We are all born with an innate intuitive ability. However, many of us tend to shut down this innate aspect of our inner being at a young age.
This can happen for a variety of reasons, but fear is often a major factor. Over time, many of us learn to view our intuition as our mind “playing tricks” or something to be wary of, or even as a source of discomfort that is just all in our imagination.
This misconception is unfortunate because intuition is not something to be feared or dismissed; rather, it is an integral part of our being that provides valuable insight and guidance.
Intuition is a fundamental part of living a full and complete life because it is a key part of our spiritual inner guidance. It cannot be lost or taken away. You are always in control of it and can choose to connect with it at any time.
The key to accessing and making the most of this inner wisdom is learning to trust its messages. But this can be challenging, especially when those messages are unclear or confusing. So, how do you cultivate greater trust in your intuition?
The first step in building trust with your intuition is to acknowledge and track the information it provides. Keep a journal or note-taking app handy and write down any intuitive insights you receive about your plans, goals, people, or situations. By recording these insights, you create a space for learning to understand how your intuition works and for validating your impressions over time.

Many people will tell you that they’ve had a precognitive dream at some point in their lives. In short, this is a dream that somehow revealed or predicted a future event or circumstance. Carl Jung, a prominent Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, was interested in the phenomenon of precognition in dreams. The Phenomenon Of Spirit Apparitions

The word ‘apparition’ simply means an ‘appearance,’ often of something surprising or unexpected. In the context of afterlife phenomena and the spirit realm, it refers to the manifestation of the spirit of a deceased person as a visible image or figure.
My First Foray Into Ribbon Psychometry
Like “riding a bicycle,” spiritual knowledge and skills, once learned, are never lost or forgotten. Even if you haven’t practiced or used a certain skill for a long time, you can always quickly pick it up again because it is stored in your soul memory.

When I was very young, I had a strange dream. I was in the living room of our house, and it was very late at night. I dreamed that I went to the window. The curtains were closed, but I pushed them aside to look out. There I saw a vision that I will never forget.
In our front yard stood an old woman with white hair. She was holding what looked like a glowing rock or quartz crystal.
I remember thinking to myself that this was all very strange, that it might not be good for her to be standing there in the cold so late at night. But I also remember not feeling surprised or scared. Instead, I felt comforted and curious at the same time.
Then the old lady turned around, as if she had noticed me. But instead of looking at me, she bent down, gently dropped the glowing crystal on the grass, and walked away.
Twenty years later, I was at the checkout counter in a supermarket and noticed an unusual old lady nearby. Something about her told me she was a very special soul. We are all unique, of course, but this lady was definitely not from around here! She was wearing vintage fashion that was clearly from the 1920s. Before I could figure out why she drew my attention, she started walking toward me.

Sometimes it seems as if the stars are simply aligned for us when incredible “coincidences” or “lucky breaks” occur in our lives. In these moments, we experience profound serendipity, or a magical confluence of events that are clearly not random and are much more meaningful or significant than mere chance. This phenomenon is known as synchronicity.
Synchronicities are meaningful or significant coincidences that occur in our lives with no apparent causal relationship or logical explanation. Such events transcend the ordinary laws of cause and effect and point to a deeper, underlying framework or interconnectedness within the Universe.
Synchronicity is a mystical phenomenon that encourages us to pay attention to the events and symbols that occur in our lives and to consider them as potentially significant signs, messages or revelations. Synchronistic events usually have a deep personal, spiritual, or symbolic meaning for the person experiencing them and they are usually a sign or message from Spirit or the Universe, guiding us toward a particular path, decision, realization or outcome.
By recognizing and interpreting synchronicities, we find deeper insight, clarity and inspiration. Synchronic events can provide guidance, confirm our intuition, or signal our alignment with our life path or purpose. Synchronicity is often an affirmation from the Universe that you are either on the right path or that you need to redirect your focus or direction according to a greater cosmic plan or personal growth journey.
