In The Powerful Presence Of The Maiden Goddess
Many centuries have come and gone since the Athenians ascended the Acropolis to seek the guidance and protection of Athena, the maiden goddess of wisdom, war and divine intelligence. Her status as the favorite daughter of Zeus, and powerful patron deity of the city of Athens, remains evident to this day.
Expecting to be mostly drawn to the Theatre of Dionysus Eleuthereus, when I visited the Acropolis of Athens in Greece*, I was instead keenly aware of the omnipresence of Athena’s legacy. My undergraduate education in literature and drama afforded me a reasonably good understanding of the role of the god Dionysus in ancient Greek culture. Lou’s Inspirational Story
A friend of a friend always felt a calling to do animal rescue work, and this calling beckoned her to a Swiss-based rescue group called City Dogs in Romania. She saw a picture of a dog named Lou on their website, fell in love with him and arranged for him to be transported from Romania to Switzerland.
There was something special about Lou, and people who have had that special soul connection with a pet will understand this.

During times of upheaval, sadness, psychic, or sensory overload the one thing that always brings me back to compassion and empathy is the connection between all living things.
I’m one of those who weeps at an Internet picture of a cat abandoned by society, just as much as I do for human victims of unspeakable things. None of us are any different when it comes right down to the basics. It’s what drove me to go through massage therapy school over ten years ago. I’ll never forget how everyone turned when, as one of the massage students I was asked, “what do you do now and why are you here?” I said, “I’m a professional psychic and astrologer and I want to see what lays beneath the surface of the skin.” People didn’t know where to look. I was very excited that my journey began under one of the most rare and powerful aspects in astrology, namely the Grand Sextile, or Star of David. The ancients associated this unique alignment of six planets with the birth and anointing of a king. This rare alignment of the planets occurred on July 29th, 2013. Prayers For A Prodigal Son
I had been wanting to write this for some time, hoping to use the right words to say this. I feel the time is now.
Recently, we celebrated another Father’s Day in many countries all over the world. For the seventh year in a row I did not see my son, Raymond. Yes, as always I got my hopes up, only to be disappointed again. I usually try to prepare myself days in advance, to get myself out of a bad attitude for knowing that he won’t be around.
I am sure there many fathers or mothers who do not get to see their children. I was a good father, and I know that no one can take that away from me. Father’s Day is a lot harder to me than Thanksgiving or even Christmas, because that one day out of the year is to honor your parents. Both of mine are gone, but I still reflect on what I did for them when they were alive, and what they did for me. Continue reading
Manifestations, Mothers And Cars
So, by now, if you are a regular reader of my blogs, you’ve become acquainted with my bipolar mom who is great 75% of the time. You would also know that I am a psychic reader of great faith, and a couple months ago I wrote blogs about both my mom, as well as my plan to manifest a new car for myself. I am pleased to share with you, dear reader, that I have achieved success!
But how, you say. What happened, you ask. I don’t know how it happened, but it did.
While I love my mom tremendously, when she takes a ride on the bipolar train, I step back for a week or two and let her work through it. So, it just was the case a month or so after I wrote that blog, she went on a tear again and I backed way up. I had no choice, because you cannot reason with the unreasonable, and as anyone knows who is familiar with the highs and lows that mental disorders can bring, sometimes it is best to live to fight another day.
