Many people ask me in readings if I see something manifesting in their life they have wanted for a long time, or the successful outcome of something they are currently hoping to achieve.

A psychic advisor can confirm if you are on track and anchored in our power. When I do a reading, I can see a person’s soul purpose and where they currently are on their spiritual path.  I can also see the likelihood of an event happening or not, based on previous events they’ve been through, or perhaps a current spiritual lesson they are undergoing. However, what I find callers don’t always realize is that for some of the questions they ask in readings they already hold the key to not only the answers, but also how to make things happen that they may be leaving up to fate.

Whether something is going to happen in your life, or not, is mostly determined by your own thoughts and actions. For instance, if someone calls me for a reading and wants to know if things will move forward with a particular person they are romantically interested in, there are many ways the situation can potentially play out. And the outcome will depend mostly on the caller’s own thoughts, ideas, beliefs, fears, energy frequency, and behavior patterns.

The early stages of a relationship and dynamics of love can be a funny thing. I liken it to ‘reverse psychology’ in the etheric world.  I say this because what I find works most often in attracting the love of our potential partner and get their attention is somewhat counter-intuitive to what we might assume.

For example, the old saying it is best to ‘play hard to get,’ holds far more value than we may think.  Granted, it does take a lot of self-discipline to pretend we’re not as interested in someone as we really are, but I can guarantee you that energetically it will pay off.

Eye Gazing As A Spiritual Practice

Eye gazing is usually done for about ten minutes at a time, although it can certainly be any duration preferred.

Eye gazing can be used to access past life information, promote healing, connect to your higher self, guides, or angels, and almost anything else you can imagine. The eyes are the windows to our soul, and our soul is the singularity that connects us to everything else: the Universe, Source, God, the Divine. Eye gazing is also a profound manifesting tool we can use to further develop our ‘spiritual muscles,’ so to speak.

Before you include eye gazing in your spiritual practice, I recommend you read my previous blog on the essentials of eye gazing. Once you are more familiar with the basics, you can also apply the following guidelines to your eye gazing practice.

To use eye gazing for a specific purpose, you must set a clear intention beforehand, and then hold that intention throughout the gaze. You hold an intention by simply keeping a gentle awareness in the back of your mind that what you are seeing during the gaze is relevant to your intention, and trusting that whatever comes forward is always relevant.

It’s important not to simultaneously hold any expectations about what you’re going to see, or to resist anything that comes up spontaneously, just because you don’t immediately see its relevance or connection to your intention. Keep an open mind and be flexible and accepting in the flow of your gazing experience.

If you’re gazing alone, sit comfortably in front of a mirror, take a few centering breaths, and then state your intention out loud. I prefer to speak aloud in my spiritual practice whenever possible, as words are energy forms and therefore add a ‘weight’ to our prayer requests, intentions, and affirmations. State your intention out loud and ask Spirit to provide insight around this intention. Use language that feels right for you.

Life Is In The Eyes Of The Beholder

This is the scenery surrounding me with my eyes open too. It tells me a story of life, of inner perception, and beauty.

The experience of life is what we make it, not because we are independently powerful controllers or causes of physical outcomes, but because we are eternally sentient beings with the gift of free will.

The spirit soul is a spark of consciousness, and we can express that consciousness through a variety of qualities. It is that inner flavor of our quality that then colors our experience and lens.

So, for example, when I see the water in the stream rolling around rocks and carving a curvy path through the land in front of me, I am reminded of a world that is gentle with feminine energy. She flows and nourishes and moves with consistent but soft determination.

I know that elsewhere there is also hard, jagged terrain and a state of mind that matches it. I can choose to match my mind to the beauty, diversity, and gentleness of spirit, or to the rigid harshness of a cold, hard, inert world of matter and might.

This choice presents itself at every step. Two people may suffer a similar loss in their lives, but process it completely differently. One might see it as an opportunity to grow and become more resilient, while the other might choose to feel angry and unfortunate. It depends on the lens through which we choose to view the world and our interactions with it.

Our circumstances also do not have to change for consciousness to change. When we change our inner consciousness and the lens through which we choose to view life, we change the experience.

FALSE BELIEFS

The most important thing is to become aware if you have a negative mindset caused by certain fears and false beliefs. Make a list of every negative idea or false belief you may have about the future. Then rewrite each of them in a positive form and also in the present tense. For example, if you worry that the pandemic may never end and our lives will never me normal again, rephrase that notion as: “The pandemic will end in due course and life will eventually return to an even better version of normal.” It’s almost like overwriting an old computer program.

VICTIM MENTALITY

Realize that you alone can change your life for the better. Nobody else is going to do it for you. The more you direct the focus away from your own responsibility and self-empowerment, and instead focus on others in a negative way, the more you remain in the passive, victim role and nothing can truly change. Less Stress, More Meditation

Click Here NOW for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comWe do our best to not be in a state of constant stress, toxic environments and unhealthy situations. We try so hard to keep our life in a state of contentment and happiness.

We intuitively know that if we keep our stress levels down, we sleep better and we think more clearly. Being in a state of zen is our original state.

When we are at peace, we are more able to hear that inner voice telling us what to do, and not do. It is what I call our inner GPS. We can hear it much more clearly when I we are centered and grounded, and not stressing.

I have found that only through meditation can I fully achieve this state of ‘less stress’ in my life. Of course, we can never eliminate stress completely, but meditation does empower me to achieve that state of contentment more easily.

After many years of practice, I can even achieve this within a few moments by simply focusing on my breath. But it is best when I take a good 30 minutes to go through my meditative steps. This includes breathwork and visualizing my body relaxing from my toes to top of my head.

During my destressing meditation I also take some time to send out love, light and peace to everyone that I know and love, including those who I don’t necessarily like very much. I also visualize the things I want to manifest in my life.

Stay True To Your Own Best Karma

Most people use the word ‘karma’ in this negative sense, usually believing that a person that hurt them will be on the receiving end of the same hurt (or worse) because of their deeds.

But wishing negative karma on another is a dangerous practice. What we think, say and do tend to come back to us, instead of another person.  So, when you say something like, “Oh, I can’t wait until they get their karma and someone breaks their heart like they broke mine,” you have in fact declared it for yourself (again).

Karma happens when it happens. Never, ever wish it on another in a negative manner.  Your thoughts, words and actions determine what you attract to yourself.

Karma can instead be invoked in an amazingly positive way.  Wish everyone good things, positive actions, and uplifting results in their life – even those who wronged you.

Congratulate that person who got the promotion that you wanted. Offer the person who stole from you a blessing. Forgive the person who broke your heart and wish them only happiness in their future life.

This will open the flood gates of good reactions to your actions. There is a cause and effect for everything, so the moment you choose to you’re your thoughts, words and actions all positive and loving, that is what you will attract in return.

Nagging Thoughts Are Life Lessons

Click Here NOW for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comSometimes I do it too – we all do it. We sit there and rehash stuff in our minds…over and over. We beat ourselves up and say things like, “If only I would have done this”, or “If only I had not said that”.

This kind of thinking really is a waste of time. It can be very draining to sit and analyze things gone by and worry about the past.

Of course, it is certainly better to move with some discernment and caution, while we are going about our day, so we don’t make unnecessary mistakes or fall victim to this kind of regretful thinking later. But it is also important to know that no one is perfect.

Some go about their days not caring what they do or say, and neither do they ever feel the need to do this kind of obsessive thinking about the past. But the majority of us sometimes wonder if we could have done things differently, or feel the need to hold ourselves accountable for every thought, word, action and deed – and that is why we tend to go over things, time and time again.

When you find yourself engaging in this kind of thinking, just stop doing it. Thoughts that just replay events over and over again in your mind is such a waste of energy. Instead consider for a minute how the relevant events are actually a wonderful learning experience.

Those thoughts are there, bugging you, as an opportunity for growth. Ask yourself what you will do or say differently next time, and then you can go about the rest of your day with inner peace and comfort, knowing you that you have gained valuable new knowledge from the experience, and now you can turn it into wisdom for the future. People who learn from themselves and their actions can truly smile, knowing that they can ‘cruise’ along this cosmic wave called life at a higher altitude and higher level of thinking.
