April was a month of transformation, new beginnings and change. It was a ‘shift’ month where many found their lives in a state of confusion and not knowing what the cause is. Relationships fell apart. Not just marriages or soul partner relationships, but also relationships with friends, family, career, loss of material items, and so much more.
Why is this happening at this time? When I put this question out to spirit, this is the answer I received in return.
“Your life is changing and so must the attachments that come along with it. We are removing those things that no longer serve you as we know what is best for you even if you think otherwise. Read the rest of this entry »
We have officially entered Springtime and the winds of change are blowing in. Along with change comes new beginnings, and with new beginnings comes excitement, trepidation, and often times fear. We may be thinking about the many potential opportunities a new beginning brings, but, also may worry about any challenges or obstacles the future may hold.
During the winter months you spent time going within, both physically from the colder weather, and spiritually, to connect with your soul. Without even knowing, you instinctively entered the cave of your inner guru to get quiet so that you could nurture and cultivate something very precious inside of you that is about to be birthed this Spring. Death is very much a part of this human experience and your life is eternal. As you open up and embrace these truths the grieving process will begin to transform and evolve.
There is a natural occurrence of separation and disconnectedness when your loved one moves from a physical form into spirit. These are simply attachments that the ego holds. Change is difficult, we understand that. As a human being, part of your growth on this planet is to evolve, and your evolution takes place within change. Read the rest of this entry »
Repressed memories are the hallmarks of deep-seated trauma and hurt. Recently a close friend shared her experiences with what she could only label as ‘repressed memory.’
For years she had a recurring vision that left her with more questions than answers. There were physical symptoms that went hand-in-hand with those visions, for she could hear the pounding of the blood rushing through her ears and she could smell the inside of the building she ran into. She also remembered the thoughts that were racing through her head, “I can never tell anyone about this…” She had no idea what it was she was withholding from herself and others. A few days ago my good friend Tom, whom I have known for a couple of years now, popped over for a visit – as he tends to do every now and again. Tom is quite smart and generally an all around nice, helpful person.
During the course of our conversations, Tom commented on the fact that although he is well into his 60’s now, his life has been somewhat dull and uneventful. He cannot understand why things for him appear to be always so bland and unexciting.
After a few probing questions on my part it soon became apparent that Tom had never really established any goals for himself and did not have any particular vision in mind for his future. There was never any thought of wealth or riches, aside from the fact he shared the hope of many of one day winning a lottery. He is just one of those individuals who believe that somehow the world would open up for him and life would take on a whole new meaning without any input from him. Read the rest of this entry »
Self-hypnosis is also a potent tool for change. Hypnosis, the act of relaxing and dwelling in the subconscious mind with positive self-suggestions, helps to bring change to the body and mind.
We are a society seeking change. How can we bring change without changing ourselves? We set out to do the right thing, and then we find ourselves falling into the same old patterns. We need to accept change as part of who we are right now, and to accept that we are now whom we have chosen to become.
First, we must look at the past and accept it. Then, we may see the present and accept it as the now… and live in it. By living in the now, we create our future. We become who we want to through change and reinforcement. Read the rest of this entry »
Allowing yourself to open up to more of who you are and who you came here to be in the earth space dimension, is in a beautiful transition. But many of you may have been feeling quite sluggish in recent months. This is to be expected as the old energy fights to hang on. Your collective consciousness is rising up, gaining momentum, growing stronger and allowing the shift to be seamless.
Breathe deeply as you move out of your 3rd dimension reality into the 5th dimension. Many of you have ascended into higher frequencies all the way up to the 12th dimension. You will find yourself moving in and out throughout your day, between and amongst these dimensions.
When your body moves back into the 3rd dimension it might feel like a crash or an explosion. Your body is simply adjusting and attuning to being able to function here on this earth plane within your spiritual body as the driving force of your life. Read the rest of this entry »
The first weeks of a new year is always a happy occasion for me. A new year to me has a refreshing feel, as though everything that happened last year can be placed in a box and forgotten, even tossed out with the trash if I like, while the time ahead is still enticingly waiting for me to fill with new plans.
We make resolutions, and say, “Out with old, and in with the new.” Because of this a new year has a healing effect on us, helping us to put the past behind us and change ourselves to create a better future.
When re-creating ourselves, it helps to know what lies ahead. If we can glimpse future events, we can avert problems and embrace the good that is coming to us. We would also understand our limitations and strengths more, so we can plan effectively. Read the rest of this entry »
