Tarot Forecast April 2024: Queen Of Wands
This month the Queen of Wands, a figure of authority and natural leadership, brings confidence, determination, and the ability to charm and inspire those around us. She is the Queen of Fire, symbolizing creativity, vitality and passion.
In the coming month we should be attuned to our ambitions as they may be strengthened. We may feel inspired to set new goals and make firmer decisions. There will be new motivational energies in our careers or businesses that will make it easier to keep our work goals and projects on track. This same energy will push us to get things done and take us to the next step.
The energy of the Queen of Wands calls us to tap into our inner self with instinct and confidence. As we face challenges in our professional or personal lives, our greatest asset this month is our self-awareness and ability to lead with confidence. Her energy will allow us to take control of situations that require a bold approach.
The Queen advises us to maintain our ideas and visions, especially in environments where our charisma can help others toward a common goal. Remember, to share is to care, so don’t hold back your gifts.
Weaving The Tapestry Of Your Life’s Purpose
One of the most profound quests we undertake in this life is the fulfillment of our life’s purpose. It’s a mission that intertwines with the spiritual dimensions of our existence and leads us into the depths of self-discovery, self-actualization, and spiritual growth.
Fulfilling our purpose is not just about a career or business path or setting achievement goals. While these are important aspects of our lives, providing us with means to earn a living and contribute to society, they do not wholly define our purpose and the full scope of our potential fulfillment.
Purpose is about uncovering the essence of our being and aligning it with our greater spiritual existence.
The journey to a more spiritual understanding of our purpose begins with introspection and reflection. These moments of contemplation serve as portals to deeper soul insights, where we question our motives, desires, talents, and the very fabric of our existence.
Personally, I found myself grappling with these questions during a transitional period in my life. I had reached certain career milestones and achieved material success, yet I felt an unshakeable sense of emptiness gnawing at the edges of my being.
My Spiritual Journey To Artistic Triumph
In the realm of creativity, the road to success often winds through valleys of doubt, self-questioning, and external skepticism. My artistic journey was no exception, marked by over 12 years of struggling with self-doubt about my talent.
Fortunately, the turning point in my career came from a profound spiritual transformation that not only dissolved my insecurities, but catapulted me into the radiant light of artistic recognition.
The Valley Of Doubt
Early in my artistic career, the art industrial art complex echoed with the voices of snooty gallery curators who, with dismissive gestures, suggested that my work lacked that elusive quality called “talent.
My artistic endeavors became a constant battle against self-doubt, a relentless inner saboteur that continually cast shadows over my creative efforts. Meanwhile, the rejection letters piled up, creating a formidable barrier between my aspirations and the artistic recognition I craved.
In the depths of artistic despair, I found solace and inspiration in the words of the iconic Audrey Hepburn: “I was born with an enormous need for affection and a terrible need to give it.” This resonated with my journey, where the rejection I faced became the catalyst for a personal reckoning. I decided to turn the tables on those who had once rejected my work. Every “no” I received was transformed into my own resounding “no” to doubt and limitation. Continue reading
The Truth About Being “Too Busy”
It is good to be busy. But some people are always too busy. Too busy to do the things that really matter. Too busy to go where we really want to go. Too busy to make a difference. Too busy to love. Too busy.
I admit that I am one of those people who, when asked how I am doing, often gives the standard one-word answer: “Busy.” Some people who like their jobs and choose to work a lot are called workaholics. I have been called a workaholic by friends and family. My response is always that I am grateful to still be able to do what I love.
Yes, some of us like to be busy. We like to be doing something all the time. For me, being busy gives me a sense of self-worth and security. When a task is completed, it gives me a sense of accomplishment. Being busy is also a way to thrive. Some people do their best work when they are very busy and under pressure. We are indeed blessed when we have a job that we truly love to do. But that does not mean we never need a day off without feeling guilty?
The pandemic has been a challenge for us busy people. How do you stay busy when you cannot leave the house? One thing it did for me was give me “permission” to take an online art class without feeling guilty. Also, friends and family have given me more puzzles than one could ever have in a lifetime. In the past, I would have felt guilty about doing these things for pleasure instead of work.
A Spiritual Approach To Sales Success
Some of my clients work in sales and have expressed how difficult it is to earn a good commission these days because of the competition in the marketplace. I always advise them to consider a more spiritual approach.
A spiritual approach to sales encourages a focus on building long-term relationships rather than just closing transactions.
Repeat business and customer loyalty are often the result of sustained and meaningful connections.
In a competitive marketplace, companies that emphasize spiritual values stand out.
Many customers are drawn to companies that prioritize authenticity, transparency, and meaningful connection. It enhances reputation and appeal to a growing number of spiritually conscious consumers.
Intuition and divination strategies can provide additional insights to boost sales success. Sales professionals can use these insights to make more informed and strategic decisions, and to sense trends or opportunities in the marketplace before they become apparent.
These insights can also provide guidance on when to launch new products, enter new markets, or initiate major business changes, aligning actions with favorable cosmic or energetic conditions.
A Vision Quest For Intuitive Business Wisdom
In business and finance, there is a mystical thread secretly woven into the fabric of success that is rarely recognized. It is an esoteric wisdom that transcends spreadsheets, profit margins, and market trends. This hidden and largely ignored business secret is known as intuition.
Intuition is a road less traveled in business, but I predict that it will become more prevalent in the future. One key development I foresee is that more companies will hire intuitive business consultants to help them with decision-making, alternative strategies, team building, trend forecasting, and so on.
Hiring an intuitive business consultant will become a business strategy that will elevate many companies beyond the mundane. Embracing intuitive wisdom in a business context isn’t just about unlocking business success; it’s about weaving a transpersonal narrative intertwined with the cosmic threads that lead us to a destination that transcends the ordinary. It is a destination where success is measured not just in profits, but in alignment with the cosmic forces that shape our business journey.
In my own entrepreneurial journey, I often found myself at a crossroads, faced with decisions that went beyond the boundaries of conventional understanding. It was during these moments of uncertainty that I began to long for a deeper, more intuitive perspective.
