From Skeptic To Believer In One Night!
As a child, I often eavesdropped on my parents’ heated arguments. Late one Saturday night, during one of these usual “ear-to-the-door” sessions, things seemed surprisingly less intense than usual. Instead of the customary shouting, I heard what sounded more like a lighthearted debate.
I could clearly hear my mother daring my father to “go with her” that Sunday night.
It wasn’t until years later that I learned the true nature of the dare. My mother had managed to persuade my father to accompany her to a spiritualist service in a London church.
To this day I am not sure how she managed to persuade him to go, but it turned out to be a life-changing experience for my father. I imagine it was also a great relief for my mother, who finally had a partner who shared her faith and passion.
Raised a Catholic and later a devout spiritualist, my mother often endured the ridicule of my father, who made fun of her faith in God and her beliefs about heaven and the afterlife.
But her dare marked the beginning of a significant change for him. While my father had never embraced organized religion or spirituality, he was about to have a profound spiritual awakening.
So, off they went. As “luck” would have it, Joseph Benjamin, a well-known spiritualist medium at the time, was one of the guest speakers at the church that weekend. A Premonition Dream Could Save Your Life!
While meditating one afternoon and deep in the alpha state, I heard a clairaudient voice say to me: “You need to get to work because someone needs the message you were given last night.”
I wasn’t feeling very social that day and definitely not in the mood to work, but the voice was crystal clear and very insistent.
I mentally asked the voice to show or tell me how and what this message could be? Almost immediately I saw my dream journal in my mind’s eye.
So I stopped the meditation session and went to get my dream journal from my nightstand. I always keep it handy, along with a clip-on night light, so I can record my dreams at any time.
Over the years, I’ve trained myself to recall significant dreams and write down as much as I can remember.
Keeping a dream journal has become incredibly valuable to me personally and in my psychic work. Dreams act as a bridge between the material world and the spirit realm, offering profound insights and guidance.
One of the greatest benefits of dream journaling is the ability to track ‘warning dreams,’ also known as premonition or precognitive dreams. These dreams are forebodings of future events, alerting us to potential dangers, challenges, or negative events that we may soon encounter in waking life.
The Miracle Power Of Divine Timing
Patience is considered a virtue, something that makes us better people. But it’s so much more than that — it’s a spiritual principle that can truly transform your life for the better.
In today’s fast-paced, click-now world, where everything is at our fingertips, it can seem a real struggle to practice patience. But being patient isn’t just about waiting. It’s about how you wait.
It’s about slowing down, taking a deep breath, and letting go of the need to control everything. Patience is not about being passive or giving up; it’s about trusting the timing of the universe and going with the flow.
Everything in life happens exactly when it’s supposed to, even if it doesn’t feel that way in the moment. There’s always a bigger plan at play — one that we co-create with the universe through our thoughts, intentions and actions. When you trust this process,you soon discover that even setbacks and obstacles are actually stepping stones.
When things don’t go as planned, it’s easy to get frustrated and think that nothing is working out. But often what feels like a “no” or a delay is actually the universe saying, “Hang in there, I’ve got something better for you. Patience is about believing that everything will eventually make sense, even if you can’t see it now.
The problem with impatience is that it upsets everything. It’s like trying to push a door that’s supposed to pull — it just creates resistance. When we’re impatient, relationships can crack under pressure. Work can feel unstable or hard to pin down. Money problems seem bigger and harder to solve. Impatience feeds frustration, and frustration can create an energy block that pushes the good stuff away.
Everything Happens For A Reason
Challenges, setbacks and disappointments are inevitable in life. Sometimes it can even feel like the entire universe is conspiring against us!
But this perspective is an illusion born of our human experience. Spirit doesn’t desire our failure or suffering. Instead, it seeks to lead us to joy, abundance, and fulfillment.
Many of us, however, fall into the habit of blaming God, Spirit, the Universe, or others for the hardships we face. But to truly grow, we must change this mindset. Instead of dwelling on blame, it’s important to examine the lessons hidden in each challenge. By asking why these situations arose and what we can learn from them, we transform pain into wisdom and setbacks into stepping stones.
Consider the heartache of losing a long-term partner. You may have built a life together – marriage, children, shared dreams – only to wake up one day to abandonment. Questions arise: Why did this happen? What could I have done differently?
It’s important to realize that in most cases these events are not your fault. Free will governs each person’s choices. While her decision to leave may hurt you deeply, it is a reflection of her own path, not your worth. Self-doubt often creeps in, especially for women, as thoughts of inadequacy arise. But self-esteem cannot come from others-it must come from within.
Instead of focusing on what you could have done, consider this: their departure may have been necessary for your growth. Spirit often removes people from our lives to make room for greater blessings. In hindsight, you may realize that staying with that person would have hindered your potential or delayed the arrival of something better.
Not Everyone Chooses The Path Of Healing
You’ve probably heard the phrase “what they don’t know can’t hurt them.” Sometimes this is true, but there are also times when what people choose to ignore or disregard can cause real harm – not only to themselves, but also to those around them.
For those of us with psychic or spiritual gifts, there’s an added complexity: the ability to sense the struggles of others, which leads to the question of when and how to help.
Intuitives, channelers and healers are very aware of the energy of others, even when we’re just going about our daily routines. Whether it’s a stranger in the grocery store or a friend across the room, we tend to sense when someone is struggling with grief, trauma or stress.
We may choose to quietly send them comforting or healing energy, hoping it will ease their pain, even if only for a moment, yet the urge to help can be very strong in these situations. And while reaching out and offering help can be very uplifting or rewarding for everyone involved, there are times when our attempts to help are met with resistance, or worse, denial.
It’s especially challenging to see someone we care about turn a blind eye to their own needs or pain, and even more so when our support is disregarded or unappreciated.
One of the hardest lessons I have had to learn in both my personal and professional life is that I can only help those who are willing to help themselves. The sad truth is that sometimes people choose not to act on information that could improve their lives or change their destiny. Instead, their negativity, anger, or fear allows the problem to fester or the behavior to grow, affecting not only themselves but also their loved ones. Over time, this denial creates a cycle of suffering that affects physical, mental and karmic health and well-being, sometimes for generations.
Your Guardian Angel Is Always By Your Side
From the moment we take our first breath to the last, we are never alone. We are never lost or forgotten, even in our darkest hours.
Throughout our life’s journey, we have a guardian angel walking beside us, protecting and supporting us in ways we mostly do not notice and rarely truly understand.
Although many of us are unaware of their presence, our guardian angels are always by our side, offering protection in subtle ways.
Have you ever narrowly avoided an accident or felt an inexplicable calm in a moment of crisis? These are just a few of the ways your guardian angel intervenes to keep you safe.
Our celestial “bodyguards” are not strangers to us, but have been with us through many lifetimes and have full knowledge of our past experiences, current challenges, and future possibilities.
They know the full spectrum of our soul’s journey, from the lessons we’ve learned in previous incarnations, to the opportunities and growth in our current lifetime, to the potential that awaits us in future lives.
They understand the intricacies of our karma, the unfinished lessons we carry, and the gifts and wisdom we’ve cultivated over many lifetimes.
They communicate with us through intuition, inspiration, dreams, signs, and synchronicities, gently nudging us toward the right choices and experiences that will help us evolve spiritually. Sometimes they intervene more deeply and directly in times of intense crisis or extreme danger.
Earth Angels, Synchronicity And Divine Miracles
When people tell me they don’t believe in earth angels, synchronicity and miracles of divine intervention, I always ask them if they’ve ever heard of Katie Lentz and the mystery priest.
Her story is a powerful example of the mystical and awe-inspiring ways spirit and the divine can manifest itself when we need it most.
In 2013, Katie Lentz, a 19-year-old college student in Missouri, was involved in a serious car accident when another driver crossed the center line and collided head-on with her vehicle. Her car was crushed and she was trapped inside.
Rescuers struggled to free her, but the situation was dire. After about an hour, they feared she might not survive due to the extent of her injuries and the difficulty of extrication.
At a critical moment, Lentz asked for someone to pray with her. Then a priest mysteriously appeared out of nowhere. He was described as dressed in traditional priestly garb and carrying anointing oil. He prayed with her, anointed her, and told the rescuers that they would soon be able to free her.
Almost immediately after his prayer, an additional rescue team arrived with the equipment needed to free her. But when the rescuers turned to thank the priest, he was gone. No one at the scene recognized him, knew where he came from or went, and he didn’t even appear in any of the photos taken at the scene.
