Free Yourself From Negative Energy
We shape our lives with both positive and negative energy. The good vibes bring us abundance, joy and fulfillment, and inspire us to strive for higher goals. The bad vibes bring us lack, fear, stress, frustration, disappointment, and sadness.
It is our nature to strive only for joy and happiness, but this is not always the case. We can even choose to live a very quiet, simple life and not rattle any cages and still face adversity and unwanted bad times.
The main reason for this is that our journey in this life is not meant to be perfect and easy all the time. Our souls crave some bad times as well, for this is what brings us spiritual growth and evolves our soul!
However, while the duality of good and bad is a fact of life, some of us also endure much more than our fair share of hardship and suffering. Again, this may be because we chose a more difficult or challenging path as part of our original soul plan.
But it is also true that some of us simply struggle and suffer more because of our own free will choices and the unpleasant reality we choose to create for ourselves. Fortunately, with a little personal responsibility and increased self-awareness, we can also change this scenario from bad to good. Continue reading
What Reality Will You Create Today?
In this lifetime, it is important to remember that we are all the creators of our own realities, as well as the co-creators of our shared reality.
This means that as an individual we have the divine gift of free will. Free will is our personal power to make our own choices in life. It is one of the most important and valuable aspects of human existence because it allows us to determine our own fate and shape our own destiny.
Without free will, we would not be autonomous and responsible spiritual beings in human form. Instead, we would be robots, pre-programmed to act in a certain way. Being born with free will allows us to make moral choices, to love and be loved, and to create our own unique paths in life.
Of course, with free will comes responsibility and accountability. We are responsible for our own thoughts and actions, both good and bad. We must therefore think carefully about our choices and make sure that we are acting not only for our own highest good, but also for the greater good.
Free will also does not mean that we are completely free from the constraints of external circumstances and worldly influences. We also share a collective free will with the rest of humanity. Just as we create our own daily reality and shape our individual destiny, we also co-create a shared global reality with the rest of the world.
Invoking Archangel Michael In Your Spiritual Practice
Archangel Michael, the divine warrior and champion of truth and justice, is a powerful figure in many spiritual traditions. He is a prominent figure in Judaism, Christianity, Islam, the Baha’i Faith, and Neo-Paganism.
His name in Hebrew means “Who is like the Lord?” and his title “Archangel” means “Prince of Angels.” Michael is the leader of the angelic realm and is known for his strength, courage, and protection. He fights for good, empowers the faithful, and accompanies the souls of the righteous to heaven.
He is typically depicted as a warrior, complete with sword and shield. He is also often shown defeating a dragon or other monstrous creature. In Christianity, he is specifically mentioned in the Book of Revelation as battling Satan.
In some depictions, he is shown holding scales. This is a reference to his position as guardian of the dead as their souls leave the earth. Just as the Roman god Mercury accompanied souls to the underworld, Michael is said to accompany the recently deceased on their journey to the other side.
Michael is a venerable spiritual figure and is often invoked in prayer, meditation, and other spiritual practices. Believers invoke his presence for protection, guidance, and spiritual strength.
Astrology Forecast January 8 – 14, 2024
There may be lots of talk and very little action today and tomorrow due to the Sagittarius Moon, but this vibe will serve to get many of us back into work mode after the holidays, so don’t stress too much if you don’t get much done.
Luckily, there will be plenty of inspiring energy for new beginnings with the Capricorn New Moon on Thursday. This aspect will get us back on our feet and we’ll be able to catch up in record time, enabling us to tie up loose ends from last year and put a stake in the ground for new ventures.
Tonight’s Mercury in Sagittarius square Neptune in Pisces may be emotionally challenging, especially if you have been dealing with mental health issues. If you feel unwell or begin to spiral during this transit, beware of self-medicating with alcohol, medication, drugs, or stimulants.
Instead, engage in activities that promote relaxation and stress reduction, such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, journaling, or progressive muscle relaxation.
It is also important to stay grounded, calm and realistic during this time, and to avoid making rash decisions or engaging in wishful thinking. If you feel overwhelmed, reach out to a trusted friend, family member, support helpline, or mental health professional.
Navigate Your Career Change With Inner Guidance
When a new year dawns we tend to take stock of our lives and consider making some changes, such as in our field of work or our current position. Some people even consider starting a business.
It is common to consider a career change at the start of a new year. A new year makes us aware of the passage of time and is therefore often seen as a time for self-reflection and goal-setting.
But as simple as it may seem at first, changing careers can be a daunting process, especially if you hope to achieve the best possible outcome. It requires careful planning, research and preparation, but with the right mindset and approach, it can be a very rewarding and fulfilling endeavor.
Changing careers is inherently uncertain. It involves leaving the familiar for the unknown, and this can be challenging and scary. However, our personal and spiritual growth tends to thrive in uncertainty. It encourages us to step out of our comfort zone and embrace the unfamiliar. Rather than seeing uncertainty as a barrier, consider it an opportunity for personal expansion, self-discovery, and soul evolution.
If you are considering a career change, one of the wisest things you can do is to ask spirit for guidance and support and to follow your inner guidance. Spirit will guide you through the ambiguity and help you make the right decisions along the way. Navigating a career change can be daunting, but tapping into your spiritual inner guidance system will provide more of the clarity and direction you need.
Transform Your Life With Sustainable Resolutions
Every new year, I hear my clients complain about what they hope to change about themselves, what they want to change about themselves, or what they should be changing about themselves.
I then ask them why they are not claiming their power to change right now?
You do not have to wait until the New Year or some other major life event to make a change in your life. Once you’ve decided on a new path or course of action, the key is to stick with it for the long haul, taking small steps every day.
The Japanese call this kaizen, a philosophical concept that emphasizes continuous improvement, often in small increments. The idea is that by making consistent progress, even if it is just a little bit each day, you can eventually achieve significant results.
Sustainability should be the ultimate goal of whatever you decide to change in your life. While New Year’s resolutions are all noble and lofty, you have to acknowledge the inherent resistances and blockages you carry within and agree to be patient with yourself in order to ultimately get there.
I’m still working on some New Year’s resolutions I made in 2016. Do I look back in horror and say, “Why is it taking so long?” or “I really should be doing better!” Sometimes, yes! Do I use that as an excuse to backslide, fall off the wagon, or throw in the towel? Not at all, mostly because I’ve come to realize that if I hadn’t decided years ago to make those resolutions to make powerful changes in my life, I’d still be where I was, or worse. I’d be living a life of regret, not progress.
