Connecting To The Universal Power
I have been in a very contemplative situation lately; probably because there have been so many deaths of loved ones that I have been so attached to. We all accept the idea that one day we will leave this existence and move on to another. But what happens in between? Where do we go immediately after leaving this realm? Is it safe? Will we enjoy it there? Do we get to come back? All of the above may be a small part of what plagues us, while we are trying to establish and maintain ourselves in the meantime.
My greatest desire for myself right now is to find a way to connect to the grand Universal Power and to solidify that connection. This will enable me to go about my daily existence with inner peace and calmness, and not allow myself to get mired down in the minutia of circumstances that I cannot change.
My first step is to understand why I am here. I feel part of the reason I incarnated into this world was first of all to help repair my karmic debt, by becoming immersed in some pain and suffering as a human being. There is no other world that I have been made aware of that would enable me to do this.
The Fallacy Of Future Happiness
One of the most consistent messages that come through when I am doing readings for clients, is the effects of the stories we tell about life and our circumstances. This is the first in a series of two blogs discussing two types of stories that people often tell themselves that have the potential to promote self-sabotage related to nearly every area of life.
We are all storytellers by nature and every experience that we have as human beings is an interpretation of the world around us. We apply labels to the world around us and the circumstances we find ourselves in every day. One of the most damaging stories that we tell ourselves are the future stories of happiness.
Spirit will often give us insights into patterns in our own lives to avoid. A consistent pattern to avoid is the fallacy that something in the future will eventually cause happiness. Happiness simply does not work like that.
When Will I Find My Soulmate?
The questions I get most often in psychic readings is about finding true love and meeting soulmates. Why am I still single? When will I meet the love of my life? Will I be married? To be honest, I asked myself the same kind of question for decades.
When I got divorced at the age of 28, I had no idea that I would be single until the age of 52. Yes, I had several failed relationships during those years, and even when I connected with someone who I was certain was my life partner, things always seemed to fall apart. However, many years later, when I did meet my soulmate, it was incredible! Truth be told, I would go through it all again to end up in the relationship of my dreams, no matter how long it took.
Living In The Outer World
We seem to have an existing belief that there is an ‘out there’… somewhere is this massive universe. Well, truth be told, that ‘out there’ is actually right here. This world that we know and are familiar and comfortable with is actually The Outer World. It is also known as the Small Earth, since a larger Earth exists in the same galaxy.
Stated in simple terms we might look at it this way: at one time in our own earthly history the former empires absolutely believed they were an advanced and intelligent society trying to live and work for the benefit of all its citizens. These powers that be thus made determined resolutions regarding some of their less than desirable citizens.
How To Manifest Your Twin Flame
I began working with the Law of Attraction back in the early 1980s during the terrible recession Britain was experiencing at the time. I soon came to learn that no matter how unfortunate a person’s circumstances, with the right mindset we can change it for the better – including our love lives!
After securing myself a job, against all the odds I faced at the time, I then decided to turn my attention to the wonderful subject of love and seek out my twin flame. We have now been married for nearly 30 years.
Before looking at how you could attract your own twin flame, it is essential to know exactly what is meant by this. Simply put, it is just another term for your soulmate. Your twin flame represents the mirror reflection of ourselves. Happily, a person’s twin flame meets with them in each lifetime. Meeting them often feels like you have known them for years!
The Mystery Of The Mandela Effect
There is an unexplained phenomena known as the ‘Mandela Effect.’ Its name is derived from the occurrence of a collective ‘false memory’ that a number of people shared. They all remembered that Nelson Mandela had passed away in prison back in the 1980’s. Yet, his actual death was December 5, 2013.
These false memories are said to be more common than we may realize and that thousands of people may be experiencing the same false memories. Some paranormal experts and theorists believe they could be attributed to some of us shifting to a parallel dimension, or alternate reality. This parallel realm of existence might be so close to our own that there are only subtle differences – so much so that if you’re not paying attention, you may not even notice anything out of the ordinary.
Your Intuition Is Always Right
We are often told to follow our instincts, or trust our ‘gut.’ But what does it really mean?
From a psychic perspective, intuition is the sixth sense, the way we are able to perceive things beyond the scope of our five senses. Some people call it the ‘little voice’ within. We all have it, and unless we use it on a regular basis, it may not be as sharp as we need it to be.
If we fail to listen to our intuition, we may find ourselves making poor decisions, which often lead to confusion, misunderstanding, and strife. Then, when it is too late, we often wonder why we didn’t go with our intuition!
It is often said that the first instinct is usually right. That ‘little voice’ we are hearing is actually the voice of the Universe and the Divine speaking directly to us. Whether or not you follow a particular spiritual tradition or religion, cultures around the world have always had an understanding of this phenomenon. It is also the concept behind prayers and mantras being answered directly. When we speak directly to the Divine, it speaks back to us. Its intent is always benevolent, so, even if the answer is no, or isn’t what we’d hoped for, it is in our best interest to take it to heart. Continue reading
