Your Intuition Is Always Right
We are often told to follow our instincts, or trust our ‘gut.’ But what does it really mean?
From a psychic perspective, intuition is the sixth sense, the way we are able to perceive things beyond the scope of our five senses. Some people call it the ‘little voice’ within. We all have it, and unless we use it on a regular basis, it may not be as sharp as we need it to be.
If we fail to listen to our intuition, we may find ourselves making poor decisions, which often lead to confusion, misunderstanding, and strife. Then, when it is too late, we often wonder why we didn’t go with our intuition!
It is often said that the first instinct is usually right. That ‘little voice’ we are hearing is actually the voice of the Universe and the Divine speaking directly to us. Whether or not you follow a particular spiritual tradition or religion, cultures around the world have always had an understanding of this phenomenon. It is also the concept behind prayers and mantras being answered directly. When we speak directly to the Divine, it speaks back to us. A Second Opinion From Spirit
Everyone who has psychic gifts to see, hear and feel knows better than to give medical advice. It is usually not a good idea for many reasons. However if we receive information from Spirit and we decide it wise to share it with our clients, with the idea that they will further consult their primary care physician, health care professional or someone who is medically trained, this can be at times be very beneficial.
Here is a recent example of how this can be helpful. A good friend who I see and read for regularly, asked me to take a look at her daughter who has been extremely ill. Apparently her daughter had seen a doctor. However, being an intuitive herself, she felt that she was unsure if she was given the proper diagnosis and asked if I felt she would be healed soon, as she doesn’t seem to be getting any better. Psychic reading is often assumed to be synonymous with fortune-telling, and while they may seem similar on the surface they are in fact two very different practices. Yes, fortune-telling is a myth. You are a spiritual being continuously seeking physical expression in your current incarnation. And therefore you are the creator of your own reality experience, and the designer of your own destiny. Reuniting With My Psychic Soul Sister
It is so very cool what miracles can happen when we take the time to relax and become aware of our surroundings, and our psychic antenna is open to connect with those who are on the same frequency.
I was at the beach over the summer, sitting on my beach towel in a deeply blissful, meditative state of mind. I had my umbrella set up, and a cooler with some water and healthy snacks – totally prepared for a relaxing day of doing absolutely nothing!
I took some deep breaths and looked out over the horizon, and focused on the waves. I was allowing whatever personal spiritual messages might come to my awareness. I was very much connected to what spirit was wanting me to know. Whatever is meant to happen will happen, but only in Divine Timing. We can never force anything, but all good things do indeed come to those who relax and allow the ebb and flow to reveal everything in perfect timing.
It’s All Up In The Air…
Many years ago, when my husband and I were just a young couple with two lovely little daughters, we lived in the beautiful province of Quebec, Canada. Around about this same time his parents resided on an army base in the province of Ontario, which was a five hour drive from where our home was located. Every few months or so we would load up the girls in the car and set off for a weekend visit to the in-laws.
One particular Sunday, at the end of another visit, we embarked on the usual five hour trek back home. It was a very pleasant day, the sun was trying to make its presence known and the traffic, as luck would have it, was just moderate. Can Loved Ones Warn Us Of An Early Departure?
Many people believe that we come onto the planet at a particular time and arrive at a particular place of our own choosing. There are diverse theories as to the accuracy of this idea, but let us pretend for a minute that it is a spiritual truth. Would it not then follow that we also choose when we will leave this earthly plane and where we will leave it from?
If this is the case, would we not also know when we are preparing to leave? Do we know before our own moment arrives? We may have a loved one be away on a trip when a fatal accident occurs. That would certainly prevent us from having the opportunity of saying our final goodbye. Others might have a long lingering illness before finally succumbing, but at least those remaining behind could endeavor to prepare for the grieving process that inevitably will ensue.
