Some people imagine the phenomenon of ‘healing’ (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) to be this utterly extraordinary experience. I don’t discount the miracle of healing. I healed from a severe health crisis myself in 2016, and continue to heal to this day. That being said, I believe the process of healing is really a universal one.
We have all lived, in a sense, a life of rebellion, even if we may seem like the most peaceful creatures. We were born into this existence, and know no other way.
Even our parents ‘broke the rules’ somewhere along the way. Maybe they fed us too much fast food, bought us toxic toys or violent computer games, used the television set as a babysitter, or participated in many other modern examples of doubtful ‘caring’ for us… in ways that may not be what the Divine Creative Force originally intended for us. September is a month of endings and beginnings. It’s the end of Summer, beginning of Fall, and the start of a new school year for many. This month is a time to clear out the old, prepare for a new cycle and improve areas of your life that may feel ‘stuck.’
In Numerology, September is a number 9 month, which is all about transmutation and transformation. Historically, in the Roman calendar, it was the 7th month.
September comes from the Latin root septem, which translates to 7. This number carries strong spiritual undertones, encouraging us to get more in tune with ourselves, and for finding more purpose in the world. Read the rest of this entry »
Traditionally a total eclipse was seen as a source of dark energy or a bad omen, because the Sun’s energy is blocked and the Earth goes dark for a while. However, I believe this is a misconception in regards to the actual energetic and spiritual attributes of a solar eclipse.
When a solar eclipse takes place, it heightens the energy towards the Earth and all humans, but especially towards those on a spiritual journey. This is a good time to meditate, reflect and successfully perform personal spiritual rituals or practices. And yes, because the energy pull shifts, it means that you will feel the difference if you allow yourself to.
However, there are positive and negative energetic aspects to a solar eclipse, if you are not careful. If you are in a state of peace, you will experience enhanced peace at this time. If you are in a state of unrest, you will have an enhanced state of unrest. It is imperative to be in a good space and be mindful of your thoughts, words and actions during this eclipse. Spring is one of those times of year that we attempt to bring renewal into our lives, and change for the better. Perhaps we attempt to change old habits, or create new ones. Have you ever tried? Yes, but have you ever accomplished them? Have you ever stopped to wonder why, so often, you haven’t been able to make long term change?
Everyone wants to make change. I am really going to lose weight. I’m going to stop smoking. Oh my, I’m going to quit swearing. I’ll quit procrastinating, or stop doing that obnoxious thing I so often do. I’ll start exercising. I’ll be a better person. I’ll organize my life. I will find time for change!
We truly believe that we have the will power to succeed in instituting these changes into our lives. Maybe for the first few days it actually goes okay. So, why don’t these changes become permanent? Why can’t we seem to follow through? Why can’t I change my life? Read the rest of this entry »
April was a month of transformation, new beginnings and change. It was a ‘shift’ month where many found their lives in a state of confusion and not knowing what the cause is. Relationships fell apart. Not just marriages or soul partner relationships, but also relationships with friends, family, career, loss of material items, and so much more.
Why is this happening at this time? When I put this question out to spirit, this is the answer I received in return.
“Your life is changing and so must the attachments that come along with it. We are removing those things that no longer serve you as we know what is best for you even if you think otherwise. Read the rest of this entry »

We have officially entered Springtime and the winds of change are blowing in. Along with change comes new beginnings, and with new beginnings comes excitement, trepidation, and often times fear. We may be thinking about the many potential opportunities a new beginning brings, but, also may worry about any challenges or obstacles the future may hold.
During the winter months you spent time going within, both physically from the colder weather, and spiritually, to connect with your soul. Without even knowing, you instinctively entered the cave of your inner guru to get quiet so that you could nurture and cultivate something very precious inside of you that is about to be birthed this Spring. Does he miss me? I hear this all the time. In my psychic work advising on love and relationships, it breaks my heart, because I know what it feels like to ‘not be missed’. “I wish he would miss,” me is a heart-breaking statement if ever I heard one. My heart goes out to anyone who has ever wanted to be missed.
It’s sweet when someone is in love with a righteous lover who has been a good person, with few flaws and much to recommend them. Yet, sometimes that lover leaves, or a relationship explodes. But how do you keep from letting the hurt or feelings of loss drive you crazy?
First of all, it’s not healthy to let anything drive you crazy. It should go without saying that going crazy isn’t on your bucket list, right? Read the rest of this entry »
