Jupiter makes its grand entrance into Capricorn today – a sign that promises great change ahead for the next two years. Though the shifts may be subtle at first, Jupiter in Capricorn signals a return to stability, security, responsible action and justice for all. So with that in mind, important happenings could manifest during this cycle.
Monday’s Aquarius Moon could make for a scattered day, so agreeing to follow the whims of the Universe will keep you from feeling frustrated, or put-upon. Just trust that Spirit has a better plan, which may not make sense until later in the week.
Things calm down under Tuesday and Wednesday’s Pisces Moon, calling for us to go internal and focus more on spiritual matters and gratitude.
When do we get our energy and drive back? That would be Thursday when the Moon moves into inspiring Sagittarius and urges us back on track. There’s plenty to do before the holidays kick in, and you may actually find Sunday to be your most productive day on a personal level, as the Taurus Moon grounds and directs us forward.
December 9 – 15
The week starts off with Mercury moving into Sagittarius, finally leave the sign of Scorpio, where it’s been hanging out for the past nine weeks. This transit will add a light-hearted and holiday-spirited tone to our thoughts and communications.
We’ll need to finish up any lingering tasks under Monday’s Taurus Moon, as it could be the last day of the week we’ll be grounded enough to complete them.
Memorialize Loved Ones With A Remembrance Table
I have a remembrance table in my home where I display framed pictures of my grandparents, as well as some of the possessions they passed on to me. My eclectic collection also includes a few candles, angel figurines, some essential oils, Grandma’s favorite perfume, grandpa’s favorite cologne, as well as two trees on either side of the table, which I always decorate for the holidays.
My grandparents really enjoyed the holidays. They especially celebrated Halloween and Christmas, their two favorite holidays of the year. The other holidays were also a great time to be at their house, but Halloween and Christmas were always the best!
I believe having a remembrance table, or ancestor altar, really helps to connect us with our loved ones, after they’ve crossed over. I personally don’t worship my ancestors, but I do honor them. You don’t just have to make a remembrance table at a loved one’s funeral, or at weddings or family gatherings. You can make it a permanent part of your home decor, and have it there all year long.
I love the idea of the remembrance table because a funeral should not be the only time you celebrate the life of a deceased loved one. It’s a great way to honor them and the wonderful memories you have to create with them when they were alive.
I’ve put special photographs from different times in their life that were especially joyous and memorable. Family was everything to them, so many of the pictures also include other relatives, such as uncles and their other grandchildren.
Take Some ‘Me Time’ This Holiday Season
The current holiday celebrations, extensive to-do-lists and family gatherings is usually a hectic time of the year for many. But this year we can expect it to be even worse.
Whether you are battling the crazy crowds at the mall doing your last minute shopping, or trying to find a way to inform co-workers or family that you don’t particular enjoy holiday gatherings, or simply dealing with the stress of trying to do it all and be perfect at it, things are going to be just a bit more difficult this year with the incoming energy of Mercury Retrograde. Psychic Advice For The Holiday Madness
It’s important this season to remember not everyone is kind, and not everyone cares and is compassionate. I can relate to my clients when they say it is really difficult to be around certain people during the holidays, because of the ego, pride issues that many have. It does little for one’s peace of mind.
I give the same advice I try and bide by myself, which is remembering these people we only have to see once or twice a year. So, try your best to be civil. It’s hard even for those of us that remote view and see how our ‘loved ones’ speak so ‘lovingly’ of us behind our back, and how they focus on the things of this world instead of what matters the most. How Dream Interpretation Prepared A Family
I do dream interpretation for many clients. One of my clients dreams is a great example of how I work and how someone could benefit from having the heads up as to what is to come, by way of dream interpretation. Our higher consciousness will often times give us a warning dream before something major happens in our lives.
The client told me she dreamed that she was in an indoor cemetery inside a huge building. As she was leaving and closing it up, she turned around to go back in. Several doors were unlocked and people were coming in and putting presents at the front door of this building, where a gigantic Christmas tree was standing. In front of this huge tree was an enormous bed on which they were putting all of these presents. She said to these people, “This building is closed and you have to go.” They said, “Okay, but first we just want to put these presents on this bed and then we will go.” The people then left and the dream ended. Nephew Kole And The Christmas Orbs Of 2012
Christmas of 2012 I took many pictures that I never really looked at afterwards while downloading them to my computer. I should have known better, because while I was taking these pictures I kept smelling tobacco smoke that reminded me of my grandfather. I later found evidence in those images that someone special was indeed around us that day.
My nephew Kole had asked me about “Great Paw-Paw”. He wanted to know what became of him? I said he was in Heaven, but Kole disagreed. “No, he is not… he is standing right next to you.” Kole was pointing to an area next to the pool table.
I asked Kole how long grandpa had been around. “I talk to him a lot… almost every day,” he said. Later, when we sat down to eat dinner, Kole asked me to get an extra chair, because “Paw-paw” needed a place to sit too. Continue reading
My Magic Wand
It is said that “the wand chooses its master” and this is the story of how my wand came to be with me.
Several years ago I worked as a full-time reader at an area psychic store. I loved my job and my clients. The location was perfect and I looked forward to going to work every day. One special day, however, was the start of my journey towards receiving my magic wand.
It started as a normal day with clients coming in to see me, psychic readings to do, and books to marvel at and glance through. I’d had lunch and was sitting in my room preparing for the afternoon’s arrivals, when I heard the jingle of the front door.
I knew, somehow, that the jingle was meant for me, although I wasn’t expecting anyone for at least another hour. So, I got up and walked towards the front of the store and there was a short, and forgive me for saying it, rather unattractive and ordinary looking man standing there looking at me. He appeared ordinary until you looked into his eyes. They contained wisdom – and something more. I eventually learned that the ‘something more’ was a certain disdain for the human race, but that’s another story. Continue reading
