A Conversation With Your Spirit Guides
When I first began to converse with spirit, I didn’t really know what I was doing. I was receiving these messages and listening to them, but I never really put much thought into it.
It wasn’t until I consciously acknowledged the conversation was happening, that the momentum really started to build. It was then that I realized my guides had been with me all along!
In my experience, the most important step you can take in opening a conversation with spirit is to acknowledge that it is your intent. Your angels and spirit guides are always with you, but they need your permission for them to help you.
Remember to ask them often to be near you and to help you and guide you. When you need direction, ask them for a sign. Then be patient and watchful.
Spirit communicates in many ways, such as using repeating number sequences that constantly show up, for example, or a song you hear again and again wherever you go.
Spirit will try to get your attention any way it can and will typically use signs, symbols and synchronicities that will be meaningful to you personally.
It’s important to be open to receiving these signs and messages, and not to dismiss any ‘coincidences’ you may encounter. Coincidence is an expression of synchronicity in the Universe. Once you start flowing with it and moving with the guidance of spirit, you will likely start to experience many of these synchronicities.
Your guides want you to be in the flow, because it is in this state that you are walking the path toward fulfilling your ultimate potential.
Calling Upon The Archangels And Their Divine Gifts

Archangels bring strength in times of weakness and healing light in moments of darkness. They remind us of our unbreakable connection to the divine and assure us that we are never truly alone.
The word angel originates from the Greek aggelos, meaning “messenger” and that is exactly what they are: messengers of light, love, and higher truth. Archangels intervene in our lives in ways that are both subtle and deeply transformative.
Unlike spirit guides, who are souls that once lived human lives, such as our ancestors or ascended masters, archangels are high-vibrational beings of pure spirit. They have never incarnated into human form. Often referred to as “ministering spirits,” their roles are intimately connected with divine purpose, offering clarity, healing, and guidance from the highest spiritual realms.
The title of Archangel is given to those who have mastered their divine realm and purpose. Their feminine counterparts, known as the Archeia, are equally vital. You cannot truly explore the Archangels without honoring the Archeia. The sacred feminine balances the divine masculine, forming a cosmic wholeness.
The Unconditional Love Of Spirit
I have never promoted myself as a medium, however on occasion I do get messages from those whom have crossed over. I have always received these messages from those that I have known personally and loved. However, for others it is only if they show themselves to me and allow me to access their energy.
One of the most often asked question from clients when they are hoping to connect with a loved one is often, “Are they happy?”
Because of the misconceptions that sometimes exist of death, and what happens when someone crosses over, I have been led to clarify what has been shown to me over the years.
When someone is about to cross over, even when it happens in an unexpected way, such as an accident or murder, there is that brief moment when their guardian angel is right there with them and takes them by the hand to show them the way. It will be okay and everything is beautiful beyond the veil.
If you ever happen to be present with someone that is close to that moment of crossing over, even if they are in a comatose state, watch their face.
You will often see them smile and a light that shines from their facial area. That is the moment their angel has appeared to them. That is the exact moment they become at peace with what is about to happen.
When you lose someone, the physical body is gone, but the spirit lives on forever. The soul does not die. It does not disappear, it simply is. The spirit, all spirit is 100% unconditional love. When the spirit leaves the physical, there is no pain, there is no hate, no anger, there is no resentment. Absolutely nothing negative that remains. There is simply love. Unconditional love.
How To Connect With Your Guardian Angel
There are many angels, guides and guardian spirits in the spirit realm, each one shining with light, wisdom, and unconditional love. These divine beings are not bound by time or space, and they’re always near.
Every one of us has at least one guardian angel whose assignment it is to guide, nurture, and protect us throughout our time here on Earth. Whether we realize it or not, they’re always there, ready to offer their support in whatever form it might take.
But how can we connect with these celestial companions? The first step is to just ask.
Angels are an integral part of the spiritual law that respects and values your free will. They can’t just show up in our lives. They need an invitation. When we make a conscious choice to connect with our angelic guides, we start to create a relationship that is healing, empowering, and deeply personal.
There’s no one correct way to connect with your angels . It’s all about finding what works best for you. What matters most is your sincerity and openness. Some people feel most connected when they speak aloud, whispering their thoughts and questions into the stillness of the night.
Some people prefer to write letters or keep a journal, using the pen as a bridge between worlds. Another really powerful method is meditation. All you have to do is sit in silence, focus on your breath, and let your angel know that you’re open to their presence.
A Beginner’s Guide To Astral Projection
Every spiritual tradition speaks of a world beyond our own — an ethereal realm that exists just beyond the veil of the physical senses. Whether it’s Nirvana in Buddhism, Asgard in Norse mythology, or the Elysian Fields of the ancient Greeks, these higher dimensions are seen as places of transcendence and divinity.
Traditionally, such realms are associated with the afterlife, but that’s only part of the story. The truth is that we don’t have to die to access them. These higher planes of existence can be explored while we are still very much alive.
While mystics, shamans, and seers have spoken of these realms for millennia, modern science, particularly in the fields of quantum theory and consciousness studies, is beginning to acknowledge the possibility of multiple dimensions, parallel realities, and alternate timelines. Phenomena such as déjà vu or lucid dreaming, for example, may be brief collisions between timelines or conscious overlaps with other dimensions where versions of ourselves already exist.
So how do we consciously access these mystical realms? The practice of astral projection — also known as astral travel, out-of-body experiences, or lucid voyaging — is one way to do just that.
The idea of consciously traveling beyond the physical body has appeared in various cultures and spiritual traditions throughout history. Although interpretations vary, many civilizations have incorporated the concept into their myths, religious practices, and mystical philosophies.
The Archangels: Divine Messengers, Emissaries And Healers
Throughout history and across spiritual traditions, archangels have been known as divine messengers and powerful emissaries of the divine. They are among the highest orders of celestial beings who guide and assist humanity in profound ways.
An archangel is a high-ranking angel, often described as a celestial being with special authority and a significant role in the higher realms.
The term “archangel” comes from the Greek words archi (meaning chief or head) and angelos (meaning messenger). They are considered leaders among the angels and act as intermediaries between the divine and humanity. They offer protection, guidance, and the execution of divine will.
While many religious traditions, including Christianity, Judaism, and Islam, acknowledge their existence, archangels transcend any one faith.
Many wisdom traditions and mythologies have parallels to archangels – celestial or divine beings who act as messengers, protectors, or mediators between the divine and humanity. Examples include the Amesha Spentas in Zoroastrianism, the Devas in Hinduism, the Bodhisattvas in Hinduism, and the Kami in Shinto.
Although different traditions vary in the number and identities of archangels, some are universally recognized and revered.
A distinguishing feature of archangels is their names, which typically end in “-el,” which means “of God” or “in God” in Hebrew. This signifies their deep connection to the divine will and their role as conduits between the higher realms and the earthly plane.
Asking The Angels For Everyday Guidance
Since a very profound experience of angelic visitation at the age of nine, I have regularly called upon the angels for guidance and protection in my daily life.
I do this for a reason. I have learned over the years that it is necessary to take the initiative to ask for and invoke their help, because they will never interfere with our free will in how we choose to steer our personal path in life, unless they have to intercede in life-threatening situations.
Angels respect our autonomy and only intervene in our daily lives when called upon or in times of great need, when their intervention is in alignment with our soul’s higher purpose.
Angels most often come to us in our dream state, but sometimes also in visions and apparitions, to offer support, protection, and guidance. In recent months, however, I have found myself practicing an additional means of interacting with the angels.
As a young girl, I did not tell anyone about my angel experience for several years. The first time I mentioned my angel vision was on a walk with my father when I was a teenager. I felt more comfortable sharing my experience with him after he told me about an event that had changed him in an instant from a skeptical atheist to a spiritual believer (read more in a previous blog)
My father’s response was simply, “Why didn’t you talk about this before?”
He was very receptive when I opened up about what had happened that night when the ceiling in my bedroom seemed to dissolve… and there they were, a group of beautiful angels telepathically telling me, “We will always be with you.”
