How Do Psychics Receive Information?
Although I can’t speak for every psychic, the consensus is from many professional psychics that we all have this ability call known as “being psychic”, “intuition”, “gut instinct” or just a “knowing”.
The ultimate difference in a psychic’s ability lay in how or if this ability is developed through practice, development classes, meditation or prayer. For me it is all the above, on a regular basis – usually daily. The old saying practice makes perfect definitely does apply.
An important first step to building psychic ability is by paying attention on how you as an individual best receive information. We each have a dominant mode or combination of ways to receive psychic impressions, and understanding what works for you is the key to opening up your intuitive insight. Read the rest of this entry »
Assuming Roles
I feel comfortable enough in my empathic or telepathic approach to now own the new habit I have acquired: I will take on the tone of the person I am reading.
It’s almost like being a ventriloquist on occasion – my voice will not change but if the person is in a stern frame of mind it may reflect in my vocal tone, or the way I emphasize certain phrases. I have been told I can parrot conversations verbatim, though I would say I would never know when I am. It is not like the words sound any different to me when I get them. If I were getting fragments of conversations, which I seem to, and then assume like an actress a little bit of their emotional gait, then you know I am deeply involved in the energy of the person I am assuming, and may act it out a little. Using My Pendulum As A Divination Tool
When I do psychic readings I use a variety of tools, such as crystals, pendulums, oracle cards and Tarot cards. In addition to my innate psychic and telepathic abilities, I use tools through which Spirit speaks. I typically use more than one tool in a reading and lately I’ve been favoring the pendulum with remarkably detailed and accurate results.
A pendulum is a weight suspended from a string or metal chain. When the top of the chain is held between the thumb and forefinger and the weight is free to move, it may swing or not. The use of the pendulum dowsing is evident throughout history. For example, you may be familiar with the practice of dowsing using a forked stick to find water. The stick bends when water is present. Likewise, a pendulum could be used in this circumstance. Read the rest of this entry »
Doorkeeper Spirit Guides
The system of help from spirit guides, while always being improved and corrected, is an ancient one and even in our world is well-recognized, and now quite advanced. Spirit guides need to be well-trained and are required to have lived in our material world, before undergoing a great deal of training in the spirit world, in order to be allowed to work as guides.
There are many forms that guidance can take and spirit guides become specialists in their field, before moving on to new experiences and new levels in the spirit world.
The Doorkeeper Guide is very seldom sensed by the individual, because they are chosen as a result of their almost perfect match to the individual. This guide functions as our protector from the spirit world. While this guide, like all others, cannot override our own choices. Read the rest of this entry »
The Psychic Vision Of My Mother’s Intestines!
Catchy title, eh? Well, that pretty much describes exactly what happened.
It was a day just like any other. I was alone at my Arizona home, preparing to begin a psychic reading for myself, to look at my future. More specifically, I wanted to know where I would be living in 2013. I knew my mother, who lives in Indiana, was scheduled to have a colonoscopy that day, but it was not on my mind at the time of my reading.
As it usually takes more energy and focus to perform a psychic reading for myself, rather than for my clients, I was setting the mood with candles and incense, as I cleansed the energy in the room. I sat down, grounded myself, greeted my spirit guide, and started to slip in a gentle trance-like state – all usual for my self-readings. Read the rest of this entry »
Reiki Healing
Reiki is a form of healing and spiritual development. This natural healing method has been around for years. Reiki is known worldwide because of the many benefits people experience.
I am sometimes asked during readings to explain what Reiki is and how it is used. Reiki is basically a Japanese form of healing using your hands to manipulate energy and remove blockages in energy flow. Reiki offer many health benefits, including stress reduction, relaxation and wellness.
Reiki reduces the tension that is caused by stress, and this can help to lower blood pressure and improve sleeping habits. It will also make you think more clearly, so better judgment is used in everyday life. Reiki promotes wholeness of your body, mind and spirit. Reiki is also a extremely good way to release toxins and help the body to be cleansed. Reiki also promotes spiritual development and emotional growth. Read the rest of this entry »
Psychic Self-Defense
It is very important to always be aware of the energies swirling all around us. There are psychic vampires out there; there are people who will suck your energy dry if they can. Those of us that have learned to be open, and tune in to what others are feeling and thinking, can easily become victims of psychic attack.
It’s so important to practice psychic self-defense. One way to do this is to ask for your spiritual strength and psychic abilities to be deepened, so that the negative energy of others doesn’t hurt your mind, body and spirit.
I further believe that there are angels around us, protecting us from people that mean us harm, or people who gossip about us and talk behind our backs. I like to envision the white light of God’s protection around me. Read the rest of this entry »
It’s Energy, Not Words We Share With Dogs
It is energy, not words that we share with dogs. Before I even knew that I was distracted, one look at Tsagi, a wolf-Queensland Heeler mix, would make me realize that I was not well-grounded. Dogs feel our energy so much better than we do.
Tsagi died Christmas Day 2012, but he is still here with me. Even though he was not my dog, I was a part of his life. He lived in the apartment attached to my home. In fact, he slept over my head in the upstairs apartment, which is on the second floor over my bedroom. I can still hear him at night moving about on the floor to get his bed ‘just right’ before drifting off to sleep. I can still feel him watching the front gate of the ranch from the patio on that second floor. Read the rest of this entry »
