If I Were You And You Were Me
If I were you and you were me, what do you think it is would you see? Would you see my life, my losses, my sadness, my fears? Or would you see my happiness, my joys, my passions, and my purpose? If I were you, would I see the same? Would I feel your pain? Would I feel your hopes?
We all have the amazing gift, every day if we choose to, to walk in the shoes of another and feel what that is like. As a psychic reader I do that with my clients here at Psychic Access.
As a person it is up to me whether or not I choose to look at another and feel what it might be like to be them. True empathy comes from within, but it radiates around you if you allow it to, bringing people into its glow. Empathy, painful as it can be sometimes, also brings great joys with it. Nobody Deserves To Be Happy!
Many self-help gurus will espouse the virtues, the sheer righteousness if you will, of deserving to be happy. You deserve to be happy? What does this truly even mean? (meant to be read in a most sarcastic tone of voice with a slight touch of incredulity thrown in for good measure).
I take umbrage, I cry foul to this so called deservedness. What makes you so special? For that matter, what makes me so special? None of us deserve to be happy any more so than the next guy or girl.
People, living breathing people, are being subjected to atrocities all over our planet in ways that some of us cannot even bear to think about, because we’d never sleep cozy in our beds at night if we did. Aren’t these people deserving of this ‘happiness’ also? They often times don’t experience it, because of someone else’s pursuit of happiness. Continue reading
Lou’s Inspirational Story
A friend of a friend always felt a calling to do animal rescue work, and this calling beckoned her to a Swiss-based rescue group called City Dogs in Romania. She saw a picture of a dog named Lou on their website, fell in love with him and arranged for him to be transported from Romania to Switzerland.
There was something special about Lou, and people who have had that special soul connection with a pet will understand this.

During times of upheaval, sadness, psychic, or sensory overload the one thing that always brings me back to compassion and empathy is the connection between all living things.
I’m one of those who weeps at an Internet picture of a cat abandoned by society, just as much as I do for human victims of unspeakable things. None of us are any different when it comes right down to the basics. It’s what drove me to go through massage therapy school over ten years ago. I’ll never forget how everyone turned when, as one of the massage students I was asked, “what do you do now and why are you here?” I said, “I’m a professional psychic and astrologer and I want to see what lays beneath the surface of the skin.” People didn’t know where to look. Patience Is The Key To Building Bridges
New relationships are not easy. Building that bridge between yourself and another person might get confusing, because of the past. When two people meet for the first time it can be very exciting for them both, and they will most likely have that ‘glow’ that is so bright around them. You can usually see a change both of them.
But as time goes by, it sometimes happens that one person begins to pull away, or pushes the other person away, because of their fears.
