Pay Attention To Your Dreams
I believe that all dreams have some level of meaning and value in our lives. Dreaming is not only the way the subconscious deals with our time-space, physical reality, but they often also have psychic or spiritual significance. I am a strong advocate of paying attention to our dreams, rather than just relegating them to the sidelines of our human experience.
Even our so-called ‘pizza dreams’ can hold significant meaning in our life. Pizza dreams are highly realistic and very bizarre dreams that we often believe actually happened when we wake up, despite them being outrageously improbable. They are called pizza dreams, because of the urban myth that we tend to have these disturbing dreams after eating too much pizza before we go to bed.
In working with dreams, the best thing you can do is to keep a record. Always keep a dream journal on your nightstand, or near your bed, along with a small, soft light and a pen. Whenever you awaken from a dream, write it down as many details as you can remember. This may initially only be a few key moments from the dream, but if you make this a habit you will eventually begin to remember more and more details from your dreams. Write everything down, no matter how weird or peculiar it may seem.

The True Purpose Of Life
It is often said that the purpose of our existence is love. This is in part true, we are constantly evolving into a greater understanding of love. But this is really only half of the answer. The purpose of life is also the experience. The point of it all is to have interactions.
Yes, it is true that each of us has incarnated with a specific purpose for being here. Ultimately the purpose of life is to recognize our most authentic expression of what it means to be us, and then cultivate the freedom to express that authentic self. Love most certainly facilitates this process, but you could say a better explanation of the meaning of life is the experience itself.
We all incarnated on this planet from perfect love, and will return to perfect love. Within the realm of spirit we are all one. In fact, we are all one at this very moment. However, in the time-space paradigm, it is easy to lose touch with this Oneness of Spirit.
Each soul living on this planet has an innate desire to cultivate unique creative expression. Whether that creative expression is writing, musical expressions, serving others, cultivating human ties, and so on. A Butterfly Message From My Father
My father passed away just over 12 years ago. Since then he has made frequent contact with from the other side. A few years ago, he used to be a frequent visitor at my monthly psychic circle, until it was discontinued when I relocated to another country.
The circle used to gather on the first Saturday of each month. At one particular sitting, we all heard my dad’s voice. His tone was crystal clear, but we were unable to decipher what he was saying. The other sitters had all met my dad before his passing and we were all very sure it was him.
I had never really felt the need to consult a medium after his passing, because of the messages we so often received in our own little circle. Plus, he was almost 80 when he passed, and considering his addictive lifestyle over the years, together with his struggle with pancreatic cancer, I don’t feel he wished to linger on this earthly plane any longer. Our Lives Between Lives
We have all had countless past lives, whether we know it or not. Our souls are continually reborn into a new body. And chances are we’ll remember bits and pieces of each past life, as we learn life lessons in each existence.
But what happens to us between each death and rebirth? Are we stuck in some sort of cosmic waiting room, just sitting there and wondering who we’ll become next? No one knows with absolute certainty, but many of those who have experienced near-death events report that reincarnation is very real.
The soul, our purest essence, is continually evolving, learning and taking valuable lessons from each existence, no matter how long we remain here on Earth. But the soul itself never dies. My First Encounter With Spirit
In the summer of 1987, nearly a year after my parents died just a few days apart, I attended a mediumship evening at one of the spiritualist churches in Toronto. I had never been to a spiritualist church before, however, I had met a friend for lunch earlier in the day and she told me about the upcoming event that evening. Neither of us had ever heard of such a thing before. Unfortunately, my friend was unable to attend because she was on her way out of town, but I decided to give it a try on my own.
The church was located in a shopping plaza, on the second level, above a store. As I went up the very steep steps into parts unknown above, I was not only curious, but also quite skeptical. The room was already packed when I got there, so I sat right near the door, just in case these people started performing any weird rituals, or so other strange stuff. A Heavenly Tea Party
A client I read for on a regular basis, called me the other day about a dearly departed relative. Her grandmother crossed over to the spirit realm recently, and she was hoping to connect with her in a mediumship session. She and her grandma made a promise to one another that they would attempt to connect after her passing.
About a year ago she had told me her grandma was going to be entering a hospice center. I had told her then to spend as much time as she could with her granny, and fortunately she did. She would bring granny some of her favorite things and would read to her. She loved this, since her vision had declined a lot in recent years and she could no longer read for herself. Continue reading
