We All Have Precognitive Dreams
Many people would tell you they’ve had a precognitive dream at some point in their lives. In short, this means a dream that has shown a part of the future. Literature, myth and history are full of such dreams, from antiquity to the sinking of the Titanic. But how much truth is there to the idea of dreaming the future?
Researchers propose that over half of the population regularly has precognitive dreams. The problem is, we also forget the vast majority of dreams within a minute or two of waking. It is an ability that has to be practiced and refined just like any other.
Anyone who is serious about dreams will keep a journal. It’s best to keep the journal right next to the bed in order to record the dreams as soon as possible. After time, a journal will help you start to see patterns, images and recurring symbols within your dreams. Think of how a large jigsaw puzzle at first seems random. Text Messages From God – Part 2
After meditating for two days, I received another ‘text message’ from God to answer a question I have had for a while. I have shared with my clients how they can open up and allow their psychic ability to flourish, as I believe we all have the ability to feel and see things that will come to pass. With pen and paper near me I wrote down the following.
1. Sleep/Dreams/Record
2. Spend time in solitude
3. Keep away from those who deplete you energetically
4. Moonstones

Helping A Young Psychic Develop
A young person with a psychic gift must be recognized early on, and nurtured in their development. If not, they may experience a lot of confusion and even trauma. Their gift must be seen and experienced as a blessing, not a curse.
My niece Rachel was one of the more fortunate. She clearly had a gift from a very tender age. When she was a little girl I would give my brother and sister in-law some time off by babysitting Rachel and her older sister. Every time I would go over to their house to watch the kids, Rachel didn’t want me to read her normal children books. She would grab the family photo album and look specifically at old pictures of deceased family members. She would look at these photos with much interest and talk to the people in them as if they were sitting right in front of her. Continue reading
Learn To Trust Your Inner Voice
While meditating one afternoon and deep in the alpha state, I heard a male voice say to me: “You need to work, because someone needs you and needs to hear the message that you were given last night.” I was not feeling very social and certainly not feeling much like working, but the voice was crystal clear.
I kept meditating and let it soak in. I mentally asked this voice to show or tell me how and what could this message be? Then I immediately saw an image of my dream journal.
Once conscious, I went over in my mind what I had just heard. Then I went to my room and grabbed my dream journal, which I keep by my head when I sleep. I always keep a clip on night light, so that I can see when I’m recording all my dreams – I often record them throughout the night. Over the past ten years I’ve gotten really good at waking myself up after a really good dream and writing down all I can remember. Continue reading
My Amazing First Experience With Psychometry
Several years ago, during a psychic awareness workshop at the Arthur Findlay College of Psychic Research in the UK, I had a profound experience with ribbon psychometry.
Exercises with psychometry are often done in groups of two, in which the participants exchange small personal items. Psychometry is the art of reading the energy imprints on objects. The objects can vary: photographs, jewelry or even a key-ring. These and other tokens must have meaning to, and has been handled primarily by their owner. The main objective is that the item carries the vibration of its owner.
Our class of ten was made up of men and women from all over the world, as well as a few from Britain. We were all new to the concept of reading with ribbons. Continue reading
The Disappointed Jesus In London
To be fair, I did not visit to the city of London solely for esoteric purposes, but I found the energy signature quite different and stark there, compared to Athens and Berlin.
I found the atmosphere in Berlin, for example, electric, yet peaceful. Stepping off the U-Bahn at Wittenberg Platz in the middle of the high season, I was engulfed by a comforting low-level hum of German families and tourists doing their Saturday afternoon window shopping. The people here did not seem to have a care in the world. The streets were crowded , much like that of London, but not once did I feel a sense of angst or claustrophobia. The warm buzz was actually quite welcoming and pleasant… and this is major coming from a highly strung empath like myself.
Berlin woke me up on a Sunday morning with the nostalgic chiming of church bells. I was staying inside one of the surviving wings of the Neues Schauspielhaus on Nollendorf Platz, in the Schöneberg district of Berlin. It was built in 1905 as a theatre and concert hall, in the then fashionable Art Nouveau style. Maybe Bertold Brecht was there in the 1920s, discussing his plays with someone in the very room I slept in that night, or maybe the bands Depeche Mode or The Human League used it as a dressing room in the 1980s. While those bells were ringing in the distance, I almost expected Christopher Isherwood’s character Sally Bowles to sneak down the corridor of this old building, back from a busy, decadent night’s work at the Kit Kat Club cabaret. Guidelines For Developing Your Psychic Talents
Maybe one of your resolutions this year is to develop existing psychic abilities, or to embark on a journey to find new ones? Great! But how do you get started? This can seem like a daunting task, but it’s actually easier than you think.
Like any talent, psychic ability can be practiced and improved. A good place to start is to simply become more mindful of your surroundings. Use all five senses. What are you tasting, smelling, hearing? Buy a small notebook and write down your observations, both from waking and in dreams. Chances are you’ll start to notice patterns. Take time every day to meditate in whatever way you choose. Ten minutes of clearing your mind and focusing will not just help you develop psychic abilities, it will also do wonders for your stress levels and concentration. Continue reading
