Intending And Manifesting

Click Here for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comIn-between lives we are with our guides, liberated from a physical body and all its desires and needs. We are pure energy – a soul. It is in this higher form that we carefully plan all the details of our human life, before coming to Earth.

Again, you plan all the details. Yes, all of it. You intend and manifest it all, before coming here. Why? You do this on the Other Side, with your wise guides, detached from physical, human needs and desires.

What are these desires? We have five senses. Therefore things like eating (taste and scent), sex (touch), beauty (sight), music (sound), as well as intellectual stimulation (mind) start to dominate our desires in this physical life. We start to worship money, romance, adventures, security, possessions and many other distractions. These desires are distractions, because you already decided and arranged to have wealth or poverty, a successful love life or loneliness, and many other circumstances before you came here.

You arranged your life to come here to evolve as a soul. That means some of us came here to be billionaire entrepreneurs or famous celebrities, while others came here to be unsuccessful, destitute, or even worse. Each set of circumstances is a lesson, a course of study that you came here to experience. And human desires are distractions when they are worshipped, when you pray for them, hunger for them, focus your life around them.

Personally, I have never met anyone who was working hard on manifesting world peace, or setting an intention to be a more generous or selfless person. The self-help industry offers thousands of books and workshops for people to learn to manifest money, a better love life, a career that will feed the ego. For example, I doubt anyone has ever done affirmations, or created vision boards to manifest a successful home cleaning business!

May 4 – 10

The Scorpio Full Moon takes center stage this week and could shake things up for a few days, as it waxes full on Thursday. Scorpio is the most karmic sign of the zodiac, making this Full Moon famous for the spiritual and the unusual. We’re likely to reconnect with people we haven’t seen in ages, or quite possibly, even in this lifetime! Because a Full Moon promotes release, this week can herald a time of reconciliation, forgiveness, and letting go of the past. This Moon opposes the Taurus Sun, which can also affect finances, health and comfort.

The Moon will travel through Libra on Monday and Tuesday, allowing us time to get things in order and restore balance on all levels: emotional, physical and spiritual. Once the Moon waxes full, we’ll begin to feel much lighter and joyful. Friday and Saturday’s Sagittarius Moon will add to the sense of hope and optimism in the air, and insists we focus on sharing and unconditional love with all those around us.

Saturn will turn retrograde on Sunday and continue to travel backward until the end of September. A Saturn retrograde allows us to take down walls, move more freely and in tandem with the Scorpio full Moon, release anything that stands in the way our dreams.

Kindness Begins With Greater Self-Care

Click Here for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comIn a world where you can be anything, be kind. And kindness starts with being kind to yourself. When we are not kind to ourselves, we cannot be kind to others, and others will also be unkind to us! When we are not kind to ourselves we allow that type of behavior, be it from a spouse, sibling, friend, or relative.

So, kindness really starts with us. When we are kind to ourselves, the domino effect is that we are happier, healthier and more energized. When we are not carving out time for self-care, we are not being kind to ourselves, and cannot truly be kind to others.

Sometimes people can be unkind not even realizing it. How is that? Well, by playing the part of the victim, or acting like others are responsible for their happiness or contentment. They make others feel guilty, because they are putting their problems upon others, without realizing that it is often their own self-made issues.

Everyone has free will. We are ultimately where we choose to put ourselves. In the end no one else is to blame. Period.

A vital aspect of self-kindness is to employ healthy boundaries when others make us feel bad, because they are sad and unhappy. When we take better care of ourselves and come in alignment with our soul, body and mind, we can recognize this. You are not put upon this Earth to energetically fill up the cups of others. Learn to say no, and learn to stand up for yourself when others try to take advantage of you. This is one important way of being kind to yourself.

Sheltering In Gentle Grace

Click Here for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comThe subject and substance of grace is near and dear to my heart. Its consistency is gentle and ethereal, but nonetheless a source of grounded strength. I appreciate it as a richly layered, soft, spiritually textured energy, flowing between Heaven and Earth – divine in its origin from God, yet accessible in unlimited ways within, and around us.

A few years ago, I wrote a book on grace, moving in divine alignment. The words channeled through me, as if being dictated by Grace herself, a feminine goddess personifying the compassionate energy emanating from God as the Supreme Source. Therein, the quality of grace on the hard paths of life revealed itself to me as follows.

When the dance stands still in the dark – outside my comfort zone, in the space of the unknown, in the history of pain, before the next step – I tend to feel neither peaceful, patient, nor poised.

I have grabbed for answers, change, relief, but found none independently within my clutch. So, I envision a fabric of grace, formed when the favor of God becomes interwoven with the sweetness of elegant movement and presence.

Unlike ordinary cloth, the fabric of grace dons a mystical twist. It is a lifeline of being, bearing inexhaustible strength to uplift and pull us forward through all experiences.

There is an artistry of the soul in reaching for this spiritual material of grace. It calls forth inner enlightenment and skill to clasp it in the heart, not in the hands.

How To Thrive In Challenging Times

Click Here for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comThe world can be a challenging place, especially nowadays. However, not only can we cope more easily with any personal, national, or global crisis, we can thrive at the same time. Yes, it can be done, and the following spiritual and conscious living suggestions may help you restore balance and personal bliss in these times.

Choose Your Company Carefully

It is essential that, while going through any type of life challenge, you wisely choose whom you interact with. If you were to allow it, certain people will only serve to increase your stress and anxiety, while others might be supportive in a positive way and make you feel uplifted and empowered. So be careful about who you spend your time with, and avoid the energy thieves on social media.

A great way of connecting with the right kind of folk would be to join a support group or like-minded ‘tribe’ consisting of people whose collective objective is to help one another remain positive and maintain a sense of sanity – no matter what might be going on in their personal lives, or in the rest of the world.

Make Time For Daily Meditation

Anyone can meditate, and that includes you! Therefore, if you would like to reduce the harmful effects that stress can bring to bear on your body and mind, particularly during a challenging time, a simple daily meditation practice can be immensely helpful.

Change Your Life With Mantras And Affirmations

Click Here for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comWe live in difficult and uncertain times, and happiness often seems elusive. It is possible, however, through training your mind, to ‘flip a switch’ to activate feelings of joy and happiness with just a few words. This is known as affirmations and mantras.

The two concepts are somewhat similar or related. Mantras are short words or phrases used in meditation in order to create focus, peace and calm, as in the practice of Zen. Affirmations are positive statements of intention that are repeated frequently to create new neural pathways, thought patterns and energy frequencies.

It’s easy to incorporate these two techniques into your daily spiritual practice.

Mantras

If you already meditate, you may choose a traditional mantra, such as Ananda (the Sanskrit word for bliss) or Ohm (the primordial, sacred sound of all creation). You could also choose another mantra that has special meaning for you, or even create your own.

As you engage in meditation, pay special attention to your breath as you focus on you mantra, either spoken aloud, or silently in your mind. Let all negativity go as you exhale. Repeat this process for 10 to 20 minutes each day, preferably in the same place, without any outside distractions. This way your mind begins to associate your mantra with feelings of calm and serenity.

Relationships Are Transpersonal Mirrors

Click Here for a FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comRelationships come in all shapes and sizes, just like people. No one relationship is ever the same, nor can it be compared to, or competed with. Every relationship is dynamic and has a plethora of unique characteristic.

Our multi-faceted, highly complex relationships define us. They mold, shift, alter, arrange, blend, extricate, cajole, and elicit both the best and worst in us. Much is entailed in the transpersonal acrobatics we set off, in order to be effective in getting what we want from others. Dare I mention, on top of all that, the clandestine involvements we keep secret?

If and when we concentrate our distorted perceptions on what we’re getting from the relationship, instead of simply ‘showing up for the gig,’ we wouldn’t miss a vitally important aspect of each relationship: the opportunity to see ourselves more truthfully and clearly. In fact, relationships are the crystal clear mirrors of who and what we truly are.

It’s too easy to get ‘hung up’ on the blinding effect of erratic dancing in the blurred shadows of external forces operating in our various, multi-layered relationships. We can, however, learn much about ourselves, should we be vested enough to add sufficient interest, inclination, effort, actual involvement and committed attention in proportions necessary to solicit hidden motives from ourselves. Then we will reap the astounding benefits of self-disclosure.

By becoming more acutely aware of the whole, perplexing, spidery-webbed picture, we render a much better receptive state of mind. This sponge-like mindset solicits an initial discovery phase, in which much of our inner motivations can be clearly seen.
