For me, there is no judgment on the type or amount of questions I am asked as a psychic, or how often it is being asked in readings. If a person has a need to call me frequently, it simply means they still need assurance that things will advance as they hope, or that their plans may be coming to fruition.
It is always very gratifying to learn that my clients have their own unique set of abilities. This is usually on a variety of levels, which just means we are at different levels in our development and psychic awareness. One goal I have in my work is to dispel doubt as to whether or not everyone has psychic ability. Let me assure you, the gifts are there, you just need to learn how to access them. One of the best investments to make in your home today is a Himalayan salt lamp. It is typically a large piece (or pieces) of pure salt from the mountain range of the same name. The real thing, as opposed to imitators made from rock salt or less pure forms, is mined in the Punjab provinces of India and Pakistan.
So what is so special about a light bulb inside a rock, anyway? Turns out, lots of things.
We are surrounded by positive ions (atomic particles with uneven levels of charge) in our modern world due to new technology. These ions are generated by televisions, microwaves, mobile phones, and the like. We also find positive ions in airborne toxins, such as mold and pollen.
The properties of the salt lamp generate negative ions to counterbalance these energies. If you’ve ever experienced the regenerative power of a beach, or the aftermath of a storm, you know what this feels like. Read the rest of this entry »
If you were to enter my garden in England, one of the first things your eyes may be drawn to is a gorgeous hanging basket full of purple petunias. I put it there for several reasons, and not just to gaze upon its beauty. No, it hangs where it hangs because of how it makes me feel.
Flowers are metaphysically powerful and can assist you in obtaining emotional and spiritual well-being. My purple petunias make me feel motivated and brimming with wellness. Okay, this may seem like a bold statement, but flowers truly are magical in that they can help enhance your productivity, overall happiness, soothe any sensitivity in your life and help to motivate you at the same time. And yes, they can do this for you by just looking at them. Read the rest of this entry »
I have been doing intuitive readings for many years, and some of my regular clients are some of the wealthiest people in the country. Yet, many of them suffer broken relationships, heartache, and face other life struggles. Even though their money is in order, they are lacking in many other areas of their lives. So, it is my conviction that the true definition for prosperity is not just money, but rather a feeling of fulfillment in all areas of life. Read the rest of this entry »
I have two New Year’s Eve spiritual practices that I do to release, and bring luck and prosperity for the New Year. One is the Burning Bowl and the other is Ringing in the New Year with Coins and a Candle. Rituals help us stop and pay attention to our lives, look at where we are, where we are going, release and feel gratitude.
The Burning Bowl Ceremony has been practiced by many different spiritual groups. I participated in this ceremony years ago in the Unity community. It is a way to release the experiences from the past year that no longer serve us. I still practice this in my home every year. Read the rest of this entry »
I am not a numerologist, however, like Astrology, Feng Shui, Palm Reading and other metaphysical modalities, I have studied Numerology. I have always been fascinated with the role numbers have played in my life.
My numbers, based on my birth date, are 6, 11 and 24. My post office box number in the small town I grew up in was 303 (3+3+0=6). The only other time I lived in a small town and also could only get a post office box, the number of that box also added up to 11. The number of the apartment I grew up in was 11. My phone number and that of my best friend’s was almost identical. She is still my best friend today.
My three best friends from high school were all born on the 19th of a month. So was my first boyfriend. I was the odd ball and the maternal figure of the group and was born on the 24th. My best friend’s two oldest children gave birth to their children on the same days that one of their best friend’s from high school passed. Read the rest of this entry »
Any essential oil can be used in a candle to infuse your home, or any place energy needs to be shifted, or re-created.
Candle making is an art, you can use molds, tall fireproof glasses, dixie cups. Just be sure to add the oil with the wax, not after the candle has been poured! I learned that the hard way.
SOAPS AND LOTIONS
Soap making is also an art. Making a personalized gift of soap, lotion or candles is inexpensive and always treasured. Soaps can be either in bar form, liquid form or star shaped, or any other shape you can think of. Read the rest of this entry »
Maybe one of your resolutions this year is to develop existing psychic abilities, or to embark on a journey to find new ones? Great! But how do you get started? This can seem like a daunting task, but it’s actually easier than you think.
Like any talent, psychic ability can be practiced and improved. A good place to start is to simply become more mindful of your surroundings. Use all five senses. What are you tasting, smelling, hearing? Buy a small notebook and write down your observations, both from waking and in dreams. Chances are you’ll start to notice patterns. Take time every day to meditate in whatever way you choose. Ten minutes of clearing your mind and focusing will not just help you develop psychic abilities, it will also do wonders for your stress levels and concentration. Read the rest of this entry »
