How To Maintain A High Vibe Every Day
Have you ever noticed how some days everything just flows effortlessly? You feel light, connected, and full of joy. Then there are other days when it feels like you’re wading through emotional molasses. What’s the difference? It’s all about your vibration.
Your personal vibration is the energy frequency you send out. It fluctuates constantly depending on your thoughts, emotions, environment, and spiritual practices.
Here’s the truth: Being aware of your vibration is everything. Once you’re tuned in, you’re empowered to take action. Without awareness, it’s easy to fall back into old, low-energy habits that pull you further away from your center.
Negative energy isn’t just unpleasant — it attracts more negativity. The longer you dwell on it, the harder it is to pull yourself out of it.
That’s why it’s crucial to shift your energy as soon as you notice yourself slipping into it. Like attracts like, so if you want more peace, joy, and abundance, you must become a match for those energies.
Your vibration affects everything. It influences your relationships, health, connection to the spiritual world, and even luck. Low vibes are often linked to negative feelings like fear, anxiety, and doubt. But the good news is that… High vibes bring clarity, love, intuition, and flow. Maintaining a high frequency in today’s chaotic world isn’t always easy, but it’s absolutely worth the effort.
Why Psychics, Healers And Empaths Use Essential Oils
Essential oils have long been sacred allies in spiritual and healing traditions around the world. Extracted from the aromatic essence of plants, these oils carry more than just fragrance; they carry the energetic blueprint and vibrational frequency of their botanical origins.
In spiritual practice, essential oils are potent tools for emotional alignment, energetic cleansing, and deepening our connection to the self, spirit, and earth, far surpassing their role as mere pleasant scents.
Essential oils act as bridges between the tangible and the intangible. They provide sensory cues that encourage relaxation of the body, focus of the mind, and openness of the spirit. While they don’t replace deep inner work or professional guidance, they provide gentle, supportive energy that enhances existing practices.
The use of essential oils in spiritual practices is anything but modern. Prophets, priests, shamans, and oracles across the ancient world worked with aromatic oils and resins as sacred tools to facilitate divine connection, purification, and inner vision.
In ancient Egypt and the Near East, frankincense and myrrh were revered not just for their fragrance, but for their ability to open spiritual gateways. Frankincense, often referred to as “liquid gold,” was burned in temples and used in rites of passage. Myrrh featured in sacred anointing blends and was considered essential for emotional release and spiritual attunement.
Holding On To What Never Changes
Nature always inspires deep thoughts in me. There’s something about pausing to watch the wind rustle through the trees or to see the sun gently filter through the clouds that invites stillness and reflection.
Today, I found myself contemplating the constantly changing seasons. In the Northern Hemisphere, we are a month away from the summer solstice, and the days are becoming increasingly long and warm with golden light. The trees are lush and full, the air hums with the sound of insects, and gardens overflow with life.
Change is everywhere. It’s evident in the ripening of fruit, the intense afternoon heat, and the subtle shift in the season’s energy toward harvest.
It’s not just nature, either. Our lives are constantly evolving, too. Relationships shift, careers transition, health fluctuates, and dreams reshape themselves over time.
No matter where we turn, we hear messages such as “Change is inevitable,” and “Don’t be afraid of change.”
Yes, change is necessary. As spiritual beings, we are meant to continually grow and evolve. Change challenges us, stretches us, and teaches us.
But let’s be honest — sometimes it’s also deeply unsettling. This is especially true in times like these, when the world feels uncertain, divided, and fragile.
Honoring Your Divine Purpose In Uncertain Times
Knowing your purpose and consciously living it in this day and age is one of the greatest blessings one can experience in this lifetime.
Yet, in a troubled world of mass distraction, upheaval, fear, and uncertainty, many spiritual seekers struggle with doubt, confusion, or even despair.
Many people feel lost and uncertain these days. It’s part of being human in the digital age and living in very uncertain times – the pain of questioning, the longing to understand why we are here, and what we are meant to do.
But this is not a sign of weakness or failure. In fact, it is an essential part of our spiritual growth and conscious evolution.
For me, my personal definition of “purpose” has evolved over the years, but at its core it remains constant: exploring the spiritual or higher realms, the invisible threads that weave through our existence, the vast mysteries of spirit and the cosmos.
I believe my soul purpose is to venture into the unseen realms to continue my own immortal, infinite path. I am meant to do this not only for myself, but also for the collective.
My mission is to bring back what I learn from these journeys and share it with others, to offer illumination in the dark corners, to reduce chaos, and to help restore balance to the universe. In short, I strive to be a source of hope and enlightenment, a humble guide to all who are willing to receive this wisdom. Continue reading
The Soul Legacy Of A Life Well-Lived
It is natural for spiritually aware people to reflect on the lives we live and the impact we have on the world. We often ask ourselves, are we making a difference? Is our contribution meaningful? How well are we serving our family, community, nation, environment, spirit, the divine?
Some people’s legacies are marked by awards, innovations, or public achievements. Some live their lives as great inventors, artists, scientists, philosophers, activists, spiritual leaders, leaving a measurable trail of impact to make the world a better place.
The names of those with such remarkable legacies are etched in history books, and their contributions change the course of societies and industries. We witness their contributions in news headlines and biopics, and learn about them in books and classrooms.
But these remarkable individuals represent only a small minority of humanity. What about the rest of us?
What about those of us who get up every day, not to chase fame or fortune, but to fulfill the humble, yet noble responsibilities of everyday life — raising children, maintaining a home, showing up for work with integrity, running a small business with courage, caring for neighbors, rescuing animals in need?
For most spiritual seekers, our life’s legacy is not about accolades or recognition. It is simply a reflection of the heart, a matter of daily presence, generosity, kindness and compassion, and the quiet ripples of goodness we send out into the world.
The Sublime Joy Of Solitary Bliss
There’s something truly magical about solitude. I’m not talking about loneliness or feeling isolated. I’m talking about that golden, nourishing moments of ‘me-time’ when you can just be alone in peace with yourself — and only yourself.
For me, taking time out from the noise and chaos is not just a preference. It’s a sacred necessity. I mostly like to do things on my own, at my own pace, without interruption. Whether I’m meditating, walking in nature, or simply brewing a cup of tea, being alone allows my heart, mind and soul to breathe!
Some people thrive in the company of others. They feel alive in the presence of connection and togetherness. And I respect that. We all walk different paths, and what nourishes one soul may not nourish another in the same way.
But for those of us who find peace in solitude, the inner sanctuary is a silent temple — where we commune with the divine, reconnect with our essence, and return to the world feeling centered and whole.
Solitude is not just a lifestyle choice for me — it’s the grounding force that supports everything else in my life.
When I am peacefully alone, I can focus better, think more clearly, and become truly aligned. My energy is mine. My time is mine. My thoughts are mine. There’s no need to filter, explain, or adjust to anyone else’s expectations. It’s just me, myself and the universe — and in that space I feel centered and complete.
