Make Changes To Simplify Your Life
Drama and chaos. We don’t need it. It comes in the form of junk that we don’t like, or even use in our homes. It can also come in the form of toxic people who clutter up our lives with dis-ease. As much as we love these people, who may be our friends or family, we sometimes simply need to make those changes in order to create real, positive change.

September 2017 Energy Report
September is a month of endings and beginnings. It’s the end of Summer, beginning of Fall, and the start of a new school year for many. This month is a time to clear out the old, prepare for a new cycle and improve areas of your life that may feel ‘stuck.’
In Numerology, September is a number 9 month, which is all about transmutation and transformation. Historically, in the Roman calendar, it was the 7th month.

Be Honest With Yourself
As a professional psychic, I often come across clients who are stuck in a relationship or career that doesn’t seem to bring them fulfillment or happiness. Overall it seems our society has been conditioned to settle for less than we are worth, and the majority of us have been raised to escape from our problems, instead of acknowledging them head on.
If you are at a crossroads, or questioning why you find yourself in a toxic situation, then it may be time to get brutally honest about who you are and what you really want. Refuse to make any further excuses and take responsibility for what you can change. Spring Blessings Of Change
We have officially entered Springtime and the winds of change are blowing in. Along with change comes new beginnings, and with new beginnings comes excitement, trepidation, and often times fear. We may be thinking about the many potential opportunities a new beginning brings, but, also may worry about any challenges or obstacles the future may hold.
During the winter months you spent time going within, both physically from the colder weather, and spiritually, to connect with your soul. Just What Is Your Higher Self?
The ‘Higher Self’ is a term associated with multiple belief systems, but the basic premise describes an eternal, omnipotent, conscious, and an intelligent being, who is one’s real self. We are after all spiritual beings having a human experience.
Helena Blavatsky, the famous spirit medium and co-founder of the Theosophical Society, formally defined the higher self as ‘Atma – the inseparable ray of the Universe and one self.’
It is important to discern the higher self from ego. The higher self is concerned with your spiritual development and the choices you make that align with your true spiritual self. I personally like to think of my higher self as my soul’s GPS – always giving me the right direction in life on the earth plane. Continue reading
Always Choose Your Gut First
Everyone has a higher purpose in this lifetime and yet many never seek it out or achieve it, because ego starts to become more prominent in their lives instead of Source, Universe, God.
How do you know if what you are doing is for your highest good? And how do you know if what you want from life is based on your wants, or has been placed there to achieve from Universe? You follow your gut.
When you were born, there was a deep-seeded dream placed within you. Some of us, as children, were able to draw on it just knowing that we wanted to be a fireman, astronaut or ballerina.
