Past Lives With Dolphins
Whilst clearing out some papers yesterday, I came across a magazine containing an fascinating article on dolphins, which literally jumped out at me. I had only just been thinking about my framed dolphin pictures, dolphin ornaments, and other dolphin memorabilia – all packed away until we get a bigger home, there isn’t anywhere to display them.
According to the magazine article dolphins were worshiped in ancient Greece. The temple at Delphi was actually dedicated to a Dolphin God. Recently we have been rediscovering that dolphins are sentient souls with large, evolved brains. Although they cannot speak as such, they really do communicate. Continue reading
To Find Love… Just Stay In The Groove
My husband’s name is Ken and this year is our 50th wedding anniversary. Even after all this time, I still enjoy looking back to see how the Universal Force conspired to bring us together in this lifetime.
I was born on Canada’s East Coast and Ken is from the West Coast. We met each other smack in the middle, in the Province of Manitoba. There is an interesting tale attached to all of this. From the day my father and I first laid eyes on each other, there was an intense dislike between us from the very beginning. This materialized into a combative position that lasted most of our lives. My father was a violent, sadistic and cruel man, however, luckily for me my siblings were some of the best the Universe had to offer, and this helped offset what we had to endure from him.
Treasure The Living Years
Many of us attach personal meaning to songs. Perhaps it is a song played at your wedding, or a family member’s favorite tune, or something meaningful from your childhood years.
Psychics often have songs come to mind during readings, or we find they are playing on the car radio after we were just thinking of that special family member or friend. We then take that as a sign that they are watching over us and that they had just stepped in from the Spirit side of life to make their presence know. Spirituality and religion are often clumped together into the same category. They are certainly similar in nature. For example, a spiritual person can be religious and their religion can intensify their spirituality, but that is not to say religion is the source of spiritual growth.
Religion, however is birthed out of spiritual experiences. Religious practices are often promoted by a specific teacher who has had a profound spiritual experience, or a prophet who communicates information about the spiritual realm, and how it influences the physical world. Continue reading
A Little Bird’s Message Of Gratitude
Today, I drove into our small Spanish town to run a few errands and, for some reason, which I now feel could have been ‘guided’, I parked much further away from the center of town than was actually necessary.
Shortly after parking, then crossing the street, I found a young bird on the ground, which I thought, at first, had flown into a wall and injured itself. Rather than risk driving it home and traumatizing it further, I scooped it up. It appeared to be quite at ease perched on my hand on our fast walk to the vet, Salvador, whose office was just ten minutes away.
I felt strongly that this little bird had a spiritual message for me. As soon as I walked into Salvador’s practice, he smiled and said, “Very common this time of year. He is just getting his young flying practice and needs us to help give him a lift into flight from a height.” He offered to take him home, during his approaching siesta (afternoon recess) and to set him free from a hilltop. The Spiritual Significance Of 11:11
In my previous blog about Guiding Numbers, I explained that many spiritually aware people are frequently seeing certain number sequences; how these numbers could be affecting our lives; and what some of the sequences may mean. These number are typically seen on digital clocks, license plates, receipts, home addresses, text messages, and so forth. They are signs given to us by our spiritual guides, or the Universe. In the previous article I listed the most basic sequences of 000 through 999, but I didn’t elaborate much on 11:11. This number sequence is one of the most important to be aware of, in my opinion. Don’t Panic, It May Be A Spiritual Intervention!
From the very start of my spiritual career, my guides taught me that in life we are given three things: opportunity, choice and free will. Simply put, when we make our choice from the options put to us, we exercise our right to free will and determine our futures, largely, ourselves.
While for most of us this is quite an empowering thought, there are times in our lives when spirit feels that we are very much on the wrong path and therefore will actually change our circumstances for us.
