I have great faith in the emotional healing power of plants, their oils and how they can have a powerful effect on your well-being. The amazing healing properties of flowers, in particular, can be used to activate our body’s energy centers, otherwise known as the chakras.
Root Chakra
Known as Muladhara, you will find this particular chakra at your spine’s base. Consider it, if you would, the very plug that connects you to the life force of the Earth herself and assists you to remain grounded. When this chakra is in balance, you should feel secure and stable. How To Use Essential Oils To Enhance Intuition
Did you know that essential oils also have an effect on your intuition and psychic abilities? Yes, essential oils has many uses beyond traditional aromatherapy. Over the past several years, I have used these natural oil extractions, mixed with water, to spritz my healing room, my reading space and various other rooms of the house. I find that it enhances clarity, increases wisdom and opens up a greater understanding to your Higher Self, and the spiritual truths that exist within each person.
I have created various combinations based on what benefits I am seeking at the time. Using jojoba oil, coconut oil, hemp oil or simply water as the base, and adding the oils of my choice, I have created everything from body lotion and after sun moisturizer, to bath salts, balms, bug repellant, massage oil and room spray. If you were to enter my garden in England, one of the first things your eyes may be drawn to is a gorgeous hanging basket full of purple petunias. I put it there for several reasons, and not just to gaze upon its beauty. No, it hangs where it hangs because of how it makes me feel.
Flowers are metaphysically powerful and can assist you in obtaining emotional and spiritual well-being. My purple petunias make me feel motivated and brimming with wellness. Okay, this may seem like a bold statement, but flowers truly are magical in that they can help enhance your productivity, overall happiness, soothe any sensitivity in your life and help to motivate you at the same time. Have A Good Night! – Part 2
Sleep is essential for a quality life filled with happiness, spiritual growth and well-being.
In the first article in this series I shared how a client inspired me to write this blog about the need for healing sleep.
Here are some of the things I shared with her that can also help you with getting better, more healing sleep.
The following are some tried and true remedies that can help you get some really good sleep, but please do consult your physician before trying any of these:
