The Key To Unlocking Powerful Psychic Readings
When a psychic or medium reads for someone, a great deal of information can come through from the spirit realm, depending on the client’s particular needs and circumstances. However, the opposite can also happen.
People often do not know that the amount, depth, and accuracy of information in a reading does not only depend on the psychic’s talent, skill, or ability, but also on the client’s free will and openness to the process.
As a phone psychic, I will often begin to experience an influx of basic information even before the client’s voice comes on the line. As soon as the phone starts ringing, the psychic process of connecting with the client’s energy begins, but this information is generally very limited. There is usually a lot more information the psychic can potentially read, but only if the client specifically asks for it.
Why is this? Are psychics not supposed to instantly know absolutely everything about you? Well, no. We can only know as much as spirit, and you, will allow us to know. Psychics ‘hear, see, feel and know’ information that is beyond the everyday spectrum of perception, but we cannot interfere with your free will, or pry into people’s lives without their permission. We need a mandate from you to address a particular aspect of your life.
To get the most out of a psychic reading it is therefore vital to have a clear goal or specific direction you wish to go before you decide to call a psychic. In fact, to get the most value out of a reading, it is best to begin the session with well-formulated questions or themes you would like to discuss. This will ensure that your most important concerns are addressed and answered. Because what is important to you right now in your personal life, may not be so important to spirit in the greater scheme of your broader life journey and spiritual path.
A Simple Meditation For Psychic Development
I often have clients ask me during psychic readings or in Yoga class, how they can develop their own intuitive awarness or psychic ability?
It is generally accepted that meditation is one of the most effective and powerful methods to develop psychic perception and increase intuition. If you are new to meditation, you can easily begin with any guided meditations that balance energy flow in all the chakras, but especially meditation that is focused on opening the third eye chakra.
The third eye chakra is located in the center of the forehead and is the energy center associated with psychic perception, higher consciousness, and spirit communication.
I usually share with my clients a Kundalini Yoga meditation technique to stimulate the life nerve in the shoulder. In my experience this helps to tune into one’s intuition and increase your psychic awareness.
In this exercise your arm is used as an antenna to pull in energy to the heart chakra, or fourth chakra, and connecting it to the third eye, or sixth chakra.
This simple meditation is a powerful technique for psychic development, as most people tend to not venture much into the higher chakras by channelling energy above the heart chakra.
Psychic channeling and intuitive awareness requires unrestricted and balanced energy flow through all the chakras, like a row of dominoes. If there is a gap between two dominoes, the flow of energy is distorted, disrupted or blocked. This exercise helps to bridge that gap.
Spirit Guidance Requires Faith And Patience
I once received an apology call from a woman I hadn’t spoken to in over a decade. She wasn’t even sure I would accept her call. Many years ago, I predicted a new relationship for her that didn’t come to pass soon enough to her liking. She was extremely displeased and decided to ‘shoot the messenger.’ I did not hear from her again, until my prediction did prove accurate after all a decade later. She is now married to the man we were discussing at the time of her reading.
Another lady had been calling me for a while, then some things occurred in her love life in the short-term that did not please her. So, again, I was blamed for it and received no further calls. Then, six months later, she wrote to apologize. She also got married last week.
Then there’s the client that I told, “Do not go out with that guy, he’s trouble.” Yet, she still did. Two years later, she called to say, “You were right. Wish I had listened to you.”
See, when I do readings, I ask for wisdom, I pray for accuracy. I also set an intention for open-minded, sensible clients that really care about what spirit wants to communicate to them. I am fortunate that I usually have wonderful clients. Almost everyone one that I am sent to work with, understands the ways of spirit.
You see, in spirituality the journey is what truly matters, not the destination. The best things in life take time. Trusting spirit for guidance requires faith and patience. Divine timing and the divine order of things are not for us to determine or dictate.
Wyatt Earp, a legendary frontiersman of the American West, was known as the ‘fastest gun in the West.’ He famously said that being fast is great, but accuracy is much more important. Life is that way too. We often want life to move fast – quick-paced, rat-raced, constantly running to our goals! We seldom learn the lessons, have the fun, experience the growth, or enjoy the experiences we can have while steadily progressing towards the goal.
Learning To Accept Yourself (Warts And All)
A consistent trend I have noticed doing psychic readings and metaphysical counseling for many years. This trend relates to rejection, and our reaction to being rejected by our human family. It is not natural to abandon or reject loved ones, but in my experience as a pastoral counselor and psychic healer, I have noticed that it is a challenge that many have faced in this life.
Recently, as I was doing a channeling session with one of my clients, this came up and we both had a revelation about our own experiences of rejection. The discussion we had was not only about rejection and how we as humans experience it, but also about how we perceive acceptance. Our experience of rejection comes from only one source, namely our expectation, and also how we resonate with the acceptance we receive from others.
When we are children it is natural for us to allow our parents to be our source. They were the picture of God in our lives, and in ideal situations they were our source of acceptance, providing nurture and stability. Many times, when you see a religious group adopting a vengeful and cruel depiction of the Divine, it stems from a refusal to remove the archetypal depiction from God they experienced with their parents.
Many times, the search for source extends itself outward, and the responsibility of our fulfillment is put on other people or organizations. In some cases, fulfillment is found in substances and can also lead to addictive behaviors. We look to these external ‘sources’ to provide us comfort and satisfaction.
It is natural for us to live in community and relationships, so our endeavors toward fulfillment are often projected outward in our relationships. Unfortunately, since we all have an intrinsic need to identify with and live from Source, we find ourselves continually reaching for fulfillment that we rarely find. This leads to heartache, loss, and broken relationships within the human family.
Today’s Reality Is Not Tomorrow’s Certainty
Much of our lives are too often built on the unknown, the future, our tomorrow. We forget that the moment of living is right here, right now, in the present. We are living today, in this moment.
People don’t need to question what’s happening right now, because that’s usually already evident in their lives. However, they do need to ‘see’ ahead, so they can be prepared for what is to come, or reassured that they are going in the right direction. This is where my responsibility begins as a psychic reader and future forecaster.
However, sometimes when I share with people the divine messages and spiritual guidance meant for them, their response is confused or doubtful. “Uhm, I don’t see that happening,” they might say. Or, “I cannot imagine how such an outcome could be possible.”
Well, of course, you won’t see it right now! The future hasn’t happened yet. One cannot see a distant curve in the path ahead, until you actually reach it.
Psychic predictions often make less sense in the present than it ultimately will in the future. If we wish to probe the future, we must also be open to trusting the process and have the necessary faith that Spirit, God, Source, Universe, the Divine always has our best interest at heart. All will unfold as it must in divine time for our highest good.
It is also insightful to understand and heal the past, and be fully aware of what influences are happening right now, in this moment, so we can figure out how to proceed into the future, better comprehend the changes coming, to get there more easily, and to be steady and ready.
Psychometry – The Psychic Art Of Object Reading
We imprint a great deal of energy information onto items we own and handle. This personal energy information that we leave on items is known as our energy signature. The psychic ability to read these energy imprints is known as clairtangency, meaning ‘clear touch,’ while psychometry is the practice of reading and interpreting these energies.
The magnetic energy fields given off by our bodies can be likened to recording onto a CD or cassette tape, but in the case of psychometry we are recording our energetic blueprint onto an object. When these imprints are picked up by the subconscious mind of the psychic it transfers to the conscious mind for interpretation.
Naturally, if an object has been handed down from person to person over the years, it will likely hold a great deal of history and several energy signatures and imprints. The clairtangent psychic is able to read and decipher this information left behind by its various owners along the way. Information about the owner as well as, for example, a deceased relative who handed the item down to the owner can be retrieved.
The item can often also help a medium to connect with a loved one on the other side. For example, handling jewelry of the person we are reading for helps us to tune in better, particularly if the object is touched frequently by the owner.
Some psychics prefer metal objects, but clothing or other belongings can also work well. Touching walls and artifacts in an old building is another simple way to try and ‘feel’ the history of that place and people that went before us there.
I often work with a photograph to help me connect with the person or pet that is deceased, or missing. Sometimes intense emotions are picked up when handling the item and a psychic may find themselves feeling as if they are connected to another time and place in the world.
The Metaphysical Mysteries Of Numbers
The esoteric symbolism and divine significance of numbers has a long history in metaphysics and spirituality. Christianity, for example, features many numbers of divine significance, such as the Holy Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) and the number 144,000 representing the number of souls that will be saved with the Second Coming. There are also many numerical references in Buddhism, especially in the Sutras. The number 108, for example, is an important number in Indian mysticism, symbolizing spiritual perfection.
I have been using Numerology as a supplementary tool in my psychic readings since the early 90s. I don’t claim to be an expert, but I do incorporate some aspects of Numerology into my readings with great results.
My first introduction to the metaphysical mysteries of the numbers was at a weekend Numerology workshop I attended with a friend.
