stuck in cycles of anger, sadness, anxiety, or fatigue, take a moment to ask yourself: what am I consuming?
This question goes far beyond food. Are you consuming negativity online? Are you surrounding yourself with people who drain rather than uplift? Are you spending more time in front of a screen than under the sky?
Everything you consume and engage with in this world either feeds your inner light or diminishes it. Everything you watch, listen to, interact with, and invite into your life.
This truth is simple yet profound. We may not always realize it, but the choices we make each day either nourish our spirit or cloud it.
In today’s world, it’s easy to become entangled in habits, distractions, and energies that gradually drain our vitality. The barrage of social media updates, the constant hum of technology, processed foods, fear-driven news cycles, anger, jealousy, dishonesty, and gossip. All of these things can chip away at the divine light within us, if we let it.
On the other hand, there are sacred and intentional choices that can uplift and energize us. Fresh fruits and vegetables grown with love from the Earth. Gentle sunlight warming your skin. Time in nature, listening to the rhythm of the trees and the whispers of the wind.
Loving and conscious relationships. Forgiveness. Kindness. Generosity. Dance, art, singing, and the tender beauty of genuine joy. These are not luxuries. They are lifelines to your highest self. They feed your light. Continue reading
Are You Experiencing A Spiritual Awakening?
As a psychic reader, I sometimes have clients who quietly confess that they are afraid they might be “going crazy.”
In truth, they are usyally just experiencing the early signs of a spiritual awakening. These profound shifts in your awareness and energy can feel disorienting, yet are deeply meaningful.
So, how can you tell if what you’re feeling is part of a spiritual transformation rather than a personal unraveling?
The term ‘spiritual awakening’ is somewhat overused these days in metaphysical circles. Just about anyone who has a ‘woo-woo’ moment, or gains deeper insight into a situation, or suddenly sees chakra colors, seems to believe they are having a true, full-blown ‘spiritual awakening.’
Spiritual awakening does tend to occur spontaneously, and from what I’ve witnessed, the more open-minded the person is and the less attached to outcomes they are, the more available or ‘ripe’ they are for a spiritual awakening to occur.
Just the other day a client was telling me of her experience while peeling a carrot over the kitchen sink. She said she was looking down at her hands, watching them, and wondering what was animating them?
It can be a strange moment when you discover that you are not really who you thought you were. It can be disorienting, to say the least, to see yourself from such an objective position. However, if you know ahead of time that this is perfectly normal, and others have experienced these signs too, it can make your life a lot easier.
Be Your Own Light In Times Of Darkness
We’ve been facing dark days and challenging times across the world in recent years, no matter where we live. But the future is much brighter than it may seem, and that light of hope begins with you.
With social media and constant news feed updates, mostly centered around negativity, disaster, conflict, or tragedy, many of us feel overwhelmed these days. These are especially not easy times for the spiritually conscious person and the highly sensitive.
Our generation is being bombarded with a stream of distressing information and content, much of which includes falsehoods and fearmongering. Children today are exposed to more in grade school than some of us were after we graduated and entered the workforce. That’s not always a good thing, but it also means they’re growing up faster, and with the right guidance, they can grow up wiser.
When people talk about “the good old days,” they’re usually thinking about how much simpler life seemed in the past. I remember my grandparents saying such things long before there was the internet, smartphones, or AI. So, I guess every generation has its own reasons for nostalgia, and this sentiment is nothing new in the digital age.
That said, some of us today still grew up without television or even radio, and lived through the full evolution of the current digital age. Many elders still feel disconnected from how rapidly things have changed. But there’s beauty in that too. Each generation carries wisdom, and now, more than ever, we need to blend that wisdom with the tools of today to create a better path forward for all of us.
