Everyone Is An Artist
Art is a powerful form of self-expression. It allows us to communicate complex emotions and spiritual concepts through various mediums such as the visual and fine arts, music, dance, acting, creative writing, and so on.
When we are being creative we connect with the subconscious part of ourselves. This can be a powerfully healing experience to help us process and integrate our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and life experiences on a deep level.
When we are children, we don’t have any preconceived ideas about art. If you observe young children, you’ll see this very clearly. They don’t worry about how ‘good’ an artist they are. Most kids just see art as a form of play. They love to draw, or paint, or color, and are typically pretty thrilled with their creations.
So, what happens along the way that we become so self-conscious about our artistic endeavors? It seems to me that at some point most people have had ‘the artist’ within subtly discouraged or silenced. Whatever the case may be,suffice it to say that life takes over at some point and being creative artistically takes a back seat.
“I was never very good at it anyway,” or “I just did it for fun,” are common remarks I’ve heard from people. But what’s wrong with not being very good at something? Especially if it’s fun? Calming The Stormy Waters Of Your Inner Child
I walk on the beach daily, near my home. In fact, I often walk multiple times a day. This is my meditative and contemplative time, to reflect and see what areas in my life I can improve or change, what areas are working well, and what shifts are going on.
In the morning, the water can be as smooth as glass. This represents true peace, clarity and reflection.
In the afternoon, the water can have three-foot to ten-foot waves, and the beach space that was so abundant in the morning, is gone. This represents the turmoil that is happening in my life and on our planet, or just what comes and goes in the daily news.
In the evening, the water settles down. It’s not quite as glass-like as in the morning, however it has a small and calming wave. This represents all the cleansing that happened during the day and the cleansing that is to happen through the night, bringing me full circle to another calm again in the morning.
This daily spiritual practice brings me a sense of awe in how the water and nature can take something so beautiful and at times turn it into something so destructive and ugly. It is so close to human nature!
When we are born, each one of us is a beautiful soul. No matter how we were conceived, or how we came to be, we are born an innocent being and all we seek initially is the love of a parent, and to then continue to be loved as we grow in our life.
Trusting The Process Of Authentic Psychic Prediction
In today’s fast-paced, convenience-driven world, psychic predictions are often met with impatience, a desire for instant validation and quick, easy answers.
From a spiritual perspective, however, it is wise to accept psychic predictions as they are given in a reading with a reputable psychic, medium, or intuitive, and then allow the predicted outcomes to unfold in their own time according to the divine plan.

Our lives are governed by metaphysical laws and a higher power or universal intelligence. Each event and circumstance is part of the intricate tapestry of our lives, woven by the cosmic forces and universal laws that shape our existence.
My Mother’s Prayers Still Carry Me
I still cry when I hear that beautiful song Mamma by Claudio Villa.
Growing up on a small island in Central Italy, I remember my mother’s daily prayers and all her sacrifices. Those examples have always followed me. They are still my daily support and strength.
I cried today in church as well, while singing the Ave Maria. My lovely mother Margherita passed in the early 90s and although she is not with me physically, she is here in my heart, supporting and guiding me from above. She has been my spiritual guide since my first girl was born and I named her Margherita too.
I always loved my mother’s name, which in Italian is the name of a flower known as “Daisy” in English.
It was during that very difficult pregnancy that my mom came to me for the first time. She spoke to me and I knew her when she walked into my room. I smelled her perfume. She loved the Vele Al Vento fragrance and I that way I knew she was there for me.
Being almost 40 years of age, going into a first pregnancy was scary. I had many medical problems. It was a difficult time and I needed her so much, and she was there for me and always reassured me I was having a beautiful baby girl.
Yes, I did not need the ultrasound to confirm this, she had already told me! When I held my bundle of joy, my first words were: “Grazie Mamma per la mia piccola Margherita,” meaning “Thank you Mom for this lovely flower.”
The Lessons Your Soul Came Here To Learn
There are moments in life when everything familiar begins to feel uncertain or different.
The roles we once identified with no longer fit, the goals we worked toward feel strangely hollow, and an unshakable question begins to surface: What is the deeper meaning of all this?
It is often in these quiet, uncomfortable spaces that we begin to sense there is more to our experiences than meets the eye.

It is simply to consider that your experiences may be shaping you in ways the mind cannot always immediately grasp. It is to look at your life with greater reverence, greater curiosity, and greater compassion.
This is where a more soul-centered approach can offer support. Rather than looking only at surface problems, it invites you to explore the deeper meaning behind your experiences. It recognises that the mind, body, and spirit are deeply interconnected, and that when one area of life is out of balance, the others are often affected too.
Choosing To Shift Your Vibrational Timeline
There is a moment on our spiritual path when we begin to sense that reality is not as fixed as we were once taught.
I have spent decades walking between worlds, learning to listen then unseen and metaphysical. Through my training, I have come to understand that our lives unfold across energetic pathways I refer to as vibrational timelines.
These timelines are not abstract ideas. They are alternative states of consciousness that shape our everyday reality, our relationships, and our spiritual evolution.
Our reality is not singular and fixed, but rather a vast spectrum of parallel timelines. Each timeline is a distinct version of “now” existing simultaneously at different frequencies of vibration.
Everything that exists, including our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and physical matter, has a vibrational frequency. Your dominant frequency at any given moment acts like a tuning fork, aligning you with the timeline that resonates with you.
The timeline you experience is simply the one you’re tuned into and your consciousness is the selector. Your mindset, emotions, core beliefs, and level of spiritual awareness all determine which timeline you’re anchored to. Fear, doubt, and low-energy emotions align with lower-frequency timelines, while love, clarity, and expanded awareness with higher ones.
Soulmates, Soul Groups And Soul Contracts
I find that many people in the spiritual and metaphysical communities are looking for their ‘soulmate.’ So what is a soulmate? What does this term mean to you?
A soulmate is often defined as the individual that we can completely resonate with, that we can truly love and that they truly love us back unconditionally. In reality, however, due to our humanness, this may not always be possible and then we may become obsessed with the search for a soulmate. In that search sadly we often miss truly wondrous opportunities to connect with love in the most unusual or unexpected places.
So, why do we fixate on soulmates? The reason is because we crave love. For the majority of people, the pinnacle of human connection is having achieved such a true, ultimate spiritual connection with another individual. It is what we attest to in the ceremony of marriage, the birth of a child, and so forth.
But maybe we should choose to expand our view of a soulmate as being an individual that we have the deepest admiration, respect, love and positive connection with. Then as we look around, with this new definition in mind, we will see that each of us has many, many soulmates.
We should change our paradigm from being one of soulmates having to be our intimate romantic relationship to that of being simply a deep, compassionate heartfelt connection. Then our relationships have the potential of attracting so much more, including the pinnacle connection of true love. Soulmates available to you abound throughout the world. Your universal connection can be instantaneously expanded beyond your wildest belief.
