How To Send Spiritual Protection To A Loved One
When you are separated from loved ones due to distance or circumstance, you can use a simple ritual to send them light, protection and love. Intention and focus gives this ritual it’s wings, as you request protection from Spirit on behalf of another. It ensures that you enlist help for them in the most powerful way possible!
This ritual is especially useful for distant loved ones who may be facing health problems, who are traveling, or those in the midst of dangerous or emotionally traumatic situations.
Preparation
Wear yellow when performing this ritual. Play music that reminds you of the person you are requesting protection for. This ritual can be performed whenever the need arises, and continued on a nightly basis if need be. Continue reading
Moon’s Mailbag # 1
Welcome to my new monthly blog entitled Moon’s Mailbag, wherein I will answer a variety of questions on all things metaphysical, paranormal and psychic. Yes, that’s right! Each month I will select a few of the questions I receive from my clients on Psychic Access. To get the first mailbag edition rolling, I asked a few of my regular psychic reading clients to think about some good questions. By the way, if your question didn’t feature this month, it could potentially be answered in a future publication.
Q: I’ve heard that it takes a lot of energy to do a psychic reading. How do you prevent yourself from being drained energetically?
The Moon Cycles And How They Affect You
Every month, the Moon waxes and wanes creating different changes and cycles in the world, as well as in our personal lives.
Many people are familiar with the monthly full moon as a time of elevated emotions, but there are other phases to be mindful of, since they also affect our energy levels and feelings.
During a full moon, for example, you may realize that you have an abundance, or lack of energy.
The new moon occurs when it is invisible to the human eye. It is a wonderful time for new beginnings in relationships, business, making positive changes and setting goals. The new moon would be when you add something new, or remove the existing problem to strengthen yourself.
The waxing moon is the cycle when it begins to grow in size. Learning, creative projects, healing and transformation are all powerful themes during this time. Continue reading
When The Empath Becomes An Energy Sponge
I just completed a psychic reading for a long-standing client who is a successful teacher, as well as an empath and psychic in her own right. Despite being highly intuitive and, under normal circumstances, able to make good decisions based on her gut feeling, she was feeling totally at a loss, and in limbo concerning her current circumstances.
She asked me for guidance as to what could be happening to her, because even though her situation is not dire, she described herself as feeling like “a sponge that cannot not absorb any more.” She was feeling no sense of creativity or inspiration, nor any initiative to get the ball rolling for a future move for herself and her family. The Tarot’s Hangman card defines how she felt, as if she was just dangling and not getting anywhere fast.
Both she and her husband had made a big geographical move a few years ago, with the well-being of their children in mind. She was beating herself up, because she also felt responsible for every circumstance her family was experiencing, including her 17 year old daughter, who hasn’t quite yet identified her future career niche. Of course, the additional negative energy of guilt was holding her even more in limbo. To top it all, the schooling of her children and work of her husband requires that she lives and teaches remotely, with a several hours commute away from them, so they can only come together as a family once a fortnight. More guilt! Continue reading
Depression And Being Idle
I recently did a psychic reading for a dear client here in my local area. Her question to me was, “Why am I so depressed? Lately I have had time off from work, I really haven’t been doing very much, but I am feeling depressed and tired.” She went on to ask me what might be causing this depression and what she could do to prevent it.
I am clairaudient and instantly heard the word, “Idleness.” It came to me loud and clear, and I shared this with her. She paused for a moment and said, “You know, I think you may be right! I am usually more depressed when I get my two weeks vacation and I have nothing planned. I don’t enjoy my usual hobbies and I just end up laying around and over-thinking!”
Apparently, when she has too much free time, she starts to worry about things in her life that does not usually bother her. She even has a sudden fear of dying when she isn’t being productive! Continue reading
