Ways To Practice Aura Reading
I am often asked if I can see auras. Yes, but in all honestly I see them only with deliberate focus and, in using techniques I learned in psychic development. I am more of a clairsentient when it comes to perceiving someone’s Aura. I ‘feel.’
The aura is an expression of a person, animal or any living being’s emotions and energies – physical, etheric, astral, mental and spiritual. It’s a subtle emanation surrounding the body, almost like a light cloud or luminous mist. The aura reveals one’s character, state of health, as well as one’s emotional nature and stage of spiritual development.
Bright primary aura colors are associated with good health, i.e. red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet, whilst colors which have become dark or muddy in appearance are generally associated with disease or energy imbalances. When a healer examines the quality of the colors in the aura, he or she will often make an informed diagnosis. Third Eye Awakening
The third eye is the chakra or energy center that is associated with clear thought. Many equate this to intuition, but it really goes beyond that. It empowers us to gain spiritual ‘sight’ related to all circumstances of life.
When the third eye is ‘closed,’ it is difficult for us to recognize the purpose of what we are experiencing and it also inhibits us from having an unclouded vision of the present. Our egotistic perceptions can then get in the way and we are unable to shift our situation into a more positive experience.

Intuition, Psychic Ability And Mediumship
Throughout time mankind has explored the ability to communicate with the gods, with nature, or with each other on a non-verbal level. It is extremely common for us to use the term intuitive. these days. It is often the explanation given by many an entrepreneur or successful decision-maker: “I just trusted my gut,” or “What I love about Mary is she is just so intuitive and makes the right decisions.”
The term psychic on the other hand, although nowadays often well known within a household, conjures up for so many outside the metaphysical community feelings of distrust, fake, absurd, not possible. Perhaps these attributes are attached because of our personal belief system that does not value or agree with the skill set. This also can impact our personal relationships if we know it is real and others judge us since we may then hide our abilities as being psychic and connected with the unseen realm or worse shut down and not continue developing them. Natural Law
Natural Law is a term that is used for so many different descriptions and is actually ambiguous. It can be the law of nature; a philosophical law related to ethics and morality, or many other laws where rules are applied.
Greek philosophers, such as Socrates, Plato and Aristotle, specifically distinguished between the law of the land and the law of nature. The law of the land was specific to the cities, districts and government whereas the Law of Nature is the same everywhere.
In physics one might even say that the Law of Gravity is a Natural Law, as it exists everywhere on the planet and throughout time. Technology has advanced such that we are able to influence gravity, yet we have not changed the inherent Law of Gravity. Continue reading
The Twelve Laws Of Karma
Karma is a tricky word to define. And no, it doesn’t mean ‘revenge’ or ‘payback!’ In the simplest sense, karma is energy. We get back what we put forth. Or, to paraphrase Mahatma Gandhi, we become the product of our thoughts. And, like other forces at work in the Universe, karma follows a set of basic laws:
Great Law – We reap what we sow, every cause is related to an equal cause.
Law of Creation – Our intentions and desires are related. In other words, God helps those who help themselves.
