Connecting To Your Internal GPS
This past year has been the best! It is amazing to see what happens when we live with eyes and heart wide open. We experience more synchronicity, calmness, joy, and peace. We go from go, go, go, and do, do, do, to being fully present.
We too often choose to ignore the little voice inside that tells us things like, “Don’t go out, stay in!” or “Don’t do that, do this instead.” That inner voice is what most people call your intuition or inner guidance. I think of it as God within.
When we are clear-headed and keep from chaos and drama, and set healthy boundaries with others, we actually can hear that voice much more clearly. Continue reading

Palmistry, chiromancy, or palm reading, is one of the oldest methods of foretelling the past, present and future, by reading the lines of the hand. It is a form of divination practised all over the world. The earliest recorded evidence of this divination technique has been found in Asia, from where it spread to the rest of the world.
Each person has unique lines and shape of hand. Thus the use of fingerprinting in identifying individuals. In palmistry, the lines and shape of the hands indicate a person’s character, marriage, how many children they will have, as well as the foreboding of positive and negative life events. This Time I Won!
About 15 years ago, I was house hunting for my second home. I found a place in a remote community in the woods. It was my dream home. It was like a fairy house, complete with a creek running through the yard.
It had this amazing rock wall surrounding it that looked like a castle wall. It was very private, with a secluded community of other fairy, woodsy magical house lovers. I just knew it was my house! It felt like destiny. But was it?

Spiritual Growth In Being Wrongly Blamed
We all tend to be terribly upset when blamed for something we haven’t done, or said. I have also found myself in situations of being blamed unfairly. This made me wonder… if everything happens for a reason, as many spiritual teachings suggest, then what is the lesson here?
My conclusion is that, perhaps, we can help ourselves by acknowledging the lesson in the unpleasant situation, as well as forgiving those who knew no better, in order to let them off the hook. Seeing things in this perspective can shift us to a place where we feel we’ve learned from the experience, and that we don’t need to attract the same pattern again. Continue reading
A Heavenly Tea Party
A client I read for on a regular basis, called me the other day about a dearly departed relative. Her grandmother crossed over to the spirit realm recently, and she was hoping to connect with her in a mediumship session. She and her grandma made a promise to one another that they would attempt to connect after her passing.
About a year ago she had told me her grandma was going to be entering a hospice center. I had told her then to spend as much time as she could with her granny, and fortunately she did. She would bring granny some of her favorite things and would read to her. She loved this, since her vision had declined a lot in recent years and she could no longer read for herself. How To Interpret Your Dreams
I have always found dreams to be most fascinating. Interestingly, my guides have taught me that there are, in fact, three types of dreams.
Many dreams are just a result of some of the mundane information we take in on a daily basis. These are usually the kind of dreams which make no sense at all.
Some dreams are simply reflective of both our fears and desires. For example, swimming close to sharks would be an obvious fear for most people, whereas winning the lottery is what a lot of folks would love to happen. Continue reading
Accomplish More With A Vision Board
As I began to approach my teen years, I became more eager to develop my intuitive abilities. It was important for me to start finding my purpose. I had become a part of this adolescent spiritual group, where kids from different cultures and religious backgrounds came together to find common ground.
On the last night of a camping retreat, we gathered around a large table with magazines and art materials surrounding us. Our teacher instructed us to put our vision on paper, so we could have a visual tool to motivate and inspire us for the future.
There was much laughter in the beginning, but then the room became more serious and quiet. Everyone began filling their paper with colorful images and commenting on how awesome the project was. In the final hour, we all went around the room and shared our vision boards with humor and emotion. Overall we learned that each one of us is unique and driven to make our imprint in this world.
