Psychic Development 101
One of the most common misconceptions is that one needs to be “born” psychic to have the gift. The truth is we are all born with unique talents! However, like any other skill, practice is essential to honing and developing our psychic abilities.
There are many different kinds of psychic ability. Being able to discern future events, while usually thought of as a psychic’s bread and butter, is just one of these. For example, certain people may be able to telepathically communicate with animals, predict the weather, or have vivid dreams. If you are in doubt as to what your talent might be, think back to when you were small. Children are more psychically attuned than adults. Can you remember a time when you had a supernatural experience, or even more than one? This may very well be your gift. Helping A Young Psychic Develop
A young person with a psychic gift must be recognized early on, and nurtured in their development. If not, they may experience a lot of confusion and even trauma. Their gift must be seen and experienced as a blessing, not a curse.
My niece Rachel was one of the more fortunate. She clearly had a gift from a very tender age. When she was a little girl I would give my brother and sister in-law some time off by babysitting Rachel and her older sister. Every time I would go over to their house to watch the kids, Rachel didn’t want me to read her normal children books. She would grab the family photo album and look specifically at old pictures of deceased family members. She would look at these photos with much interest and talk to the people in them as if they were sitting right in front of her. Continue reading
Yes, You Are Psychic!
Most of us are raised to think that only a lucky few of us have psychic gifts. The truth is, nearly everyone does!
Throughout our lives, we have moments when we simply know something is going to happen, whether it’s as simple as our phone ringing, or as specific as the final score or outcome of a sporting event.
What we think are coincidences, hunches, or lucky breaks, are actually flashes of our innate psychic powers.
Like any talent, psychic ability has to be practiced. In our busy 21st century world, with its overload of stimuli, this can be difficult. However, it doesn’t have to be.
The most important step to take is to simply listen. Use all five senses to awaken your sixth sense. When you wake up, really focus. Are there birds singing outside? Is the wind blowing? What do you smell? All of these incoming signals contain messages, and psychic ability is the talent to read between the lines. Continue reading
All’s Well That Ends Well
Psychic reading clients need to understand that at times psychics can be off on the timing, when a client asks for a date during a reading. It has happened many times that I would predict a date or offer a timeline that only came to pass a while later, or even sooner.
I know it is hard on the client sometimes, because they want that person to come back soon, or they want a problem that is causing them anxiety to be resolved. I always try my best to give an accurate date when a client asks for it. But time frames are hard to read and seldom exact. As a psychic client myself, I have learned this over the years through personal experience. I always take the time forecasts of psychics with a grain of salt. Continue reading
Not Everyone Chooses The Path Of Healing – Part 1
You must have heard the saying, “what they don’t know can’t hurt them?” Well, sometimes that can be very true, but sometimes what one doesn’t know can in fact hurt one.
We have all tried at one time or another to help someone close to us, because we wanted to do something nice for them. People with gifts to see, hear and feel will know what I’m speaking of here. Of course, we can’t just go up to someone randomly if we had decided to stay ‘tuned in’ when we are out and about. It is usually at these times that the urge to approach or assist may come up. I have an abundance of energy and feel it not necessary to turn off my psychic abilities, for example when I am just quickly running down to the grocery store, or stopping at the library. Embrace Who You Are
We all came to this planet with our own unique gifts. Just like no one on the planet has the same fingerprint as you, they also do not have the same talent, voice or look. Sure, some may come close, but the entirety of a person, their personality and so on, is completely different from one to the other.
I feel saddened when I see young people copying one another. Why they do this is uncertain to me, however I’m sure they want to fit in or be accepted, and they fear being rejected by their peers. There are also adults who do this. I asked one girl who was mimicking her friend recently, why would you want to be a photo copy of someone else? You’re beautiful and you have a lovely voice, and you are a very talented artist. She looked at me and said: “Oh my goodness, you’re so right!” I told her that each person came to this planet to share their light in their own unique way, no matter what your personal qualities and talents may be.
