Hanging On To The Wrong Person
As I continue to take calls and questions from people in pain, the one common denominator in many of these questions is the effect another person is having on the caller’s life.
So many people are in relationships with the wrong person. They hang onto someone, just waiting for things to change or be different. However that is usually not what happens. People do not change for another person, and if they do, it never lasts or works out in the long run. People can only change themselves for themselves, in order to make it last.
Hanging onto the wrong person in your life – whether it be a friend, family, spouse, boyfriend, girlfriend, and even a boss, can hold you back from having your best and highest good in life. It can keep the amazing blessings that are waiting for you from coming in. Continue reading
The Blessing Of Divine Timing
We are often told to be patient. Patience means to slow down, take a moment to breathe and stop trying to force things to happen. Patience is allowing things to come in Divine timing.
When impatience takes over in your life, things become off-kilter. That’s when relationships break apart; jobs become unsettling, or they become impossible to find; money starts to dissipate. And all these things just cause more impatience, and more frustration.
When I tell you that someone will come into your life in Divine timing, it simply means that when you are able to be patient and let go of the edginess, the Universe will open the door an allow something or someone better to come into your life at the right time. This is all done on Divine timing – not yours, or mine. Continue reading
Letting Go Allows Miracles To Happen
We tend to hold onto things and people which no longer serve us. Fear keeps us attached, as well as that comfortable feeling of the familiar.
Some people hang onto other people for dear life, even though they treated them badly, because they do not feel they are good enough for anyone else. Some people hang onto material things, because to let it go would diminish their self-worth or comfort zone by some means.
This was a hard lesson that I had to learn and overcome myself. Three years ago, I had my father’s house up for sale. It had been on the market for over a year and did not even attract one offer. Later, I realized that this had happened because I was not ready to let it go at the time. My energy was preventing anyone, who might have been interested, from going near the house to even look at it, let alone make an offer. Continue reading
Why Your Angels Come And Go
As an angel reader, I have had many experiences with my own angels. I was always curious as to why different angels would come and go throughout the years. During a meditation a few years back, I asked the question at the onset of the meditation and allowed my angels to come and answer.
I was told several things, almost bombarded with too much information. I had asked a very heavy question and they were coming from all angles, to show me what would happen if they were all with me at all times trying to be a part of my life. I was confused and struggled to hear what each one was saying. It was very similar to being in a crowded room where everyone was talking at the same time and it was difficult to concentrate or decipher which conversation to follow. This was the most profound answer I was ever given and yet they didn’t say anything to me in order to answer it. Continue reading
Everything Happens For A Reason
As we wander through life we encounter many roadblocks, many stumbling blocks and many disappointments. There are many questions that arise as we walk our path. At times it feels like the entire world is against us.
This is simply an illusion that we create in our humanness. Spirit does not want you to fail in your life. Spirit does not want you to be unhappy. Spirit does not want you to live a pauper’s life. However, so many people blame God, Spirit, the Universe, or other people for the situations they are in and cannot get past.
It is time to sit down, take a look at all that has happened to you and discover two things about each situation: why did it happen and what was the lesson you learned from it? As you look at the examples of pain, suffering or disappointment in your life, what do you see?
For example, you have been with the love of your life for many years, married, children and one day you wake up and that partner has left you for another person. What could you have done to prevent this? What could you have done differently? Why were you not enough? You were in love, totally and unconditionally, and you thought they felt the same way about you. Why did they do this to you? Continue reading
