The Courage To Rescue Your Inner Child

Click Here NOW for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comMany people wish they had better memories of their childhood. For some the traumatic experiences of their youth is something they would much rather forget. But spirit has shown me that each piece of our life happens for a reason.

Learning to overcome and rise above the negative events in our life enables us to grow and expand. We do not get to pick and choose the parts we like, and discard the rest in the deepest closet of our mind. We become an empowered, improved version of ourselves when we find healing and forgiveness by redeeming even the worst parts of our life experience.

We all matter. We all bring unique gifts to this world. No matter what has happened to us, we must rescue every lost or damaged moment of our life journey. Those tragic events and awful experiences are what molds us into who we are today and who we are meant to become.

Nobody chooses some the things that might happen to them: family dysfunction, separation, divorce, rivalry, abuse, loss, death. As children we often blame ourselves for the things that happen around us, or we block it out, never wanting to remember it again. But this only means that you have left a part of yourself behind in the darkness of the past. But now that you are older and wiser, wouldn’t it be awesome if you could go back and save that part of you?

As a little girl I loved horses and dogs, but we could not afford to keep any. I made up for it by drawing them. My parents could also not afford to buy me expensive drawing paper, so I had to wait until my mom returned from the grocery store, because I would then get the used brown paper bags to draw on. It may seem somewhat silly, but to this day I still buy lots of paper whenever I get the chance! One would think there was going to be a shortage on paper, based on how I tend to stock up.

Conscious Living In A Fear-Based Culture

Click Here NOW for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comThere are five basic emotions: fear, anger, grief, love and joy; in this order, because this is the order in which most humans experience these emotions.

I am sure you know many people who are fear-based. Perhaps you are fear-based yourself? Fear-based people have allowed our culture to blackmail them into believing that they must live up to certain standards to be acceptable.

For example, many people are dealing with this uncertain economy through the lens of “Oh, we must maintain the status quo, no matter what!”

Try to see this imagined burden for what it is: a mirage, not to mention an energy leak. This mirage stems from the fear that we won’t be able to keep up appearances; in other words not be able to afford the items that our fear-based culture with its lack consciousness and scarcity mentality decrees makes us acceptable to the status quo.

In fact, we could all do just as well with much less, and feel good about ourselves and our efforts; maybe even better because there would be more integrity in our energy, because we would be living in truth!

There are countless other ways our culture perpetuates this hoax. Think about it. I am sure you can think of many more examples. One way to break the chain of this mindless brainwashing is to realize it is really none of our business what others think of us, and vice versa.

Now, think of a squirrel. A squirrel just goes about his business of doing what squirrels do. If he stumbles upon a big, fat, juicy acorn, that is good. But if he doesn’t, he continues to go about his business just the same, and either way life is good, whether his fare is meager, robust or in-between. And, he isn’t concerned about what the other squirrels think about him either way.

Empaths Need Firm Psychosocial Boundaries

Click Here NOW for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comPsychosocial balance is tricky for the empath. It requires managing expectations, checking our reactions and emotions, and most especially setting boundaries. Because it is so easy for us to link into the feelings and emotions of those around us, empaths often forget that others may not respond in kind.

For the empath it’s all about balancing your intuitive gifts with your expectations, and finally your responses. Work, friendships, relationships, all the things that encompass our daily lives, require vigilance to ensure that balance is maintained, or chaos will ensue.

For the Type A empath, jobs, friendships and relationships can end very abruptly with major repercussions. The more assertive empath tends to have the motto of “do unto others before they do unto you.” They will leave a job, a relationship or a friendship at the drop of a hat. The more subdued, timid empath tends to stay in miserable job situations, one-sided friendships, and sometimes downright abusive intimate relationships.

At work especially it is very important for all empaths to remember that there is almost always going to be some personality clashes. Others do not always view us favorably.  Remember that you are there to do a job – your job. Staying focused on your work, the requirements of that job and your performance is your primary responsibility. Confronting someone, especially a superior, with “what’s your problem, I know you don’t like me” is counterproductive. Similarly the typical response of the introverted empath to quit, or at least never address any issues, is also futile.

Yes, it can be gut-wrenching or infuriating for empaths to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that a co-worker or boss doesn’t care for them, or has it out for them, but utilize your gift! As an empath you can read the feelings and intentions of others. This gives you a map to the personalities you are dealing with. Use that information to moderate your own responses to the situation and the individuals you are dealing with in your professional environment.

Two Easy Ways To Start Meditating!

Click Here NOW for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comMeditation is the go-to spiritual practice for millions of people all over the world. Not only does it offer incredible benefits for clarity of mind and overall well-being, it is also a powerful self-care tool to help us navigate our lives for our highest good.

But, for newbies getting started with a meditation practice can be challenging at first. I often hear people say, “I can’t meditate, I fall asleep every time,” or “Oh, I tried meditating, but I got too distracted, because I can’t properly clear my mind.”

If this sounds like you, please know that many beginners struggle with the notion that in order to ‘properly’ meditate, one must sit motionless, eyes closed, and clear your mind of all thoughts, and that an inability to do so means that they’ve failed to meditate, or that meditation is ‘not for them.’

The truth is meditation is called a ‘practice’ because it really does take practice to develop and master. But that does not mean it has to be complicated or difficult. Anyone can learn to meditate. To develop your meditation skills more easily, I suggest you begin with a meditation routine in one of two ways: guided meditation, or nature meditation.

Guided Meditation

We have ease of access to guided meditations these days due to convenient advances in digital technology. Gone are the days of having to attend a meditation class in person, or struggling with audio cassette tapes! These days high quality guided meditations can be instantly downloaded or streamed from various websites, apps, and social media platforms. All you need is your smartphone, and a pair of earphones or a headset.

Blessed With The Knowing Of The Divine Feminine

Click Here NOW for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comIn the Greek myth of Pandora’s Box, an inquisitive woman decides to open a mysterious jar left in the care of her husband. In the process, she releases the many curses of sickness, suffering and death upon humanity. Pandora desperately tried to close the lid of the jar, before all the evils of this world escaped, but it was too late. Only one item remained, and that was hope.

In the similar Biblical tale of Adam and Eve, an inquisitive woman is enticed to eat the forbidden fruit of the Tree of Knowledge, causing the fall from grace of humanity. As a result, all sorts of sicknesses, struggles, and sin have been afflicting humanity ever since.

As we shift from the astrological Age of Pisces into the Age of Aquarius, achieving increased spiritual awareness and enlightenment will become one of humanity’s greatest improvements. We will become more certain of our soul’s destiny, safety, and calling, and no longer have to work through our petty human fears and worries by leaning on the crutches of dogmatic religion and the uncertainty of Pandora’s hope.

With sufficient spiritual practice and energy work, hope can be transformed into a simple knowing, and faith or belief can become complete conviction. One’s soul purpose becomes defined, opening the crown chakra like a sports dome at a baseball game. We become sure of our calling and destiny.  We are ready to enjoy the blessings.

Through our daily self-care journey and meditation, we can purify the crown chakra to magnify our purpose. We can stay calm in even the most difficult circumstances. We become a benefit to society at large, creating a shelter for those less fortunate.

If we dare to raise our vibrations significantly, we may help humanity, the offspring of Eve and Pandora. Not everyone is blessed to have the wisdom or resources to ascend. We can be the helping hands for those souls, helping them, guiding them to enlightened knowing and spiritual wisdom.

The Feminine Power Of The Sacral Chakra

Click Here NOW for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comDuring the recent Mercury retrograde, I lost my apartment keys. In a moment of wanderlust, my keys had slipped out of my pocket during an outing.

It happened on a Sunday, and it was a holiday weekend to boot. The office at my apartment complex wouldn’t open until the Tuesday. So, I was either stuck in my home for two more days, or I could impart creative solutions.

I chose to do the latter.

My daughter stays with me some days of the week, as well as every other weekend. The other days she is with my ex-husband. I asked if he could drop her off a day early, so I could go out and buy groceries while she was here.  Then she could buzz me back into the apartment.

When we face problems, a key ingredient in navigating solutions is creativity.  This is partly supported by the sacral chakra that inspires us past challenging, endless obstacles.

Communicated by the throat chakra, the other creative center in the system, the sacral center radiates joy when a solution appears.

The sacral chakra is one of the three feminine energy centers of power, along with the heart chakra and third eye. If all three are balanced in the female body, she attracts abundance in love, financial matters, and friendships with ease. Her solutions are naturally inspired by love emanating from her being.  Nothing is expected in return. Those who have benefitted from her help give back to her out of gratitude. Continue reading

How To Get More Out Of Your Journaling

Click Here NOW for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comI always thought of all journaling as writing one´s thoughts and feelings down on a notepad or in a book- something like a very personal diary. But recently, a very artistic, creative friend posted photos of some exquisite journals she makes. I had simply had to get one.

I even got to choose the colour, together with a sigil my friend will add between the layers of the journal. My choice for a sigil was something I am working on manifesting, so seeing that inscribed symbol will be a constant reminder of my manifestation each time I journal.

I asked my friend what her view is on journaling, because she absolutely loves creating these works of art. She envisions her creations being used as perhaps a gratitude journal, a dream journal, a meditation journal, a poetry notebook, as well as for general journaling or recording one’s favourite quotes.

At the beginning of the year, I began a nightly routine before falling asleep in making a mental note of the big and small things I am grateful for, and also to ponder about what I have managed to achieve during that particular day, be it a small chore I had procrastinated on, or something more important.

My fancy new journal will now be used to write down all the things I am grateful for at the end of each day, as well as recording my achievements. I feel it will have more impact written, and will be good to look back on, because I tend to be my own worst critic when something doesn’t get done.

Journaling is going to help me realize that I have really accomplished much as I could possibly get around to on any given day, and that I have done the best I could with the time and energy available to me.
