When A Psychic Tells You The Unwelcome Truth
A psychic who works with integrity conveys to her clients the truth of what she receives from spirit. These messages do not always meet the expectations of what a client may want to hear, but it will always be what they need to hear.
For example, if you have been clinging to a toxic relationship or remain stuck in a dead-end job, your psychic most likely will receive information from spirit to advise you to move on. God, Source, Spirit, the Divine knows what is best for our highest good, even when we choose to believe the opposite and remain in denial.
One of the most important lessons I have learned over the years as a professional psychic, is to always trust whatever information or guidance I am given, even if it makes no sense to me personally and it is also not what the client is hoping to hear.
Ethical psychics and mediums never tell someone what they want to hear simply to appease them. Sugar-coating the truth does not serve the client’s highest good in the long run. Instead, it just prolongs their unhappiness and misery.
Several years ago, I did a series of readings for someone who was madly in love with someone that she had moved across the country to be near. She had placed her entire life on hold, gave up many good things in her life, and relocated…even though he was married. He had told her how much he loved her, made many promises, and confirmed repeatedly that he wanted to be with her. He even encouraged her to give up everything and move closer to him, for them to be together.
When A Prediction Timeline Slows, Or Stalls
Spiritually aware people are always on the outlook for omens, signs, and synchronicities. We know from experience that these everyday sightings and experiences are reassuring nudges from spirit. It serves as indicators that we’re on the right path, as well as forewarnings when we are not.
Spiritually wise people take it one step further by supplementing their intuition and inner guidance with predictions and forecasts obtained through various forms of divination, psychic reading, mediumship, and channeling.

The first important reason things do not always happen when we want them to, is known as divine timing. In this case, the outcome or manifestation occurs at a moment in time that will best serve our highest good. Things always happen for a reason, because God, Source, Spirit, the Divine ensures that it unfolds in our best interest. It is therefore vital that we practice patience and forbearance when it comes to the timing of outcomes. We might think we know what is best for us, but the Universe always knows better.
The Key To Unlocking Powerful Psychic Readings
When a psychic or medium reads for someone, a great deal of information can come through from the spirit realm, depending on the client’s particular needs and circumstances. However, the opposite can also happen.
People often do not know that the amount, depth, and accuracy of information in a reading does not only depend on the psychic’s talent, skill, or ability, but also on the client’s free will and openness to the process.
As a phone psychic, I will often begin to experience an influx of basic information even before the client’s voice comes on the line. As soon as the phone starts ringing, the psychic process of connecting with the client’s energy begins, but this information is generally very limited. There is usually a lot more information the psychic can potentially read, but only if the client specifically asks for it.
Why is this? Are psychics not supposed to instantly know absolutely everything about you? Well, no. We can only know as much as spirit, and you, will allow us to know. Psychics ‘hear, see, feel and know’ information that is beyond the everyday spectrum of perception, but we cannot interfere with your free will, or pry into people’s lives without their permission. We need a mandate from you to address a particular aspect of your life.
To get the most out of a psychic reading it is therefore vital to have a clear goal or specific direction you wish to go before you decide to call a psychic. In fact, to get the most value out of a reading, it is best to begin the session with well-formulated questions or themes you would like to discuss. This will ensure that your most important concerns are addressed and answered. Because what is important to you right now in your personal life, may not be so important to spirit in the greater scheme of your broader life journey and spiritual path.

It heightens our spiritual and personal awareness, which in turn helps us to self-reflect and evaluate more honestly where we need to make adjustments in our beliefs, behavior, and perspectives. Amethyst thus supports us in maintaining clarity in our self-reflection, which is a vital first step in a spiritual journey of higher consciousness and personal enlightenment.
Psychic Predictions Are Like Weather Forecasts
Short-term psychic predictions are like weather forecasts. If spirit offers you, for example, a forecast for the next couple of months regarding your current romantic relationship, you can become empowered to make more clear and informed decisions. You can then take full advantage of what is potentially in store for you and your beloved in the short-term future.
For example, spirit might predict sunny, pleasant weather with a few slight breezes for you and your partner in the short-term, but in the medium-term there appears to be a possibility of more hot and humid weather with stronger gusts of wind.
In other words, the situation between you and your beloved will most likely continue mostly with positivity and ease, but you are also being forewarned that things may soon begin to heat up and potentially become quite uncomfortable.
Another forecast may indicate a lot of wet and rainy conditions in the next few weeks. You can likely expect some tears and sadness are on the horizon. Depending on the dynamics of your partnership, you know now that wet, rainy days and even some storms may be heading your way. Fortunately, you are now in a position of making wise choices and decisions.
If one can prepare your house for an approaching thunder shower or cloudburst, its impact can be reduced, or even avoided. Some rain can also be very beneficial, as it is cleansing, healing, and provides moisture essential for all growth.
If we do not like the weather forecast for the next few weeks, there are also various things we can do to change how it will affect us in the short-term, as well as take long-term steps to ensure better future outcomes. We could, for example, change what we will wear, where will go, and what we will do for the next few days. Additionally, we may also decide for the long-term to better fortify our house, buy a different car, get an indoor job, or even migrate somewhere else where the weather is better, and so on.
Divination And The Element Of Air
Various ancient cultures, metaphysical traditions and mystical teachings identify five elements that constitute the world we live in. In Western occult traditions, these elements are typically arranged in the hierarchical order of spirit (aether), fire, air, water, and earth.
Spirit or aether is the nonphysical element (or ‘fifth element’) that serves as a bridge between the physical and the metaphysical realms. Spirit is the bridge between the body and soul.
Fire is the masculine element representing inner strength, transformative power, courage, protection, purification, and assertive action.
Air is the element associated with creativity, knowledge, learning, mental intention and the universal life force.
Water is the feminine element of emotion, intuition, inner reflection and the subconscious.
Earth represents grounding, stability, fertility, family roots, and the cycles of death and rebirth.
Air is my favorite element in spiritual practice, as is associated with ideas, concepts, inspiration, and innovative thinking. It is also the element of wisdom and divination.
Working with the air element sharpens ideas, enhances experiments, and paves the way for new inventions. Musicians and artists are typically inspired by the element of air. Air is however a fickle element as it can come as a gale-force hurricane, or a calm, soothing breeze…just like our thoughts.
Spirit Guidance Requires Faith And Patience
I once received an apology call from a woman I hadn’t spoken to in over a decade. She wasn’t even sure I would accept her call. Many years ago, I predicted a new relationship for her that didn’t come to pass soon enough to her liking. She was extremely displeased and decided to ‘shoot the messenger.’ I did not hear from her again, until my prediction did prove accurate after all a decade later. She is now married to the man we were discussing at the time of her reading.
Another lady had been calling me for a while, then some things occurred in her love life in the short-term that did not please her. So, again, I was blamed for it and received no further calls. Then, six months later, she wrote to apologize. She also got married last week.
Then there’s the client that I told, “Do not go out with that guy, he’s trouble.” Yet, she still did. Two years later, she called to say, “You were right. Wish I had listened to you.”
See, when I do readings, I ask for wisdom, I pray for accuracy. I also set an intention for open-minded, sensible clients that really care about what spirit wants to communicate to them. I am fortunate that I usually have wonderful clients. Almost everyone one that I am sent to work with, understands the ways of spirit.
You see, in spirituality the journey is what truly matters, not the destination. The best things in life take time. Trusting spirit for guidance requires faith and patience. Divine timing and the divine order of things are not for us to determine or dictate.
Wyatt Earp, a legendary frontiersman of the American West, was known as the ‘fastest gun in the West.’ He famously said that being fast is great, but accuracy is much more important. Life is that way too. We often want life to move fast – quick-paced, rat-raced, constantly running to our goals! We seldom learn the lessons, have the fun, experience the growth, or enjoy the experiences we can have while steadily progressing towards the goal.
