The Healing Power Of Movement
In my earliest years of life, I was severely shy, fearful of anyone I didn’t know, and acutely anxious of being separated from my mother. Any time we were out, or in the presence of others, I clung to her tightly and hid in silence behind her.
My mom soon received many recommendations to enroll me in dance lessons, to help me come out of my shell. She did, and I emerged. That was my first experience of the healing power of movement.
It continued into my ‘terribly turbulent’ teens, during which ballet became my only safe haven and sanctuary.
In the ballet studio I could pour out every feeling. From the barre to the stage, every move was an opportunity to express what I needed to release, and to find the solace I needed.
A decade later, I found myself bedridden with chronic fatigue. Yet, visions of ballet spontaneously continued to dance across the screen of my mind’s eye – almost every moment of every day. I could feel the movement in my body, even though my body was unable to move.
I know now it was a premonition of a life-changing return to dance, that ultimately remedied my illness and opened the way to reveal my gift of intuitive healing dance.
The power of movement is a beautiful thing. It can literally shift, shape, and reform energy. Energy itself comes in many forms and functions. Emotion, if you think about it, is energy in motion: e-motion. Everything, including you and I, are an emanation of energy from the Absolute Truth and Personality of Godhead.
‘Under-Doing’ For You And ‘Overdoing’ for Others?
Are you ‘under-doing’ for yourself, or perhaps ‘overdoing for others’ in order to gain approval and love? Many of us fall into this pattern without even realizing it.
When we are raised to be helpful, agreeable and accommodating, it can become second nature to say yes whenever someone asks something of us.
For some people it can take many years, sometimes even decades, to recognize that constantly putting others first may not always be the healthy or loving choice it appears to be.
Learning to set healthy boundaries is not something most of us are taught when we are young, especially if we have grown accustomed to keeping the peace by going along with what others want.
Many of us know what it feels like to be the person everyone relies on. When something needs to be done, we are the first person people think of. When someone needs help, they call us.
At first this can feel rewarding because we enjoy being supportive and dependable. Yet always being that ‘Yes’ person can quietly create an imbalance over time.
When we continually give our time, energy and attention to others without receiving the same in return, the natural flow of energy becomes disrupted. Healthy relationships usually involve a balanced exchange between people.
Tarot Forecast March 2026: Two Of Cups
This month the Two of Cups predicts connection and mutual attraction. The atmosphere will feel intimate and present. Emotional exchanges will carry weight and conversations matter. What we say and how we show up will make a difference.
The Two of Cups represents harmony between two forces. It speaks of emotional reciprocity, shared intention, and a sense of equality.
This card’s energy is not about proving yourself to other or chasing validation. It is about mutual recognition. It is the quiet but powerful moment when two souls meet and acknowledge one another with authenticity and sincerity.
Throughout March, we may feel less tolerance for surface level dynamics. There will be a stronger desire for “keeping it real.”
Relationships, romantic, professional, and personal, are highlighted under this influence. The focus shifts toward one on one interactions where honesty feels safe and emotional balance becomes the foundation.
At its core, the Two of Cups represents union, partnership, attraction, and shared values. It can symbolize romantic love, but it also reflects business partnerships, creative collaborations, friendships, and even the internal harmony between mind and heart. The key theme is balance: equal giving and receiving.
The Return Of The Divine Feminine
Sometimes when I do psychic readings, I sense a powerful female presence from Spirit, with wings spread wide, who appears to be lending strength and support to my clients.
I recognize her as the Egyptian Goddess Isis, or by her Greek name, Auset.
When Goddess Isis comes into a reading, I know that serious business is at hand and that my client needs to be brave, strong, and to believe in themselves. This brings in the grander subject of the Divine Feminine and how that is showing up during my client’s reading.
The awakening of the feminine is alive and happening all around us, and more widely recognized now than ever before.
The rise of the Divine Feminine is showing up in all sorts of arenas, including the corporate workplace. Women, as a whole, are speaking up and no longer have much tolerance for sexual discrimination, lower pay rates, or other outmoded ways of female disempowerment.
However, the interesting thing about the Divine Feminine is that it has a quality of power that is not based on forcefulness. It works more in alignment with the psychic realm and intuition. The Divine Feminine works in harmony with what is, and ways to empower everyone.
Men are very much a part of, and inclusive in the reawakening of the Divine Feminine, because this is not about gender, but more about a more balanced, harmonious way of living life. The Sacred Masculine and the Divine Feminine go together perfectly, like peanut butter and jelly! We need both sides present and active for complete wholeness.
Tarot Forecast February 2026: Ten Of Cups
This month the Ten of Cups predicts a palpable shift in emotional energy. After the introspection, clearing, and emotional truth-telling that often marks the beginning of the year, this month may feel like a deep, long-awaited exhale. There is a sense that something inside us finally settles.
The energy of the Ten of Cups does not arrive with intensity or urgency. Instead, it arrives quietly reminding us what it feels like to be emotionally safe, supported, and at peace.
The overall vibration for February 2026 is warm, reassuring, and deeply nourishing. This is not the excitement of new beginnings or the adrenaline of dramatic change. It is the quiet joy that comes from realizing the storm has truly passed.
This month our hearts no longer feels guarded. We are less reactive, less defensive, and far more present in our lives.
Emotional harmony becomes the baseline rather than a fleeting moment, and joy no longer feels like something we have to chase or justify. It simply exists.
The Ten of Cups represents emotional fulfillment, shared happiness, and the sense of being “at home” within ourselves and with others.
Throughout this month, we must remind ourselves that contentment is not dependent on perfection. Life may not be flawless, but it feels good enough. This realization alone is profoundly healing.
Embracing Growth Challenges In Your Relationship
At some point in a romantic relationship, we all face challenges that test our connection with our partner or spouse. People disagree, make mistakes, and experience conflict. It’s human nature.
However, it is important to realize that most problems in a developing relationship are often not inherently negative or catastrophic. Instead, they present valuable opportunities for personal growth, healing, and self-discovery.
If you believe that your happiness in a relationship depends on finding the perfect partner, it’s time for a new perspective. The key to a happy relationship is to remove personal barriers one at a time. By doing so, you can fully immerse yourself in love and become a magnet for attracting the right partner into your life.
Consider the following five common issues that many new couples face and how you can learn from them to foster a stronger, more fulfilling connection with your significant other.
The Happiness Myth
Some people go into a new relationship expecting their partner to bring them the complete state of happiness, joy, and fulfillment they have always sought. But others cannot make us happy, joyful, or fulfilled because achieving this is always an inside job. It starts with us.
