There may be lots of talk and very little action today and tomorrow due to the Sagittarius Moon, but this vibe will serve to get many of us back into work mode after the holidays, so don’t stress too much if you don’t get much done.
Luckily, there will be plenty of inspiring energy for new beginnings with the Capricorn New Moon on Thursday. This aspect will get us back on our feet and we’ll be able to catch up in record time, enabling us to tie up loose ends from last year and put a stake in the ground for new ventures.
Tonight’s Mercury in Sagittarius square Neptune in Pisces may be emotionally challenging, especially if you have been dealing with mental health issues. If you feel unwell or begin to spiral during this transit, beware of self-medicating with alcohol, medication, drugs, or stimulants.
Instead, engage in activities that promote relaxation and stress reduction, such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, journaling, or progressive muscle relaxation.

Transform Your Life With Sustainable Resolutions
Every new year, I hear my clients complain about what they hope to change about themselves, what they want to change about themselves, or what they should be changing about themselves.
I then ask them why they are not claiming their power to change right now?
You do not have to wait until the New Year or some other major life event to make a change in your life. Once you’ve decided on a new path or course of action, the key is to stick with it for the long haul, taking small steps every day.
The Japanese call this kaizen, a philosophical concept that emphasizes continuous improvement, often in small increments. The idea is that by making consistent progress, even if it is just a little bit each day, you can eventually achieve significant results.
Sustainability should be the ultimate goal of whatever you decide to change in your life. While New Year’s resolutions are all noble and lofty, you have to acknowledge the inherent resistances and blockages you carry within and agree to be patient with yourself in order to ultimately get there.
I’m still working on some New Year’s resolutions I made in 2016. Do I look back in horror and say, “Why is it taking so long?” or “I really should be doing better!” Sometimes, yes! Do I use that as an excuse to backslide, fall off the wagon, or throw in the towel? Not at all, mostly because I’ve come to realize that if I hadn’t decided years ago to make those resolutions to make powerful changes in my life, I’d still be where I was, or worse. I’d be living a life of regret, not progress.

The first day of 2024 begins on an auspicious note as Mercury goes direct, putting an end to confusion, miscommunication, technology failures, and travel chaos. But give it a few days to right itself before you make any big plans for the new year. Once Mars moves into hardworking Capricorn on Thursday, we’ll be ready to go full speed ahead, carving a path into the future and putting our plans into action!
The Moon will cruise through Virgo on Monday and Tuesday, filling our heads with ideas and opinions that we would be wise to hold off on just yet.
Let the Libra Moon on Wednesday and Thursday restore our balance before we act on those ideals.
A Scorpio Moon rules the skies Friday through Saturday, where we’ll be looking for more spiritual and inner ways to fill our time. If you are back at work this week, Friday will be an excellent time for business meetings, sales pitches, and financial decisions as the Scorpio Moon trines Saturn in Pisces.
The Amazing Law Of Vibration
There are seven universal laws that govern the universe and all that exists within it. By understanding and applying the principles of these laws, we can create a more positive, empowered and fulfilling life for ourselves.
The first three laws are known as the Higher Immutable Laws, which means that they are fundamental metaphysical principles that are absolute and eternal. They have always existed and are always at work, whether we are aware of them or not. They also cannot be changed or transcended in any way, whether we like it or not.
The three immutable universal laws are:
The Law of Mentalism: Everything is mind, the universe is conscious.
The Law of Correspondence: As above, so below; as below, so above; as within, so without.
The Law of Vibration: Everything is energy in constant motion, vibrating at different frequencies.
The remaining four laws are the lower mutable laws, meaning they are adaptable or changeable and can be influenced, altered or transcended by our thoughts, beliefs and actions to create a more ideal existence.

People have the power to either energize or drain us because we are all energetic spiritual beings in human form. This is especially true if you are highly sensitive and empathic.
Energy vampires are people who mostly unintentionally drain or ‘steal’ the energy of others, leaving everyone they interact with feeling mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually drained, even depressed.
Although they may not be intentionally malicious or evil, their dysfunctional personalities and toxic behavior patterns can have a detrimental effect on our health and well-being.
Energy thieves are everywhere, from the workplace to our social circles. Understanding their effects and protecting yourself from their toxicity is critical to mental and emotional well-being.
It is important to recognize the signs and patterns in your interactions with these people. There are many signs that you may be the victim of an energy vampire. Some of the most common indicators include feeling drained or exhausted, having a change in mood or energy level, or difficulty concentrating or making decisions after spending time with someone. You may also feel that you are always giving and never receiving from someone, or that you are being used or manipulated by them.
