How To Interpret An Aura Reading
I find aura reading to be interesting and a lot of fun. It has broken down social barriers for me, especially with those I have come across who have a somewhat challenging disposition. You can read anyone’s aura anywhere, anytime. It can be done on a complete stranger, or someone you may have known your entire life, and the person can come from any walk of life.
For example, I have a friend who is abrasive, abrupt, and bristly, but also precious and sweet. All this dynamic energy rolled into one little ‘ball of fire.’ Over the years many have not only overlooked her, but also completely misunderstood her. Let’s begin at the beginning, which is the head area. This is done looking entirely at the outside of the head itself, as if we were going to draw a ring around it. When I look at her aura here, I determine a strong gray undertone first, and then an overlay of light blue. The gray tells me she is not feeling the best right now, possibly suffering from a head cold. The blue of course denotes that she is extremely creative. This makes sense since my friend loves poetry, is a gifted crafts person, and loves to knit fashionable clothing and accessories. Her designs have been sought after by individuals that recognize and appreciate her unusual talent.

Rushing to the end of a Tarot reading is unwise, since there are often elements of change that are integral to the outcomes. I often explain it like this: the Tarot works in much the same way as a Global Positioning System (GPS). The end point will represent the coordinates that we either desire, or are currently headed toward. The other cards represent the path to get there. Just like with a GPS, we cannot expect to get to the right location if we are unwilling to follow the instructions necessary to get us to the right place.
The History Of The Ouija Board
In my opinion the Ouija board is actually not a modern invention. The original concept of the board probably dates back to ancient Babylonian and Egyptian times. I imagine those who were familiar with the mysteries, made their own boards using clay tablets and a pendulum to collect information on just about any subject.
The Ouija board we know today was introduced in the late 1840s when Spiritualism became popular among occultists and secret societies. It was initially more complex, because their methods would involve knocking on the floor in response to letters being called out from the alphabet. Or they would use an intricate device that would have a pencil attached to it, allowing the spirits to guide the inquirer to the letters or numbers on the board.
In 1890, Charles Kennard and some of his colleagues, had the idea to turn this divination tool into a toy. They came up with the name Ouija, because it means “good luck” in Kemetic, the oldest known Egyptian language.
The Mystical Power Of Mirrors
I just had a debate with a colleague about using a mirror as a divination tool, also known as scrying. She was adamant that the only type of mirror which can be used for scrying is a black mirror, which is made of darkened, smoky glass. In my experience this is not necessarily true.
I explained to her that one evening, in a dimly-lit hotel room, whilst I was brushing my hair in the mirror, I saw to my left, via my peripheral vision, my grandfather sitting in the room’s armchair. He was smiling at me, and I remember this vision like it was yesterday.
I had only ever met my paternal grandfather twice, as a toddler, and I had almost no recollection of him at all, other than photos of him I was shown in later years. What I was told, on two occasions by psychics years later, is that he was always around me and that he would never allow any harm to come to me.
