Embracing The Night
At night we should be able to break free from our daytime stresses. After all, we aren’t really expecting someone to send us an email or receive a phone call when we are asleep – theoretically at least.
Nevertheless, far too many of us toss and turn during the night, worrying about the day ahead and possibly making mountains out of molehills along the way. I know I have done this far too many times myself and you, dear reader, probably have done so also? However, you could gain the maximum calming effects of the late hours by considering the following:
Take A Walk
Go for a walk with your friend, just after the sun has set. You do not need to engage in any conversation and do make sure to set your phone to silent mode. Stroll, breathe deeply and take in all the sounds of the night along the way.
Doing this can induce relaxation, even in particularly stressed individuals. What do you hear? Is it frogs, crickets, some nocturnal bird, or even the noise of traffic in the distance? All of this reflects that life is still going on, and making a mental note of these sounds can be very relaxing indeed.
You could also take the opportunity to really explore the natural world at night, as the light of the silvery moon really does show us Mother Nature’s remarkable beauty at this particular time.
Do pay attention to all the smells and sounds the night time brings, take note of the lovely nocturnal animals you see. It will remind you that even on the darkest night, life has not stopped and still has so much beauty and wonder to show you.
Spirit Visitation In The Form Of Orbs
What are spirit orbs? Actually, we are all orbs at some point in time. When we are not inhabiting a human body or other bodies in other dimensions, we become light energy. That light looks like a small circular light that moves and darts around quickly.
Spirit orbs can suspend in mid-air. It can bounce. It can dart to the left or right. It can move slowly or quickly. It can do basically whatever it wants.
One night I saw three orbs moving in unison together. Every time I got up to leave, they darted together to the right. Every time I sat back down, they moved in unison back to where they were.
We can also project any visual image we want, instead of being viewed as an orb by human beings. I am blond with green eyes in this life. However, on the other side, I usually prefer to project myself as a dark-haired Native American woman of about 30 years of age. The life I lived as that woman, was one of my favorites.
When I was around five years old, I looked in the bathroom mirror. I remember being absolutely shocked to see a white girl with green eyes and freckles staring back at me! I thought I was Native American with tan skin, dark eyes and long black hair. I remember running to my mother, screaming and crying about that stranger in the mirror. My mother, a devout atheist and not at all versed or educated in subjects like the spirit afterlife and reincarnation, had no idea what I was talking about.

How To Create Your Own Angel Altar
Over the last few months, I have written in depth about the angelic realm and all the wonders it bestows upon humanity. In today’s blog, however, I wish to share some ideas on how to construct your own angel altar at home, so that you can connect with the angels and archangels whenever you need their spiritual guidance and assistance in your life.
First, find a sacred space for your altar somewhere in your home or office. This can just be a small, private area in your bedroom where you know you will not be disturbed and will be at peace with yourself.
Select or purchase a base for your altar. It can be as simple as a small box or coffee table that is sturdy enough to hold whatever you choose to place upon it. Then drape a cloth over your altar. Anything that is large enough to cover the base will suffice.
Next, you can adorn your altar by placing appropriate objects on it, such as candles, crystals, angelic figures, plants, flowers, stones, and the like. You may use anything that is personally meaningful to you, or to which your are intuitively drawn.
To glamorize your display, you could add golden or silver colored objects, or even spray-paint an artifact of your choice to really add that personal touch. Silver, gold, black, white and mirrored rectangular trays are particularly on trend at the moment for decorating holy altars. However, if your budget is limited, simply paint or decorate an old tray, before placing it on your altar. Check around your home for other unused items that you could paint spray and add to your altar to compliment it.
Nine Lemons In A Bowl
You will always find a bowl filled with exactly nine lemons in the center of my kitchen island. It is a labor of love keeping that bowl filled to this exact number, but the happiness which fills my soul with just a quick glance at them, makes all the effort worthwhile – because I know they are doing so much for me physically, mentally and emotionally.
So, why lemons and why exactly nine? In Feng Shui, lemons are believed to help clear away bad karma and their bright yellow color is a symbol of optimism and happiness. Also, in Feng Shui, the number nine is considered to be the luckiest, as it represents wealth, accomplishment, and attaining personal goals. Why would I not want to welcome these wonderful attributes into my home with such a gift from nature?
I love the pop of color those nine lemons bring to my home and they have actually become a permanent part of the decor. Of course, it does help that I happen to have a large lemon tree in my backyard. From December to April lemons are available in abundance here in Arizona!
Lemons are also a great source of nutrition. They are a natural antioxidant and great source of Vitamin C. Lemons helps to detoxify the body and clear away negative energies, to bring balance to your health and your soul. They also create a positive, uplifting environment.
How To Interpret An Aura Reading
I find aura reading to be interesting and a lot of fun. It has broken down social barriers for me, especially with those I have come across who have a somewhat challenging disposition. You can read anyone’s aura anywhere, anytime. It can be done on a complete stranger, or someone you may have known your entire life, and the person can come from any walk of life.
For example, I have a friend who is abrasive, abrupt, and bristly, but also precious and sweet. All this dynamic energy rolled into one little ‘ball of fire.’ Over the years many have not only overlooked her, but also completely misunderstood her. Let’s begin at the beginning, which is the head area. This is done looking entirely at the outside of the head itself, as if we were going to draw a ring around it. When I look at her aura here, I determine a strong gray undertone first, and then an overlay of light blue. The gray tells me she is not feeling the best right now, possibly suffering from a head cold. The blue of course denotes that she is extremely creative. This makes sense since my friend loves poetry, is a gifted crafts person, and loves to knit fashionable clothing and accessories. Her designs have been sought after by individuals that recognize and appreciate her unusual talent.
