Crossing Over Into Unconditional Love
Is my mom okay? Is my dad still in pain? Is my friend trying to speak to me? Is my grandmother proud or ashamed of me? Does my husband forgive me?
These are just a few of the many questions that I am asked by bereaved family members and friend, when they lose someone dear to them.
Firstly, it is important to understand that we are all spirit with a temporary physical body. And we have free will in how we choose to live our lives. Some of us choose to be kind and giving, while some are abusive and filled with anger. It is not our place to judge each other, simply to know that free will was a gift given to us before we came into this current physical body.
When I am asked these questions, the initial part of the answer is always going to be the same. The person that you lost simply left their physical body behind; their spirit never faltered.
When someone crosses over, no matter who, or how, the moment of crossing is always met with pure love. Their angel reaches out a hand and when they touch the light shows them that there is nothing to be afraid of.
They instantly know that the place where they are returning to is a place of light and harmony. It is a place of pure, unconditional love. Hate disappears, hurt or pain disappears. There is no shame, not disrespect. And there is only unconditional love for those that remain here on earth waiting for our turn to join them.

We’ve been facing dark days and challenging times across the world in recent years, no matter where we live. But the future is much brighter than it may seem, and that light of hope begins with you.
With social media and constant news feed updates, mostly centered around negativity, disaster, conflict, or tragedy, many of us feel overwhelmed these days. These are especially not easy times for the spiritually conscious person and the highly sensitive.
Our generation is being bombarded with a stream of distressing information and content, much of which includes falsehoods and fearmongering. Children today are exposed to more in grade school than some of us were after we graduated and entered the workforce. That’s not always a good thing, but it also means they’re growing up faster, and with the right guidance, they can grow up wiser.
When people talk about “the good old days,” they’re usually thinking about how much simpler life seemed in the past. I remember my grandparents saying such things long before there was the internet, smartphones, or AI. So, I guess every generation has its own reasons for nostalgia, and this sentiment is nothing new in the digital age.
That said, some of us today still grew up without television or even radio, and lived through the full evolution of the current digital age. Many elders still feel disconnected from how rapidly things have changed. But there’s beauty in that too. Each generation carries wisdom, and now, more than ever, we need to blend that wisdom with the tools of today to create a better path forward for all of us.
Rescue Mediumship Helps Lost Souls Find Peace
Rescue mediumship work has always held a special place in my heart. From the beginning of my training, I was intrigued by the deeply meaningful work of guiding lost or confused souls toward the light.
I was first introduced to the process during the advanced mediumship classes at my spiritualist church. A few times each year, we gathered in meditation circles led by an incredible reverend. She created a safe and sacred space for spirit communication.
The goal of these sessions was simple yet profound: to help earthbound spirits who were unaware that they had passed on, or who were somehow struggling to transition to the afterlife. These souls, often confused and disoriented, needed a gentle nudge (or sometimes a firm push) to find lasting peace on the other side.
Our rescue circle, usually consisting of about eight people, would sit in silence and attune ourselves to the spirit realm. One by one, spirits would come through and speak through one of us. We would hear their voices in our minds, or sometimes even channel them directly, adopting their accents or mannerisms. The reverend guided the conversation by asking questions to uncover the spirit’s identity and story. Who were they? What had happened? What did they remember?
These encounters were deeply moving and often unforgettable. One of the earliest that I remember was a little boy who came through to me. He was hiding under a bed, unaware that he had died in a house fire. The image was vivid: the end of the bed had collapsed, forming a small triangle of protection. We then called his mother in from the spirit world. Together, we gently persuaded the boy to take his mother’s hand and move into the light.
Honoring Your Divine Purpose In Uncertain Times
Knowing your purpose and consciously living it in this day and age is one of the greatest blessings one can experience in this lifetime.
Yet, in a troubled world of mass distraction, upheaval, fear, and uncertainty, many spiritual seekers struggle with doubt, confusion, or even despair.
Many people feel lost and uncertain these days. It’s part of being human in the digital age and living in very uncertain times – the pain of questioning, the longing to understand why we are here, and what we are meant to do.
But this is not a sign of weakness or failure. In fact, it is an essential part of our spiritual growth and conscious evolution.
For me, my personal definition of “purpose” has evolved over the years, but at its core it remains constant: exploring the spiritual or higher realms, the invisible threads that weave through our existence, the vast mysteries of spirit and the cosmos.
I believe my soul purpose is to venture into the unseen realms to continue my own immortal, infinite path. I am meant to do this not only for myself, but also for the collective.
My mission is to bring back what I learn from these journeys and share it with others, to offer illumination in the dark corners, to reduce chaos, and to help restore balance to the universe. Prayer Is A Refuge From The Noise And Chaos
It is easy to feel overwhelmed these days. Modern life presents many challenges, from personal struggles to global issues.
We live in a world increasingly dominated by negativity, division and fear, where cruelty and hatred are not only considered acceptable, but even celebrated.
It’s really no secret to the spiritually aware person that there is an increasing battle between good and evil. Negative influences often masquerade as appealing or trendy, making it even more important to stay connected to your inner truth and divine guidance.
I often have to turn off my cell phone and television these days as I see the forces of evil growing stronger than ever. It can be hard to stay grounded in hope and clarity.
Fortunately, we have access to a variety of spiritual practices to help us stay grounded, find clarity, and maintain our inner balance. My favorite is a powerful, time-honored tradition: prayer.
While prayer is practiced in many religions and spiritual traditions, it is universal and can be embraced by anyone, regardless of their belief system. It transcends cultural and religious boundaries and is not tied to any dogma or required ritual.
Traditionally, religious prayer follows specific doctrines, but prayer is an open practice available to anyone to contemplate and express their deepest thoughts, feelings, and desires in a mindful, empowering way.
