Pay Attention To Your Dreams
I believe that all dreams have some level of meaning and value in our lives. Dreaming is not only the way the subconscious deals with our time-space, physical reality, but they often also have psychic or spiritual significance. I am a strong advocate of paying attention to our dreams, rather than just relegating them to the sidelines of our human experience.
Even our so-called ‘pizza dreams’ can hold significant meaning in our life. Pizza dreams are highly realistic and very bizarre dreams that we often believe actually happened when we wake up, despite them being outrageously improbable. They are called pizza dreams, because of the urban myth that we tend to have these disturbing dreams after eating too much pizza before we go to bed.
In working with dreams, the best thing you can do is to keep a record. Always keep a dream journal on your nightstand, or near your bed, along with a small, soft light and a pen. Whenever you awaken from a dream, write it down as many details as you can remember. This may initially only be a few key moments from the dream, but if you make this a habit you will eventually begin to remember more and more details from your dreams. Write everything down, no matter how weird or peculiar it may seem.
There are a few key things to remember when you begin the process of interpreting dreams. Firstly, intuitive dreams use symbolic language. Can You Rely On Psychic Prediction?
Prophecy is the act of predicting the future outcome of an event. Many sacred texts have references of a prophetic nature. Historic figures like Nostradamus and Edgar Cayce are infamous for their prophecies. In ancient times leaders would consult prophets. Many times it was before an important battle, to see if the gods were on their side. Let us fast forward to the 21st century and consider prophecy in modern day readings.
Predictions for relationships, career changes and such like, as well as the timeframes for such events to happen, are common requests during psychic readings. They are all valid requests and meaningful to the client. There is usually a desire and passion for direction and knowledge within the request.
What is important with these predictions is to bear in mind that the mechanics of Natural Law prevail in the future outcome. Quantum Physics, at a simplistic overview, is about probabilities. Sort of like winning the lottery and the probability of picking all the lucky numbers. It is deterministic and every so often there is a winner. Your Intuition Is Always Right
We are often told to follow our instincts, or trust our ‘gut.’ But what does it really mean?
From a psychic perspective, intuition is the sixth sense, the way we are able to perceive things beyond the scope of our five senses. Some people call it the ‘little voice’ within. We all have it, and unless we use it on a regular basis, it may not be as sharp as we need it to be.
If we fail to listen to our intuition, we may find ourselves making poor decisions, which often lead to confusion, misunderstanding, and strife. Then, when it is too late, we often wonder why we didn’t go with our intuition!
It is often said that the first instinct is usually right. That ‘little voice’ we are hearing is actually the voice of the Universe and the Divine speaking directly to us. Whether or not you follow a particular spiritual tradition or religion, cultures around the world have always had an understanding of this phenomenon. It is also the concept behind prayers and mantras being answered directly. When we speak directly to the Divine, it speaks back to us. A Second Opinion From Spirit
Everyone who has psychic gifts to see, hear and feel knows better than to give medical advice. It is usually not a good idea for many reasons. However if we receive information from Spirit and we decide it wise to share it with our clients, with the idea that they will further consult their primary care physician, health care professional or someone who is medically trained, this can be at times be very beneficial.
Here is a recent example of how this can be helpful. A good friend who I see and read for regularly, asked me to take a look at her daughter who has been extremely ill. Apparently her daughter had seen a doctor. However, being an intuitive herself, she felt that she was unsure if she was given the proper diagnosis and asked if I felt she would be healed soon, as she doesn’t seem to be getting any better. Yes, fortune-telling is a myth. It is so very cool what miracles can happen when we take the time to relax and become aware of our surroundings, and our psychic antenna is open to connect with those who are on the same frequency.
I was at the beach over the summer, sitting on my beach towel in a deeply blissful, meditative state of mind. I had my umbrella set up, and a cooler with some water and healthy snacks – totally prepared for a relaxing day of doing absolutely nothing!
I took some deep breaths and looked out over the horizon, and focused on the waves. I was allowing whatever personal spiritual messages might come to my awareness. I was very much connected to what spirit was wanting me to know. Whatever is meant to happen will happen, but only in Divine Timing. We can never force anything, but all good things do indeed come to those who relax and allow the ebb and flow to reveal everything in perfect timing.
