Speak Your Piece With Archangel Gabriel
Gabriel is known as the angel of communication and God’s messenger in the Abrahamic religious traditions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. The Bible tells us it was he who brought the message of Christ’s birth to mankind. As the great communicator Archangel Gabriel can also help us in speaking our piece in life, and empower yourself as a result.
Very often seen with his trumpet in religious art, Gabriel brings us messages from the spirit realm during our sleeping hours. His fabulous angelic presence emanates the most intense white light, which brings about purification wherever it is required.
Gabriel is associated with the element of water. So, whenever you find yourself near a river, the sea, or a lake, you should find that his messages bring particular focus and complete clarity of thought. In fact, Gabriel uses water to its best effect by purifying one’s soul, and helping us to reflect on any matters that may be on our mind.
Protect Yourself With A Freezing Ritual
Rituals are a wonderful way to invite Spirit in to help you manifest the highest good in your life. When practiced faithfully, they can create deep transformation within you, strengthen your spiritual being, and manifest a shield of protection and power around you.
The ‘freezing’ ritual is one of my personal favorites in my own spiritual practice. It is powerful ritual for deflecting unreasonable people or situations, and protecting yourself from the negative energy they create.
‘Freezing’ the influence of negative people allows you to keep moving authentically and joyfully through your life, without unnecessary drains on your spirit or emotions. It is also an effective way to rebalance your own emotions and restore clarity. You can freeze energy drains, health problems, financial challenges or any outside conflicts that are keeping you stuck.
Third Eye Awakening
The third eye is the chakra or energy center that is associated with clear thought. Many equate this to intuition, but it really goes beyond that. It empowers us to gain spiritual ‘sight’ related to all circumstances of life.
When the third eye is ‘closed,’ it is difficult for us to recognize the purpose of what we are experiencing and it also inhibits us from having an unclouded vision of the present. Our egotistic perceptions can then get in the way and we are unable to shift our situation into a more positive experience.
If you feel as though this energy center is blocked, there are simple steps to unclog your spiritual sight and awaken your third eye.
Visioning or Visualization
Visioning and visualization are tools that you can use to mentally envision a future that you desire. This can be as simple as envisioning a positive day at work or school, to envisioning a major goal that you want to accomplish as you move forward in life. Continue reading

Recovery From Psychic Attack
If you’ve been feeling depressed, in pain, or just out of sorts without quite knowing why, it may be that you’ve been on the receiving end of a psychic attack. Candle Divination
Certain rituals or daily actions can sometimes trigger a powerful memory. This just occurred as I was lighting some candles in my work area. The lighting of the candles prompted me to look for some notes I had tucked away relating to the flame of a candle, because for some reason my lit candles seemed to be demanding my attention.
Reading the notes took me back to a psychic awareness event I attended many years ago. A colorful lady, who made and sold her beautiful candles, gave an engaging talk at this get-together. She was passionate about the symbolism of the movement of the candle flame. She reminded her audience that as spirit affects the atmosphere around us, with anything from a gentle breeze to an icy chill in the air, they often also communicate with us by influencing the flame of a candle.
