Why You Should Keep A Dream Journal – Part Three
There are different types of dreams one can encounter on any given night. From my own experience and study over the past 30 years, and just learning all I can about dreams, I have found the most exciting type of dream are the prophetic ones. I also love lucid dreaming and the wandering dreams.
Prophetic Dreams
These dreams are so great! It’s your own psychic pathway for getting prophetic messages about your life – be it love life, career, or health. Anything you want to know you can know through your dreams. You can just ask your higher self to bring to you in this healing dream time any messages you need to know, whatever it may be. Karmic Relationship Ties That Bind Us
A karmic connection, whether to a person or a pet, is a bond that has been there for lifetime upon lifetime. Because we are linked to another soul also somewhere on the astral, a karmic bond doesn’t simply sever when we physically detach from an individual in this world. Invisible tubular type cords connect us to various people and animals throughout many dimensions and incarnations.
I believe that those we have loved, whether girlfriend, boyfriend, or spouse, not to mention certain more challenging family members, even work associates, can fall into this category of being karmically linked to us. My Anti-Aging Secret
Spring is here and Summer is right around the corner. And, many of us are doing what we can to look our best for the upcoming summer events. Some of us are dieting frantically. Some of us are buying tanning packages or laying in the sun in the back yard trying to get that perfect tan to go with the new summer outfits. Some of us are getting laser treatments to remove unwanted hair. Some of us are getting our hair highlighted.
I admit, I am guilty of indulging in one or two of the above mentioned beauty and lifestyle techniques. But, I have one carefully guarded secret that I plan to share with the world today.
Quite often, I am met with disbelief and astonishment when I tell people how old I am. I am 41 yrs old. And, I am told that I look no older than 32. It is so important to keep a dream journal! Some people truly believe that our dreams are nothing more than things we have experienced throughout are day, or just mental wanderings. But dreams are much more than all of that.
In my professional experience dreams are an in-between state between the material realm and the spiritual realm – be it heaven or the other side. It is a place where we can get connected with truth and the light to keep our souls in alignment.
I believe we would all go insane to one degree or another if we didn’t dream or astral travel for a long period of time. How To Create Your Sacred Space
I used to get rather uptight about whether or not I was dedicating enough preparation time prior to seeing clients, both for psychic readings and energy healing sessions. That was until I visited a well-known elderly spiritualist, who lives in the countryside outside of Johannesburg, South Africa.
His words to me were, “You work with those on the other side, just like I do, but I feel you fret and think the preparation needs to be a lengthy process”. He was right, I was anxious as to whether the prep time with my guides was ample before sessions began. “I just want you to ‘set your intention’ each morning before you begin,” he concluded. Hearing him say that felt like a load off my shoulders. For me, keeping it simple was what I learned years ago in Alcoholics Anonymous, and of course it works. The main ingredient of successful preparation is after all the ‘intention’ to help others, and to open up to spirit working through you. Continue reading
