If you’ve been feeling stuck, depressed, or just in need of change, tap into the power of Feng Shui. This ancient Chinese art, of arranging the home for maximum energetic potential, is easier than you think to apply in your everyday life.
The best way to start is to create routines and rituals for yourself. Everything in the natural world exists according to a series of daily patterns or routines, and we are no different! Take time each day to meditate, incorporate gentle physical activity such as a walk or yoga, sit down and eat mindfully at each meal. It’s also crucial to create a sacred space to escape from the stresses and sensory input of the modern world.
Are you the kind of person who finds it difficult to start things? Make a dream board filled with visual representations of your hopes, dreams, and aspirations, then place it where you can see it multiple times a day. Read the rest of this entry »
I am very much into how our thoughts and feelings help create our future. However, it needs to be asked what external factors affect those thoughts and feelings in the first place, such as our environment, for example. Therefore, the ‘Queen of Clutter’ (that being myself) would like to discuss how Feng Shui could help you attract better fortune into your life. Feng Shui is an ancient art from China, which involves balancing energies in any particular place. Here is how you can do it.
Begin With The Bagua
A bagua map (also called pakua) consists of nine squares, each one symbolizing an essential part of a balanced life. This map can be used in any room in your house, as a guide to finding the right area for positioning things. Read the rest of this entry »
Most Feng Shui masters say that clogged sinks and shower drains, as well as plugged up toilets, stagnate energy and block prosperity, abundance and wealth. They deplete finances.
Stagnant water creates mildew, which has been known to cause respiratory problems, neurological problems and can weaken the immune system. Stagnant water also can create an energy flow issue with travel, ambition and energy. If you are feeling low energy, especially if it is only when you are in your house, check your drains! According to folk-lore, there is a trio of female archetypes, those being the Mother, the Maiden and the Crone – the latter often being referred to as a Witch or Wise Woman. Indeed, it is in the last and final stage, i.e. post menopause, that us ladies reach our spiritual peak.
In fact, the Crone side of ourselves is, incidentally, our priestess, healer and internal warrior, should we fully embrace it. The need for direction and guidance from others is no longer required. In short, we start to live life on our terms – without the need to apologize for doing so. Read the rest of this entry »
Many of you tend to ‘collect stuff’ which actually tends to hold you down, and smother you and your spirit. As you do some deep cleaning of your physical space, you will find that you begin to breathe easier and the weight on your chest dissolves. Find one thing that you can pass along, as sharing your good fortune with others also raises your vibration and brings you into alignment with joy and goodwill. One person’s junk is another person’s treasure. Read the rest of this entry »
When I read for a client, I am not just reading their energy, but I am also reading the energy of their loved ones, co-workers, friends, their home environment, as well as their work environment and community. During a psychic reading in can become evident, for example, that the home environment is toxic, stagnant, or energetically polluted, which has a negative effect on my client.
This pollution is not always metaphysical in origin. Sometimes it is caused by a physical contaminant. For example, it can be a mildew issue, which will make me smell mold and sense moisture, like a smothering humid feeling, or see black mildew spots on a psychic level. The toxicity can also be due to a leak of actual chemicals, bugs or something else that has become a threat to the client’s health. Read the rest of this entry »
Are you feeling stuck in your relationships or career? It is time to disentangle yourself from that which is no longer serving you in your life. Let go of people, jobs, careers, ‘stuff’ that are holding you back and keeping you stuck. Every time you remove something old from your life, it allows space for something new to come in.
Sometimes, when you feel stuck, the easiest way to get the energy moving again is to begin to de-clutter your physical space. You like to accumulate a lot of ‘stuff’ and then you get attached to this stuff, and attachment breeds ‘stuck energy.’ In order for energy to flow freely, as it should, it is important for you to simplify your life. What in your life do you need to get rid of? Read the rest of this entry »
For me, there is no judgment on the type or amount of questions I am asked as a psychic, or how often it is being asked in readings. If a person has a need to call me frequently, it simply means they still need assurance that things will advance as they hope, or that their plans may be coming to fruition.
It is always very gratifying to learn that my clients have their own unique set of abilities. This is usually on a variety of levels, which just means we are at different levels in our development and psychic awareness. One goal I have in my work is to dispel doubt as to whether or not everyone has psychic ability. Let me assure you, the gifts are there, you just need to learn how to access them.
