The Wonderful Ways We Receive Messages From Spirit
As spiritual beings on a human journey, we are constantly guided in our daily lives by the spirit realm and the divine to assist us with life decisions, karmic choices, spiritual growth, fulfillment of our purpose, and prophetic insights into the future.
Our deceased loved ones, ancestors, spirit guides, angels and the divine communicate with us constantly to provide comfort and reassurance during difficult times, to remind us that we are never alone, and that we are loved and watched over.
Spirit also imparts wisdom and knowledge to help us find closure, forgiveness, and healing. However, in order to clearly receive, interpret, and apply the wisdom of these messages, we must be mindful and cultivate a heightened spiritual awareness.
Messages from the other side also serve as a reminder of the continuity of existence beyond physical life. Our deceased loved ones want to assure us that we will be reunited with them in the afterlife and that there is an ongoing connection between that spirit realm and the physical world.
Sometimes spirit simply communicates with us to remind us that the spirit realm is all around us and easily accessible, and to encourage an open and spiritually aware life. In some circumstances, spirit will also communicate with us as an act of divine intervention or intercession, to warn us of impending dangers or negative influences, and to help protect us from harm.
Energy Imprint, Energy Cord, Or Entity Attachment?
In my work, I often encounter people who are experiencing phenomena that are negatively affecting their energy field, causing them to suffer a loss of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being.
Usually these problems are simply due to their own negative thinking, or external negative energy imprints or residues that their aura has picked up from toxic people or environments. In many cases, it can be due to the energy cord of a dysfunctional or unhealthy romantic relationship or other types of energy cords with family, friends, or co-workers that are contaminating or draining their personal energy and vitality.
In some cases, however, these negative energy influences have a far more sinister origin that the “carrier” or victim is rarely aware of, while it is destroying their well-being and wreaking havoc in their lives.
The problem is that many people do not understand the difference between negative energy imprints, energy cords, and evil entity or spirit attachments. In my experience, the confusion is mainly due to the fact that the effects these three categories of negative energy phenomena have on people are often similar, leading to misinterpretation of the source or cause of these influences and disturbances.

I have recently reintroduced rune reading into my daily spiritual routine. I had briefly dabbled in it a few years ago when I was exploring various methods of divination.
But this time, as my quest has become more personal due to recent events in my life, and I found myself remembering much of what I had learned years ago, the decision to use the runes again has proven to be a deeply enriching experience.

Each runic tablet or stone contains a character from the ancient alphabets of early Germanic and Scandinavian cultures, including the Elder Futhark, which is the oldest form of the runic alphabet.
The Elder Futhark dates from the 2nd to 8th centuries and consists of 24 runes, each with its own unique meaning and symbolism. I use the Elder Futhark, which is the most commonly used rune set in divination practices, just as the Rider-Waite Tarot deck is the most commonly used in cartomancy.
