Your Life Path Number

click here for a free psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comWhen it comes to our birthdays, we may think of our zodiac sign first, but did you know numerology is just as insightful? Each of us has a Life Path number which can be easily determined by our date of birth.

For example, the Life Path number for someone born on January 14, 1974 is 9. January is the first month of the year (1). The 14th reduces to 5 (1+4). The year 1974 reduces to 3 (1+9+7+4=21; 2+1=3). When we add each of these together, we get 9 (1+5+3).

Everyone has a Life Path number between 1 and 9. Life Path 1 people are, not surprisingly, natural leaders and go-getters. Their 2 counterparts are usually peacemakers and diplomats, as in the phrase, “I am second.” A 3 person is usually creative and good at connecting with others, while 4’s are pragmatic problem-solvers. If you have a 5 Life Path, you are a compassionate person determined to better the world. Those born under 6 tend to be domestic and make good parents, while 7 people are known for being investigative and quick minds. If you have an 8 as your life path, you are ambitious and must guard against being a workaholic. And those under 9 are known for their compassion and warmth.

Healing The Inner Child

click here for a free reading at PsychicAccess.comWe often see you run from your pain and deny your suffering. You are an expert at ignoring and refusing to acknowledge the wounds stuffed deep in your heart. Or you hide behind your mantras and affirmations, wanting so badly to ‘feel better.’ We invite you instead to move deeply into your suffering, naming the pain and emotions, and then moving even deeper still into the black abyss of pain. It is time to release the unforgiveness that is no longer serving you.

Hold your inner child as they scream in agony from lifetimes of unexpressed suffering. When you allow yourself to fully experience this pain, you will begin to enjoy your opportunities of spiritual growth, instead of dreading them. Because turning toward your pain opens a portal of God’s love and grace. Turning toward your pain, instead of away, allows you to embrace all aspects of yourself – your successes along with your failures. The more you do this the brighter your light becomes, until eventually, your vibration is so high you begin to glow from the inside out.

A Spiritual Approach To Chronic Complainers

click here for a free reading at PsychicAccess.comDon’t complain, don’t ever complain. These are words I read in a book long ago, and they have stuck in my mind ever since. However, I certainly seem to have attracted a lot of complainers into my life – moaners and critics who have taken the very process to an art form! Amongst these individuals are family, friends and love relationships, and they are all challenging in their own way.

I have come to the conclusion that the lesson those souls have given me, is to rise above the irritation, and perhaps to try and see their predicament and unhappiness from a place of compassion. I have since managed to become less affected by other people’s groaning, because I stopped thinking that their displeasure might be my fault, or that I could ‘fix’ them and turn them from a ‘cup-half-empty’ type of person to a ‘cup-half full.’

How To Choose Your Path

click here for a FREE reading at PsychicAccess.comThink about all the choices you make every day. Do you cut that person off in traffic? Who do you vote for? Do you stay faithful to your partner or spouse? We all make many decisions every day that affect our lives and the people around us.

It is recommended we take time to wrestle with our decisions and make the right decision. When we are grounded and in alignment with our true self, it is not as difficult as it may seem. It is always more difficult when we take the path that the rest of the world seems to preach or dictate. The tendency is to take the easy path; the simple path; the selfish path. And once we do, we then wish we had taken a different path – a path less travelled. Hindsight is too often 20/20.

A Psychic’s Perspective On Suicide

click here for a free psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comI have had quite a wave of callers in recent months who are extremely concerned over threats their children or loved ones have been making about ending their own lives. No matter what the circumstances may be, such suicidal tendencies must always be taken very seriously and handled with kid gloves. Contacting a psychic should ideally not be the first course of action. There are specialist emergency help lines and dedicated suicide hotlines which do a wonderful job.

Psychics also receive calls sometimes from clients who feel everything in their lives has become futile, and that the world would be better off without them. These types of psychic consultations are among the most challenging that we as advisors ever have to offer. Sometimes it helps just to listen to a distraught soul, and advise them where their true life purpose might lie, but I always suggest that such callers seek the help of a professional counselor or therapist.

Be Judgmental

click here for a free psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comIn this age of being politically correct, some might actually stop reading after seeing the title of this blog post. Please don’t. People these days might accept the terms discernment, or judgment call, but never judgment! But there is no problem with having a judgment. The issue is what you choose to do with that judgment (or judgment call, or discernment). What matters is how you respond to your inner voice judging what is happening. It matters a great deal.

If you have been raised to put others before yourself, you have been taught to not protect yourself, but rather to put the needs, wants and desires of others first. The false belief is that this is done in order to protect yourself, to survive. If you have not questioned your past, or worked on learning about, or healing, your childhood (which happened on purpose as part of your incarnation, and therefore is a key element of exploration for you to advance in soul evolution) you will not even know that putting others first is your default setting. It will simply be ‘normal’ for you, while you continue to wonder why certain patterns of you getting ‘slammed,’ or getting taken advantage of, keep happening.

You cannot heal what you do not know. Children of alcoholics, or addicts, or narcissists, or childhood trauma (war, earthquakes, divorce, death, poverty) often learn that they have to suppress who they are, what they want or need, even what they think, in order to become what someone else wanted them to be, in order to survive, in order to live. The Fallacy Of Being Perfect

click here for a free psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comPeople who go around trying to be perfect, or aim to “live up to their maximum potential” seldom seem to be happy. Neither do they appear to be living fulfilling lives. Their constant striving to achieve or maintain perfectionism seems to take the joy out of their lives.

Spirit inspired this chain of thought in me as I remembered three psychic readings that I did recently. The theme of perfectionism and potential had a profound effect on all three of my clients’ lives and or their loved ones. With their permission I am briefly sharing their stories here.

The first client called me upset, because she felt she had ruined their holiday stressing about wanting to make everything  perfect. Not only did she take the fun out of it for herself, but for everyone else involved.

I connected with Spirit and received this message for her: “Doing special things like making Easter eggs and cooking Thanksgiving dinner should be enjoyable. Some people will like it, and some people won’t. Next week no one will remember. Learn to enjoy these activities more, and just go with ebb and flow. Spirit then  also offer tools she can use to help her relax. Continue reading
