Don’t Add Drama To The Chaos In Your Life!
I had a very stressful situation recently, too personal to be written about here, but I can assure you my Italian temper blew up completely due to my frustration. I had to humble myself to people I did not feel comfortable with, and had to set my ego aside entirely.
I felt I had to hit or break something. I took a good box of empty jars and shattered every one of them against a rock outside. The explosive sound of the breaking glass was a source of relief. It is not something I am really proud of doing, but I am only human, and sometimes our more base instincts rise to the surface in this way. Helping To Heal The World In A Spare Moment
When we truly open our eyes to the wonderful world around us, what we see is the amount of abundance available to us. There is an endless supply of good things, too plentiful to list, and we are welcome to partake in all that is here. Many of us understand this and live in harmony with all that is provided. Some of us do not.
I am not sure where satisfaction ends and greed takes over? My guess would be that it is connected to a spiritual lack. When we feel complete in ourselves, there is no need to try and control or own everything on the outside. Why would we feel a need to possess it all, when there is so much here for all of us and joy emanates from the sharing?
Spiritual fulfillment comes from the inside only. It arrives when we have a feeling of love that radiates totally from what is within and is rarely connected to what comes from outside of us. Continue reading
Cats Among Us
Everyone enjoys companionship in some way, shape or form. One of my favorite sources is the domestic cat. I believe those of us who are “owned by cats” will live longer than those who live without at least one cat in their life.
Think of their versatility: home defense against small varmints, free earthquake alarm, lap warming, purr therapy, and so much more. However, the main reason why I love my two cats so much is their silent gift of unconditional love. Cats are very ritualistic. They tend to come to you when you need them the most. It’s almost like they can feel your energy, they just sense when you need a friend, and without a thought, they are there, to comfort, heal and love. Strategies To Manifest Prosperity
Understanding the concept of prosperity is just as important as pursuing prosperity. In the past several years I have had the opportunity to speak to some very wealthy clients. In discussing various topics with these individuals it is very clear that prosperity has nothing to do with the amount of wealth someone holds. Money is certainly an aspect of prosperity, but it does not bring about prosperity. For example, individuals who have sacrificed relationships and freedom for the sake of financial success are not individuals that I would consider prosperous.
Prosperity is not gauged through the amount of money in your bank account, but rather the conditions of your life. I define prosperity this way: it is the ability to find fulfillment in all areas of life. My Favorite Heart Healing Crystals
The heart chakra is the energy center that balances out the rest of our energy body, namely the upper three chakras and the lower three chakras. When we have an imbalance in our heart center one of two things occur: we find ourselves overly emotional and we find it difficult to clearly think things through. The opposite thing that can happen is we become overly logical, and lack a sense of emotional connection and empathy related to our situations.
When an individual is overly emotional and not thinking things through, most of their energy is concentrated in the lower three chakras. This energy is intensified and can often become stuck, because the energy is not able to flow through the heart center. Continue reading
Always Listen To Your Inner Voice
I run a business, have two teenage daughters, and I try to stay in touch with family and friends, so the television is an afterthought. It is something to “chill down” with at the end of the day. I watch mostly re-runs. Yeah, the late night stuff, right before bed time. I love those long-time classics.
Home & Garden Television (HGTV) and The Golden Girls are my key shows, sometimes the late news. The character, Sofia, reminds me of my Aunt Mena. She is always so full of mischief and humor, trying so hard to find dates for Dorothy, who in the end marries Blanche’s uncle. Their set up started as a funny blind date. The message here is that Sofia tried so hard, yet Dorothy’s destiny was right there in front of them. All they needed to do was listen to the voice within. Continue reading

There are many types of spiritual practices that will bring alignment to your life. Spiritual practices are the methods by which we understand the inner world, and learn just how much impact our inner world has on the outer world.
Jesus said, “With faith the size of a mustard seed you could move a mountain.” Faith is a constant, and always brings forth the manifestation of our inner beliefs. Spiritual practice allows the practitioner to gain spiritual awareness, and by doing so shifts negative or useless beliefs into useful beliefs that can have a profound impact on the journey of life.
