It is so important to keep a dream journal! Some people truly believe that our dreams are nothing more than things we have experienced throughout are day, or just mental wanderings. But dreams are much more than all of that.

In my professional experience dreams are an in-between state between the material realm and the spiritual realm – be it heaven or the other side. It is a place where we can get connected with truth and the light to keep our souls in alignment.

I believe we would all go insane to one degree or another if we didn’t dream or astral travel for a long period of time. That could be why people who don’t get enough sleep sometimes seem so disconnected from that divine spark inside of them. They also get depressed, stressed and their health suffers. Catchy title, eh? Well, that pretty much describes exactly what happened.

It was a day just like any other. I was alone at my Arizona home, preparing to begin a psychic reading for myself, to look at my future. More specifically, I wanted to know where I would be living in 2013. I knew my mother, who lives in Indiana, was scheduled to have a colonoscopy that day, but it was not on my mind at the time of my reading.

As it usually takes more energy and focus to perform a psychic reading for myself, rather than for my clients, I was setting the mood with candles and incense, as I cleansed the energy in the room. The crystal ball is one of the most powerful transmitters of psychic energy. As a divination tool the crystal ball will induce psychic visions my opening up the third eye chakra center of ‘seeing’.

When the third eye is open, symbols and pictures will first form in the mind’s eye, and then be ‘seen’ in the reflective surface of the crystal ball.

The crystal ball can also induce psychic feeling, through the strong magnetic field that is around it. This magnetic field can open up the heart chakra center of feeling. To induce psychic feeling and visions, put both of your hands on each side of the crystal ball.

Color and color healing is a powerful tool that you can use on yourself and also apply to you environment, and to help those you love.

We vibrate to color. Our chakras have different colors, as do our auras, and these are constantly changing based on our circumstances, mood, and health.

Science has caught up with the spiritual arts with clinical trials that use blue light-emitting diode (LED) lights for wound healing and treating some mood disorders, as well as infra red for mood disorders. The Ayurvedic system of healing goes further, incorporating the use of gemstones, which is also color based, for healing, and mood enhancement.

I like to teach people to work intuitively with color as a starting point, rather than teaching a prescribed color therapy system, as I feel this develops more of an initial feel for color. One can find a  formal system later, if so desired. Read the rest of this entry »

An old friend of mine, who I have not heard from in a long time, called me recently and left a message on my voice mail to call him back. When I checked my messages I was surprised to hear from him after so many years.

I asked him how he got my number, since I have not talked to him for so long. Apparently he ran into my brother John at the gas station and asked him for my number. We made some small talk at first, and then told me he had some sad news – Sharon had passed away.

Sharon is my cousin and I was very shocked to hear this! But he quickly realized his mistake and pointed out that it was in fact not my cousin; he was referring to Sharon “the blind lady with the pictures”. Oh man, I have not seen her since my childhood, I exclaimed. Read the rest of this entry »

One night, I was in bed next to my fiancé at the time, and I felt his body jump. It woke me up, and to my surprise, I saw his soul leaving his body. At first I thought, “This can’t be happening. Am I really seeing this?”

The fascinating thing was that as he was leaving his body, his soul looked at me.  His soul reacted in a startled way, as if to say, “Oh! You are not supposed to see me!” I have to admit, it frightened me a bit. I actually think we both startled each other.

I do know that when we astral travel our souls leave our bodies, but how many times do we actually see this with our own eyes?  I feel that his body jumping was his soul detaching or separating from his physical body.

I closed my eyes for a second and when I opened them again, the soul was gone. It took me a while to fall back to sleep that night, but I began to realize that there was a lot more to astral travel than I could even begin to realize. Read the rest of this entry »

Activating our sixth sense takes practice like anything else. I began reading and learning about the pineal gland several years ago. This little pine-cone shaped gland rests deep inside the center of our brain.

For centuries, the pineal gland has been associated with psychic abilities. It has been called the ‘seat of the soul’ or the ‘third eye’. I believe it is related to our sixth sense. This gland allows us to see into other dimensions.

The pineal gland begins to calcify or harden around the age of 12. It also hardens due to lack of use, and from fluoride in our tap water and toothpaste. I remember in elementary school they even had us ‘swish’ with fluoride rinse!

Have you ever noticed how children will say they saw something and some adults may brush it off as ‘imagination’?  Their little pineal glands are still fully functional and most times, parents don’t even realize this. Read the rest of this entry »

I have had several people recently ask me how I came to be a psychic. Now, I can’t speak for anyone else. But, this is how it happened for me.

As a young child, I had an imaginary friend, her name was Dee-Dee. My mother said I played with her often. She also said, I blamed Dee-Dee for almost everything. Saying things like, “I didn’t do it, Dee-Dee did!”  My mother said when I was four years old, after my brother was born, Dee-Dee just went away. The rest of my childhood was pretty much uneventful, with the exception of a few prophetic dreams.

As a teenager, I had an uncanny ability to narrowly escape trouble. I probably should have been dead ten times over. Always, at the last second, I would always change my mind – decisions that ultimately saved my life. Read the rest of this entry »
