One of my favorite Vedic hymns is the Absolute mantra which can be translated this way:

That is Absolute (Divine), this is Absolute (Divine), Absolute (Divine) rises out of Absolute (Divine). If Absolute (Divine) is taken out of Absolute (Divine), Absolute (Divine) remains.

It is my personal belief that this mantra is a key to understanding our existence, and also gives us insight into where psychic phenomena come from. We are all interconnected through a Divine matrix, but the daily perception of our experience is that of duality or separateness. We do not consciously share our awareness with trees or other people, but the Divine matrix is still present whether we recognize it or not. Read the rest of this entry »

During my psychic readings over the years I have had many of my clients around the world asking about a special person in their lives. Often the thoughts and feeling they experience with this person are so real, and the connection feels very strong right away. The way they explain the feeling to me is that they feel like they have known that person their whole life.

If they have just met very recently, and feel this kind of connection, there is often a past life connection or soul agreement. Once you make this kind of connection with someone then you have a fair chance to see where the relationship leads to. Read the rest of this entry »

The High Priestess is the third card in the Major Arcana but is numbered as ‘2′. It’s because The Fool is associated with and numbered as ‘0′. The empowerment and insight shown in The Magician needs its’ other half, or female counterpart, the high priestess to realize its’ full potential.

While The Magician works with his magical tools laid out in front of him, the High Priestess possesses the gift of inner magic, or intuition. This is one of the cards that are associated most strongly with intuition, destiny, and psychic ability. Delay is sometimes more important than we realize. We often berate ourselves for not doing something on time, perhaps it’s not going to visit someone, or not picking up the telephone to make a call to someone who might feel better just knowing that we care, but there are always reasons for delays.

Very often we can’t see it, but there’s a plan at work in our lives and the lives of every individual on this planet. When we try to force things to happen, they often don’t do the good that we anticipated they would. This is because there is a perfect time for everything, and in our eagerness to think that we’re important we can ignore subtle clues that the universe is giving us. Think back on your life. Very often, when you have kept postponing doing something, or something hasn’t happened in what you might have considered to be the ‘right’ time, it has worked out perfectly anyway! Although I can’t speak for every psychic, the consensus is from many professional psychics that we all have this ability call known as “being psychic”, “intuition”, “gut instinct” or just a “knowing”.

The ultimate difference in a psychic’s ability lay in how or if this ability is developed through practice, development classes, meditation or prayer. For me it is all the above, on a regular basis – usually daily.  The old saying practice makes perfect definitely does apply.

An important first step to building psychic ability is by paying attention on how you as an individual best receive information.  We each have a dominant mode or combination of ways to receive psychic impressions, and understanding what works for you is the key to opening up your intuitive insight. My ex was actually a very good empath. I never knew this. I knew him well, but I had no idea that our thoughts were bouncing back and forth between each other. He at first, had no interest in the spiritual, but upon watching me work, he became interested.  Then he actually became aware of empathy. I used him as a research tool, and he would occasionally call me and ask me if I was thinking of him, if I needed anything.

Awareness is the key to telepathy and empathy, or any psychic work. We all pick up thoughts, have visions or have psychic impressions or dreams, but we are unskilled in picking them up, and usually uncertain as to what they mean. Read the rest of this entry »

As a psychic it is not easy to find the right psychic to read for me. Like many psychics, I can do readings for others, but I can’t read for myself. But trying to find the right psychic for me is like buying a car or a house – it is a process and a challenge!

Just like a house or a car, you look for a psychic who offers you certain special features that will suit your unique needs. There are so many psychics out there, who do you choose from?
When I was younger I needed the guidance of a good psychic from time to time for my love life. This was before the Internet. I remember deciding to take a bike ride on my 18x speed to find a psychic. Along the way I noticed a lady was moving in to a new psychic store, and she already had her sign out, before she was completely moved in. Imagine this scene playing out on the movie screen of your mind:

You call or go to visit a local psychic. The moment you make contact with the person you immediately ask, “So what’s going to happen with my job?” The psychic then lays out a few cards or listens intently to see what Spirit may be saying about this situation.

After a few moments, the psychic speaks and begins to give you information that is only half right or even way off the mark.
